What a nice find! Great location with free beach literally access right across the street, walkable to shops, coffee, and places to eat, and drivable to everything. There’s no view, but who wants to spend a Hawaiian vacation indoors? There’s a lovely covered back patio for breakfast and coffee. The neighbors were lovely. The place was clean with a very well stocked kitchen. Loved the air conditioner in the bedroom. Communication with Katrina was easy and she accommodated a late check out so we could squeeze out a couple extra hours on the beach. Recommended!

This unit was exactly as described and in a perfect location in Kihei. The unit has everything you need for a great vacation and Katarina was a pleasure to deal with. The complex has a nice pool, a beautiful beach right across the street and Katarina has provided all the essentials for a beach activity, chairs,umbrella, towels, cooler and beach toys. All thats missing is you.

The description does not lie! The condo is across the street from the beach; a few steps from restaurants, food trucks, and shops; and you can easily get to Lahaina, Makena, and Kahului.
It's clean and tidy and the condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hosts are responsive and very nice.

We had a wonderful time here! The bed was incredibly comfortable for us and we felt rested immediately! The suite was clean and equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. We felt really safe here. The pool is beautiful and incredibly clean! The host was so friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. The location is so close to the beach and perfect for a wide variety of activities and adventure. It is very convenient to nearby restaurants and shops. We would most definitely try to stay here again and didn’t want our stay to come to an end!

Met so many kind people at the complex! communication with Katarina was so above and beyond I really appreciated being able to reach out if we needed any guidance or recommendations.
She is so kind! Her space is lovely and we really really appreciated the air conditioner for sleeping! Perfect little space very comfy bed and we just had the best trip and loved having this home base.

Condo was exactly as described. Convenient location across the street from the beach, within walking distance of several places. A/C units and fans made condo very comfortable. Enjoyed taking the chairs to the beach for the day. Loved the little library in the laundry room by the pool, and enjoyed bowering a book to read by the pool.

Thanks to Katarina and Jim for hosting us at their property. Th condo was warm and welcoming with lots of extras such as the beach cooler, beach chairs, snorkelling gear. The beach across the street was incredible- we swam with turtles every time we went. Walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores and touristy shops. The area was very safe with easy parking. We really enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful to have the full kitchen with stove, full refrigerator and dishwasher.

This place was very nice and exactly what we wanted. The only negative comment I have is that darn couch! I’m not sure why there’s plywood under the cushions and why it is droopy in the middle, but it needs to be replaced!!

First off, our communication with Katarina, the host, was amazing! She was incredibly prompt, helpful, and gracious. When we arrived, we had everything we needed at the condo (especially coming from the mainland): full kitchen, including all utensils, cooler for the beach, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and scuba gear. The condo was very clean and the bed was very comfortable (I have a bad back and I slept like a baby). The living room and bedroom each have a separate air condition unit. I fell in love with the shower! It has two faucets, a little bench, and decent water pressure. Additionally, it was a 3 minute walk from our door to Kam Beach II (for any folks who struggle with distance, like myself), the property is really nice and patrolled by a security member, and there is a laundry room, by the pool on site. There are a variety of rental shops, restaurants, a natural grocery store, and tourist shops within a quarter mile of the condo. This was a spectacular find, with a fantastic host, and beautiful area… can’t wait to stay again!

My wife and I stayed here for a week and loved it. It is across the street from Kamaole #2 beach, which we spent a lot of time at. It is in a part of Kihei that is walking distance to many nice restaurants and bars. We also rented a car for our trip, so staying in Kihei made getting around the island easy.
We made full use of all the amenities (kitchen, lanai, etc); the unit even provided snorkels, fins, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs! This made our stay that much more enjoyable.
Katarina was super accommodating with check in and out times, and resolved any and all issues right away, even though she was on vacation herself!
I would definitely recommend this listing and we would come back here again.

We had a wonderful time in this unit, short walk to a beautiful beach and walking distance to several beaches. Great food in the neighborhood and this time we spend 9 days without a car, no problem. Easy bus service was available 5 minute walk from our beautiful unit. Every evening we watched the sunset. It truly was a wonderful vacation. Host is so kind and everything was as expected. We loved everything about this space. It was perfect for my husband and I. Very short walk to the beach, close to some really delicious eateries, and very clean. Katarina was very responsive, gave recommendations, and even checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed while we were there.
We will definitely try to stay here again if we take another trip to Maui.

Easy walk past the pool, to beach, with foot washing area on way back. Exceptionally clean. Owner obviously takes personal pride in their property to the detail. Queen bed is very comfortable. Floors, bathroom and kitchen all appear new, or at least well taken care of by the owner. Nice place with value for the area. It is always hard looking for a VRBO based on pictures alone. You won’t be unhappy with this stay.

This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Maui. It was very clean and comfortable, and beach supplies are provided. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. We loved the shower. The location is good for Kihei. We didn't have a car the first couple days of our stay and were still able to walk to the beach, a grocery store, and restaurants. We did see a few bugs almost everyday, but it is what you would expect from a ground floor unit in that climate. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

We LOVED this apartment. It was like being at home. It had everything we needed and even more. The restroom was really nice and clean. The kitchen had a coffee pot and everyday we had coffee in the patio. We baked in the oven and it was just overall so nice. The absolute best part was the location. We walked to the beautiful beaches nearby. There were stores nearby to get ice cream and food. Lots of restaurants and parks, and gorgeous beaches! Would definitely stay here again. Also, the bed is extremely comfortable and the living room had a pullout bed that was super convenient. Overall, the price, location, cleanliness comfortable, it was perfect!

I enjoyed the condo very much. It has nice updated kitchen and bathroom. The condo was stocked with all the kitchen necessities and everything you need for the beach. The lanai was very nice and private and backed up to a tropical setting. Katrina was very responsive and accommodating. The location was great; close to restaurants, stores and across from the beach. I highly recommend this condo for your stay and will be sure to stay here again.

The unit is modern and very clean. It is stocked with beach equipment such as towels, boogie boards, chairs, one umbrella, sand toys, buckets and fins. The pull out sofa is not the best (they never are) but the owner provides a thick foam mattress to put on top. The only other slight critique is that both dining areas - kitchen and lanai - have tall bar stools. The location is excellent, walkable to Kam 2 beach, which is a great place to swim. Also, the lanai faces a public space as opposed to the parking lot, giving more privacy. I would rent this unit again when I return to Maui.
