Very quiet cool location. Did not use ac much. Temp during day was mid to upper 80’s. Ceiling fan in bedroom was nice. Very well stocked in kitchen & bath. Would definitely return.

Traveling and not renting a car. This condo is in the perfect location! Walkable to anywhere in Kihei. Right across from the beaches!
Also in the best area of the condo building. Second floor and a green space view felt very private. Would definitely stay again.

Just steps from the great beaches, restaurants and shops. Complex is quiet and well maintained - nice pool. Condo is cute, cozy and has those few “extras” for your beach trip or pool reading.

Kihei Kai Nani is a great complex in a fantastic location. This unit was well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed with new linens and towels. My only suggestion would be a thorough clean and a little freshening up (painting) and decluttering.

For people who like to walk to beaches and a choice of restaurants, this is a great location. The condo is well equipped but needs a deep cleaning and a little TLC. We found the bed to be too soft.

The condo was perfect for my husband and I for our 9 day trip. The location of this complex is absolutely perfect. It’s a 3 min walk across the street to a beautiful swimmable beach and walking distance to so many restaurants and shops! The condo itself had everything we needed, there was AC but we never used it as the cross breeze plus the ceiling fans was more than enough! The lanai was spacious and private overlooking the greenery around the condo. We couldn’t be happier and already decided we would love to stay here again! Neighbors were all friendly and the pool was a perfect way to spend an afternoon after a beach morning. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

We had a fantastic trip to Kihei. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed and is in the perfect location. The beach is steps away, right across the street. The condo is directly behind the pool for easy access. We had beautiful weather and an amazing trip. Bill was incredibly responsive and made this trip as seamless as possible. Thanks so much for a fabulous vacation. We will be back soon.

The beach was across the street. I forgot to check the closet but there was definitely a broom that I missed the first two days. Sorry neighbors! There were some beach chairs, and beach towels. So useful!
Loved the guest book. Gave us some great recommendations of where to eat! Easy process of check in and check out. The app was being weird so messages were a bit delayed but overall, easy to use.

The unit was fantastic. It was a less than 5 minute walk to the beach; it had an adorable, little porch with birds everywhere [ great for peaceful, morning coffee]; beautiful, fragrant flowers all over the property; the unit had everything we needed [to go bowls, aluminum foil, scissors-things you need for hikes but don't pack for a vacation]; there were beach chairs for us; the AC worked like a thing of beauty; the bed was comfortable; check in was quick and we always found a parking spot; washer and dryer in the unit; the VRBO owner responds quickly too.
The only thing was that there were these tiny little bugs on the counter when we first arrived. Not sure if that's just because the unit was warm when we first got there. We cleaned it and enjoyed the rest of our stay.
We'd stay again.

The suite was great - location is probably the biggest advantage! There were a bit of ants here and there, more of them in the washroom but it is what you can expect from island life. Great stay overall and would recommend! Thank you!

The place was great and a nice location. Had everything we needed for the long stay. There was a AC unit in the living area that was great but was not one in the room so it was a little warmer even with the fans and windows open. Otherwise excellent place! Would stay again.

Location is really great for both exploring Maui and just relaxing and watching the sunset at Kamaole Beach II across the street. The unit could use some improvements. It's really dark, (needs lights!) the air conditioning doesn't reach far enough to cool down the bedroom, the beach chairs are pretty beat (carrying straps are broken). In unit laundry (detergent provided) is amazingly convenient. We made breakfast in the renovated kitchen to save a few bucks daily. Overall, great location and unit could use sprucing up.

This property was awesome! Such a great location in Kihei- beach was literally across the street. Condo was clean, had everything you could possibly need for your stay. Nice that there was even beach towels/chairs/umbrella/cooler for beach days.
Highly recommend this property! Host was great with communication (check in instructions etc).

This place is everything you could ask for in a Kihei condo. The pool is 50 steps away, there is a green belt off the back patio that offers serenely and bird calls all day long.
We could not be happier with the entire experience. Coconuts on one side, and don’t miss Moose McGillicuddys on the other side. Snorkel and beach gear to rent right next door, and a nice little gift shop, all across from one of the best beaches on the entire island. Kam II. Do not hesitate to stay in this unit!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kihei that’s close to the beach, this is it! We only slept in the condo so it covered our needs during our stay. Not sure if Vrbo or the owner had messaging turned off but there were no checkout instructions provided or a way to contact the host to ask about them. We did an early AM checkout and the office was closed. Outside of that, we enjoyed having access to beach gear during our trip to Hana.

The condo is perfectly nestled in the prime location of Kihei, across the street from Kamole Beach II and within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Supermarkets (Safeway, Foodland) within 2-3 miles on the same road. The pool in the property is very well kept and clean. The balcony is private overlooking trees and nature. The unit itself is very spacious for a small family of 3 or 4 with a washer and dryer which was very convenient. And Bill is a wonderful host and was very kind and generous to allow us to do a late checkout.

Everything was great. The condo was in a perfect location, adjacent to our favorite beaches and restaurants. We loved the spacious balcony and enjoyed the natural view with wine and cheese every night. We loved the layout of the condo and island decor. Everything worked well. We don’t normally rent in Maui because we have family there, but decided to do a few days in Kihei. The place is located nearby great food and fun beaches. You can easily walk to many areas right from the condo. We honestly didn’t spend much time at the condo itself, but the pool is right outside and laundry was a really nice plus.

I enjoyed my stay here - it was in a great location with great beach spots super close along with restaurants and places to shop! The inside of the place was spotless and they provided lots of towels, chairs, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. They even had a hair dryer which was great!
Biggest drawback that kept it from being 5 stars: there is absolutely NOWHERE to store your things (the office won’t let you keep things there at all!)! So just beware that before and after you check out, you’ll be lugging whatever you bring along. The air conditioner keeps the living room very cold but doesn’t get into the bedroom as well - although it kept me cool enough. It’s also kind of noisy for anyone sleeping in that living room. There’s very little shade at the pool and most of those are taken during the day.

Just a few steps from the beach and close to shops and restaurants for quick bites. Little convenient store close by as well for food items. Wall to the beach (don't worry about parking) , walk to restaurants and a coffee shop, walk to the spa, walk for afternoon icecream. The location could not be better!
The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans and dishware for some in home meals. The coffee maker was a little finicky, and some of the light bulbs needed to be replaced. Otherwise, the place was clean, tidy, and had all the supplies for a fun day(s) at the beach!

Bill's place was just fantastic to stay at. It was centrally located in Kihei so all the spots we wanted to go to were within a couple miles or even walking distance. The beach across the street (Kamaole Beach Park II) was literally a 3 min walk and very nice.
I will admit, the AC was a little loud when running it, but it's in a different room than the main bedroom so wasn't a huge issue for us when sleeping (way better than trying to deal with no AC.
The room was professionally set up and had all the amenities we needed (Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, and Beach Umbrella) so I would definitely stay here again next time we head to Maui.

It all flowed very well. The place was clean and beautiful with lots of extra little touches. The housekeepers wrapped the towel with raffia which showed just on little touch to make it welcoming. There was beach gear available on the patio which made it all the more thoughtful. Thanks very much for having us, had a great time!

Bill’s property was exactly as listed and even included some fun extras we were not expecting like beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler. Bill was very responsive to all our questions and checking in and out was seamless. Bill accommodated a late check-out for us on very little notice—we were lucky no one else was checking in that day—which was very kind of him. The area his condo is located in was great and walking distance to some good places to eat. We would definitely book Bill’s place again in the future!

Overall, this was a cute little condo in a good location with easy access to the #10 bus. The kitchen had been updated which was nice. The unit is located behind the office and there is not much a view off the balcony. There was 1 or more chickens, baby chicks and and a rooster that took his job too seriously. I found him somewhat entertaining and watched them while having coffee on the balcony. The beach is within walking distance which was good. The sleep sofa mattress was stained and difficult to place back into the frame so no one slept in that. Some of the dishes and utensils in the kitchen that were stored in the cabinet and drawers had food particles on them. That being said, the rest of the condo was clean. The unit could use a little sprucing up in terms of a fresh coat of paint, otherwise I have no complaints. FYI, check out is at 11:00 AM and there is no place to store your luggage in the development if you have an evening flight like we did and do not have a rental car, In general, we did not book luxury accommodations so I was not expecting them to be luxurious. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here.
