This property is located across the street from Kamaole 2 Beach. The location can't be beat. Great food and shopping options are within walking distance.
Booking the unit was very easy, and the owners and their local agent were very responsive. The unit was clean and quiet. We were traveling with a family member who required a mobility scooter. They were able to access the unit while on the scooter without any issues. The air conditioning worked great, even on warm days. The property has 2 pools but no hot tub. This particular unit overlooked the upper pool, which was very easy to acess.
I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Our stay was outstanding and the condo was perfect. Super easy dealing with and communicating with the owners and property manager. Everything was as advertised and the place was clean and fully set up for our vacation. Location was excellent with quick access to the great beach across the street and pool area directly in front of the unit. Central location in Kehei with access to restaurants, shops, and all amenities. Appreciated having some staples like oils and spices available for our use as well. Morning coffees and breakfast on the lanai with all the amazing view, trees and flowers were just one highlight. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful trip and really enjoyed this condo. The proximity to the beach was great! The condo had everything we needed. Our only complaint would be that there were tiny ants in the condo. We did notify the cleaner in passing as we were leaving and she was going to contact management to have this addressed. This small issue would not keep me from staying here again.

We had a great time in Maui. This condo was as advertised and worked great for our family. The beach was a quick 5 minute walk away and the supplied chairs, umbrella, boogie boards were great to have to take with us to use. Additionally there were plenty of restaurants, shops and a couple of convenient stores within walking distance and a few grocery stores within a 10 min drive. When we come back to Maui we will check to see if this condo is available again. Thanks!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and as advertised. We did have some issues with the dishwasher not working properly, but it did not impact our stay. The condo community was very well maintained with beautiful grounds. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy, communication was great, and the condo was exactly as described. We arrived later in the evening, but there was an easy process for accessing the property and getting our parking permit the next morning. Thank you for everything. Renting this unit is like having an apartment in Kihei. You have every amenity you have at home here in this unit.
You are close to everything you need, especially the pool and top beach with a life guard. Save $ by cooking like you're at home in the awesome kitchen. Many ingredients are already here for your cooking needs.
If there's a spike in heat, no worries, the unit has air conditioning, but the trade winds usually keep things cool enough with just the ceiling fans running.
Any issues will be dealt with promptly by the owner and/or caretakers... They're great!
I recommend renting this 2 bedroom unit. . It even has 2 bathrooms/showers, washer/dryer and dishwasher and the very best gas range/stove for making meals. The fridge has an ice maker in it too to fill the supplied cooler (on wheels) for your beach excursions and cross-Island adventures.
I'll definitely be back.

This property was a great location. Located in the center of everything. Right next to Fred's Mexican restaurant. Directly across from the beach, Kameole 2. The beds are comfortable and the ac keeps you comfortable. It has a great view from the balcony of the ocean and the pool. Everything is provided towels and beach chairs!

We loved our little home away from home. Check in and check out process was smooth. The unit itself was was super CLEAN, had all the supplies we needed to last a week, central a/c, many amenities (pools/tennis/pickleball courts), and most importantly - walking distance from the beach! We were also pleasantly surprised that they had beach towels, lounge chairs and coolers for us to use. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is debating to stay in Kihea because I would come back just for this!

This property is in an awesome location--just a short walk away from the beach/ocean, shopping, and delicious food. The property and amenities are listed accurately, and we especially loved the availability of coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and boogie boards that were available in the condo. I have been coming to Maui since I retired in 2010 and this is the first time I have stayed in this condo. It is a beautiful condo and has been well taken care of by the owners. It was exactly as it was described and well supplied with the essentials needed. The pool and barbecues were kept very clean and I enjoyed using them. It was like having my home away from home. We had no problems or worries during our stay! Thanks Linda and I hope to return again soon!

You have a beautiful Condo! It was very homey and plenty of space for two nights on Maui! Very nicely renovated and perfectly located in Kihei! Only 2 small things I would suggest to improve. The floors could definitely be cleaned a little better. The check in process with the office was extremely long and soooooo much printed paperwork that seemed quite excessive!

The location is great with lots of restaurants and shops a two minute walk away. The beach is literally across the street which was perfect. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed including dishes, pots/pans, TP, shampoo, etc. There were Tommy Bahama chairs as well as body (boogie) boards. We had a couple of very minor issues and Linda had them resolved immediately. Her response was time and resolution was incredible. If you plan on going to Lahaina or Kaanapali, it is a bit of a drive. However, for the airport, Paia, the Road to Hana, it is a great location. As to breakfast, there is a cinnamon roll shop called the Cinnamon Roll Place that is fantastic. A Foodland grocery store is a bit more than a mile away and we’ll stocked. Basically, everything you need I close by. The pools are nice with grills and such and not too busy. I highly recommend this condo.

We loved that the place was across the street from the Kamaole beaches. We walked to the beaches everyday. The beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie board were nice to have. Place was comfortable and we had a good week's stay. The only suggestion would be that the place could have been cleaned a bit better. The coffee pot had not been cleaned and there was some dirt on the kitchen and living room floors, esp under the couch.

Overall had a good stay at this property! The convenient location on the island and proximity to the beach are all pros. Perhaps we were unlucky or came at a bad time but a few unexpected situations occurred during our stay, including the smoke detector going off at 2:30am, significant ants in the bathrooms/counters, and cleaning crew arriving early on the day of check out.
Otherwise, the rental was fully furnished with Spectrum TV. (Would definitely recommend following the instructions closely to figure out the remote and streaming options.) Plenty of beach accessories like chairs, blankets, and even a cooler. Both AC and the fans worked well. Would recommend if you're just staying in the neighborhood and looking for something simple during your stay. During this time, all visitors in your party are required to to check-in at the front office with proof of vaccinations.

Can't say enough about this condo and the property. The parking spot couldn't be closer to the path, you don't need to take an elevator or stairs, and the building is the furthest away from the main road in Kihei which is fabulous. A very quiet and relaxing location, plus the deck faces west. Kamaole Beach Park II is directly across the street (plus a flashing lighted pedestrian crosswalk right there as well). Keawakapu Beach is only 3 minutes south by car (a leisurely flat 15 minutes by foot) and Kihei Kalama Village (from Life's a Beach karaoke to Paia Fish and Lava coffee) is only 9 minutes by car north. The WiFi was great, the kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Even has a recliner that felt great after a day of hiking. Would stay again.

We were a group of four friends visiting Maui. The property was great, clean, safe, and the best price in the area. The location was perfect, with Kamaole Park II being a perfect swimming beach and markets within walking distance.

My wife and I love the property!. The pool was just steps away and the beach was only a short walk. Condo was very clean and well kept with beach chairs and a cooler all there. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short walk. Loved spending the evening with a glass of wine on the lanai.

This home is just like pictured and described. It's located in the back of a complex which was quiet but within walking distance to Kam II beach. It was also within blocks of restaurants and shops, convenient for getting coffee in the morning or souvenir shopping. It's also within a few miles of Wailea where they have higher end shops like Gucci, LV, etc. This part of the island is also good for running, very quiet and not busy with cars.
The home was clean when we arrived and check-in was a breeze. During this trip, we ended up passing by Lahaina where I've stayed before on a previous trip and boy was that place crowded. I really appreciated staying in Kihei in this home because it definitely was a good balance of having tourists and locals. I'd say it was about a third as crowded as Lahaina and we'd prefer to stay on this part of Maui next time. One thing our group noted is how sensitive the smoke detector was which I think is not the owner's fault. Just something to be mindful about when cooking things. We made some eggs and bacon for breakfast and it went off almost immediately after we started the bacon going. What we did is to open the door and windows and have the fans running, it wasn't a big deal but again something to be mindful of especially if you're making breakfast before quiet time ends at 8. Nonetheless, I would book this rental again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful place, you can tell the owner makes an effort to make your feel comfortable. From details such as the welcome hawaiian flower necklaces to impressive things such as the electric adjustable firmness mattress with independent firmness for each side of the bed), or the several Morey Boogie bodyboards and fins. We loved this place and totally recommend it.

We had a great stay in this condo. The location is perfect. It is so close the the beach. There are body boards, chairs, and umbrellas. Everything you need for a great day at the beach. Even a cooler. The beds are comfortable and everything in the kitchen worked great.

I loved our stay at this condo! I’ve stayed in this complex before at a different unit so I already knew the location was perfect, 5 min walk to the sand, restaurants, and shops. This unit had absolutely everything we needed. I came to Maui (41 year old woman) with my 20 year old niece and 40 year old sister in law and we all had plenty of space and didn’t feel cramped at all. The beds were comfortable and the ac is all the rooms made sleeping easy! There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards which we had a blast using at Kam II. Another great perk of this condo is the easy access with it being on the ground floor and the parking spot is right outside the unit.
Great communication and quick response from the property manager when we were locked out at 11:45 on the last day. We called her and she immediately pulled her car over so she could give us her code to get in and get our bags. Fantastic experience and I highly recommend this property! Mahalo ❤️
