This was a nice clean unit! Everything was just as described. Nice comfortable beds. The condo was well laid out for our family. C Building is nice and close to the lower pool. We would definitely stay here again!

10 nights at this condo were wonderful. My husband, our 25 year old daughter and our 18 year old son stayed here. We used to come to Maui yearly then began visiting the big island of Hawaii. Maui was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Maui Kamaole was a place we stayed previously and it is still a great location.
We ate at Duke’s in Ka’anapali and walked through the resorts there and visited Lahaina but we definitely prefer Kihei or Wailea as our home base! Very crowded in Ka’anapali.
We made notes of restaurants the we enjoyed and those that no longer live up to our expectations. These are the places we liked: Pa’ia fish market in Kihei, Ohana seafood bar, Gus’ shaved ice, Four Sisters bakery!!!, 62 Market restaurant, Cafe O Lei at the Plantation, Wow wow lemonade, Pint and Cork, Maui Brewery happy hour.

This property is amazing! It was very clean and just as advertised. We had a small issue with the upstairs AC but the property management responded and took care of the issue very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

When I had questions, they either picked up the phone right away or replied to my message shortly thereafter. They were professional, informed, courteous and willing to accommodate my requests, when possible. I highly recommend staying at this or another one of their properties.

Love this location! Walk down the hill to the best beaches and back up to the pool if you can’t handle the wind. All the best food and coffee places are within 10 minutes or less. Condo had ample kitchen amenities and nice beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. This will save you quite a bit since you won’t have to rent it yourself. The condo was immaculate, AC more than sufficient, full size washer and dryer mean you can pack half as much. Keyless entry is super convenient, as is this unit’s proximity to the pool. This is my 2nd time staying at Maui Kamaole and I will definitely be back!

Check in was super easy and there were amenities we didn’t even think of. Cleanliness a plus and very roomy. Electricity went out out for a few and they responded quickly and even stopped by and kept us updated. Will definitely use again!

We stayed here for six nights and this condo was awesome! Perfect location to the pool, very clean, well stocked and plenty of room for a family. We loved the close proximity to all the beaches and downtown Kihei. Normally we have stayed in a resort in the past, but we are definitely going to switch that up from now on because there’s so much more room and flexibility to do things. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Also anytime you had a question it was answered promptly.

Property was beautifully kept, apt was clean and well stocked with cookware. Big enough for a family to spread out and be comfortable. A few minute walk to the beach, food and shopping in Kihei. Highlights include Fred’s tacos and snorkeling in the Molokini crater and Ululani shaved ice.Highly recommend and will stay at again.

No complaints. Well-equipped, very clean, good location within the complex, within walking distance of a nice park/beach. AC & washer/dryer. The 2nd bedroom is an unenclosed upper loft with its own bathroom. Not a deal breaker. Just good to know.

This place is perfect for a great Maui stay! The location is near the beach, the pool is clean and enjoyable, and great food and shops are close by. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable, and the place has plenty of room. Easy check in and check out, too. I highly recommend.

The unit itself and the property company that manages it were excellent. It was remodeled and nice inside. The AC worked great and it was spacious. My only issue with the unit itself was the lanai - the AC unit condenses water onto the tile and then the floor gets dirty quickly. Maybe a rug out there would be nice. There's also zero view of anything on the lanai other than some tall bushes and the complex road - just something to be aware of.
Our actual issue here was with the complex owners. There's clearly a large population of condo owners here that do NOT want vacation rentals. From being told to leave the hot tub so they could sit in it, to frequent comments of "we own here so these are the rules"......(and I have to be clear - we didn't break any of the posted rules, to which there are many). It just felt like we were always being educated on what you were and weren't allowed to do in this complex, and that wasn't particularly enjoyable.
Maybe this was a one-off experience, but it was certainly something that took us by surprise.

This unit in Maui Kamaole was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family (2 adults and 2 teenage children). Parents had the first floor bedroom and teens had the loft with separate twin beds and own bathroom. The pool and grill area is very close and convenient from the unit but you do not hear anyone at the pool from your balcony as it faces the other side of the building. We stayed for 10 days and had a blast. Lots to do right from this location- beaches, snorkeling, shops, restaurants, shaved ice, coffee, cinnamon roll shop, açaí bowls, etc. we would rent this unit again.

The unit was as described, well cleaned, and we loved it! The only thing annoying about our stay was we were shushed literally every 15 minutes by the property staff when at the pool. Our children would be talking in normal voices and then tell us to be quiet and that older residents complain. They need to understand that they are rental units next to a pool in the middle of the day and people are on vacation having a good time. We felt like we had to tip toe around everywhere and it was a damper on the pool experience. Other than that we loved it.

Beautiful condo with many amenities. There were 4 adults in our party. The condo gave us room to gather but also allowed us space for private time. There is a very limited view of the ocean, but the grounds are beautiful! Short walk to the beach through the meticulously maintained grounds.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL . EXCELLENT ACCOMMODATIONS. HAVE COMPLETED THIS BEFORE -- HOWEVER GLAD TO DO IT AGAIN . Couple of suggestions --- Upstairs Bathroom --- need shower door to prevent water going on the floor making it slippery when coming out of shower . Also same Bathroom -- Need a Curtain over window that could be tied back . People on Lani look right into the bathroom .. no privacy . I believe the description states OCEAN VIEW -- NOT TRUE . THE OCEAN IS DOWN THE HILL ACROSS THE STREET. NICE VIEW FROM MAIN LANI, HOWEVER . POOLS WERE GREAT . HOT TUB FANTASTIC . GRILLS WERE ALSO GREAT -- USED THEM 2X . NEED TO SUPPLY EXTRA PAPER TOWELS, TOILET PAPER . HAD TO PURCHASE BOTH IN OUR STAY, FROM GROCERY STORE.

I can see why this unit is frequently booked. The layout was very spacious, the updates inside were great, it was very clean upon arrival and had a lot of beach toys to borrow. Nice extras with full size washer and dryer. Even though there was not an ocean view, the patio was so peaceful and surrounded by lush Hawaiian plants and flowers.
