Our Cancellation Policy due to COVID-19:
In the event that the resort/hotel rentals close down or the subject unit is not available due to COVID-19 restrictions, or if the quarantine requirements prevent staying at the unit, or if any registered traveler in your party tests positive or inconclusive for COVID-19 which prevents the traveler to Hawaii, we will work with Guest to reschedule your dates with full credit or offer a full refund of the amount received.
Due to high demand during Christmas and New Year. We only can rent one of the following options for each unit:
* 1 week Christmas (if more than 1 week and less than 2 weeks, please pad extra days before Christmas)
* 1 week New Year (if more than 1 week and less than 2 weeks, please pad extra days after New Year)
* 2 weeks Christmas and New Year together
Due to our AOAO requires a minimum of 6-night stay, we might not be able to accept any booking less than 6 nights or resulting the remaining nights before or after it less than 6 nights. e.g., there is 12-night slot. We are not able to accept booking in the middle of it which causes 4 nights before it and 2 nights after it unbookable due to 6-night minimum regulations.
However, for a 7-night slot, we are very sorry that we will not be able to accept a 6-night booking.

As a valued guest of our Resort, we kindly ask that you please park your vehicle in the designated areas assigned to you. These areas are available for Owners, Renters, and a limited number of Guests. To ensure safety and convenience for all, it is important that drivers park only in their assigned spaces and display a valid parking permit at all times.
We also ask that you kindly refrain from parking in any unauthorized or restricted areas, including those assigned to others. If a vehicle is parked in one of these areas, it may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense without prior notice.
Please make sure that your vehicle fits entirely within the designated parking space, without protruding or extending into any adjacent space, driveway, or walkway. For safety reasons, oversized vehicles such as limousines and extra-large vehicles that do not fit wholly within a parking space are not permitted to park at the Resort.

Starting from October 1, 2023, all owners, guests, and residents of Beach Villas at Ko Olina will be required to pay a nominal fee of $25 when registering a vehicle for overnight parking in association-owned parking stalls. This fee will cover the entire duration of your reservation at Beach Villas.
As we face the new age with COVID-19, the safety and health of all guests are our ultimate priority. In conjunction with the CDC, WHO and Hawaii Lodging & Tourism Industry recommendations and guidelines, we have elevated our standards and norms to meet the new health and safety challenges by the pandemic.

* PPE will be worn by all cleaning crew members
* Refined cleaning procedures and check-off list to ensure full execution of duties
* Frequently touch surfaces will be sanitized and not limited to; light switches, door handles, bathroom/kitchen fixtures, thermostats, closet items, kitchen appliances etc.
* Linens and towels will be laundered and sanitized in accordance to guidelines set forth
* Closets will be lined with vinyl to protect stored linens
* Electrostatic Sprayer, UVC Sanitizing Wand and UVC Sanitizing Box as a standard apparatus for every checkout to avoid cross contamination
* If any guest contracted or tested positive for COVID-19 while occupying the unit, cleaners will NOT enter the unit until after 24 hours or longer
Changes in taxes or fees implemented after booking will affect the total rent.

This place has everything you need to cook any meal. Also it has everything you need to fully enjoy the beach. It is a great location to walk for coffee in the morning and dinner at night and top it off with ice cream. My husband and I brought our daughter and her boyfriend here for a week to celebrate their college graduation. We were impressed with the size of the condo as well as the lanai, where we ate breakfast every morning overlooking the pool. Everything was clean, up to date and beautifully decorated. We had zero issues while we were there, so I can’t speak to the responsiveness of the owner or staff, but I can tell you that we were warmly greeted by Shane upon our arrival. The complex is quiet, the lagoon had beautiful fish and even a turtle to see, and we were about a 1/2 mile walk to the Marriott, Aluani, and Island Country Market for restaurants, food and sundries. We loved it so much we are already thinking about when we can plan our next visit!

The condo was exactly what our family needed. Everything we needed to enjoy the beaches and the pool were available in the unit. The rooms were large and we had plenty of space for a family of 6. And because if the way the unit faced,
We oversaw the pool, had a view if the ocean, and the lanai was always in the shade. The property was well kept and the staff was friendly. The only negative was that the parking space was in the other building, so it's a little bit of a walk. But the parking is underground, so the car is secure and always cool.

We had a stay in this fantastic condo and resort in early January. The condo exceeded our expectations and was excellent in every way. Had everything we needed, basic pantry items, laundry and dishwasher supplies, and beach supplies. The beach chairs and little wagon were great for make it easy to go to the beach. The resort was immaculate! Everything seemed to be perfectly in it’s place and clean all the time. The pools were excellent and were never crowded(never had a problem getting a chair when we went). The lagoon beach was a very good swimming spot(very good for small children as water was usually very calm). It was our first stay in the Ko Olina area and it could not have been better. It had all the amenities you could need but you felt like you were away from the crowd of Waikiki, for us it made for a more relaxing vacation.

We unfortunately could not use our personal paddleboards that we brought with us in the resort coves - they will only let you use ones you rent from the resort there, but we used them every else we went so it was all good :) We would definitely stay again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this property and are already planning how we can come back here later in the year. The property is so well maintained, staff are helpful. Thu’s condo is very well stocked with all the basics. They even had beach toys that we could take with us.
They offer a starter kit of soaps, body washes, toilet paper etc. we ended up buying some more in target nearby.

Very easy to communicate with owner and property mgrs. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, hard to explain the magic and beauty of this place. All the property employees were helpful and friendly. The condo is amazing too- the doors on the patio open up all the way so you have an open air patio/ kitchen living room. This is an amazing place. The only thing I can say is the view of the ocean is limited but you have a wonderful view of the lap pool.

We had a great stay! We were greeted with a warm welcome upon arrival and was given a tour of the unit. Very spacious, had plenty of amenities within the unit, and very clean. The location is great for all ages, esp younger kids as the lagoon had calm waters and plenty of space to spread out on the beach. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. We had a great time in our stay at this property. We'd definitely plan to stay here again on another trip. The owner was very responsive to questions and provided a lot of great information before we arrived so we felt well prepared and informed. The place was fantastic for our family. The staff at was efficient and friendly at check in. The room was clean and had everything we needed for cooking meals or even beach chairs and mats for trip to the beach. The outdoor table on the patio is the perfect spot to have some coffee or breakfast to start your day. The rooms all have plenty of space and a great open layout. Way better than staying in a tiny hotel room! It's the ideal resort location as you have access to multiple pools and hot tubs, a tiki bar, and a very short walk to the ocean lagoon. It's also short walk to some small convenience stores for anything you need or a coffee shop. If you plan to do a Luau, the Paradise Cove is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive up the street. Weather on this side of the island in October was perfect as it tends to be a bit drier on the leeward side. It was also a great place to travel all over Oahu without always getting caught in traffic. We had such a great time! Would definitely give this place 5 stars. Day of checkin was smooth. It took a little time to orient ourselves because we were new to the place. Front desk workers were very friendly and easy to talk to. Directions they provided on paper and verbal were easy to understand and read. They provided all the info we needed to checkin. In the room they also had a binder that was helpful for immediate reference to basic questions, house rules, maps, important phone numbers. I enjoyed not being on a high floor. It was great to be close to the lap pool. My kids and I swam in the pool daily and it was nice to be able to see how busy it was. The host is very helpful and upon booking provided helpful information of what to expect during our stay and for convenient checkin and checkout. Grounds were very nice and clean. The bar on the grounds had live music on respective days which was nice to watch. Workers practice social distance protocols and enforced them as well. The suite was clean I had no complaints. Had ample dishware and supplies. Host had many toys and beach gear such as beach chairs and goggles. I appreciated the washer and dryer in the suite. Overall really good stay!!! My family and I will come back again. Thanks so much!
