This 3 bedroom home is fully furnished with a Main Floor Master Suite with King size bed and large private ensuite. The second bedroom features two (2) TwinXL beds that can be joined to make a King with topper and the third bedroom also has two (2) TwinXLs that can be joined to make a King (complete with proper King mattress topper). a twin foldaway cot is available for the 7th person. We also include a pack n play for families with young children.
Every bedroom includes high-end TVs.
The open air concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, living room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people, and 6 at the lanai outdoor table, or 4 at the expansive granite kitchen counter. Relax and enjoy watching your sports team or enjoying a movie with the kids after a fun day at the beach on the large 65" curved 4K TV. Enjoy movies and music selections on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor covered lanai, equipped with BBQ, chaise loungers, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Watch golfers and on many days listen to the distant sounds of the ocean waves.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Things to do
Staying at Kulalani gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkelling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

Clean, well-stocked, well-equipped place. Plenty of space for a family of six. Outdoor area was a bit smaller, less private than we were expecting, but it was still fine, cozy, manicured. Good communication from property managers, too. We'd stay there again.

This was the best equipped condo we have stayed and we have stayed in over 20 condos in Hawaii. There was plenty of basic materials such as dish washing soap, laundry soap, toilet paper etc. We literally did not have to purchase anything. Also there were bicycles and scooters for kids. The condo was very clean. The buildings were very quiet.

The condo was everything and more than what we expected. We have been to many VRBO's and BnB's that SAY they are fully stocked but this one was FULLY STOCKED. The kitchen, bathrooms and garage had all the equipment you needed. The condo was very clean and management was easy to reach.

This is a great place for a family vacation.
We would sit out on the Lanai in the morning and watch the sunrise and listen to the birds wake up. The garage is well equipped with bikes for all ages and beach toys. The kitchen us well equipped.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and visiting the west side of the island. The location is excellent, close to some great beaches (black sand beach, Mauna Kea and Hapuna Beach). Few miles away on the main road there are a few stores, but we used mostly Costco (few miles away from airport). The property is in a very nice and quiet location. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the petroglyph park. We did not spent much time at the pool, but everything we saw seemed resort like. The house has everything you need in terms of kitchen utensils (we prepared our own meals), space, laundry stuff, etc. Beds were very comfortable, including the roll away beds (by kids' testimony). The carpet could use some cleaning (I understand this being a vacation home and maybe not everyone respecting the rules of leaving their shoes at the front door). The shower pressure in the bath upstairs is weak, especially for people with long hair. We called them and they fix it a little bit (could not do much since the water flow is controlled). They also unclogged the tub since it needed that! Pretty quick in responding to our requests. I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it. Mahalo!

Very good experience. A few, not too important, extras could add to the basically good experience. A quick 'how to' regarding the dish washer would be helpful. We somehow got it into time delay and couldn't seem to get it out of that mode. Take the mattress topper off the upstairs queen bed. It would slide around during the night and reduce the comfort of the sleep. A warning about high wind effects when parking outside the garage. We had a door from an adjacent car blow open out of control and hit our our car, causing a minor dent. People not use to such gusts are unaware of what can happen. This is not a specific property problem , rather a general problem that renters should be aware of.

We had three generations of our family staying at this property over Christmas. It had ample space for all of us to spread out and a sweet patio to boot. We really appreciated the stocked kitchen, beach toys, and bikes, and we used the fitness center, pool, and beach club several times! I would definitely recommend this property to any small group!

Property is as indicated! Beds are very comfortable and you have all that is needed in the kitchen, even though we didn’t cook all that much! Many restaurants and resort restaurants to choose from close by. The pools and fitness club are very close to the property. Also the beach club is in a very secluded bay. The gardeners keep the property pristine. Be sure to check out Hapuna beach! Beautiful! The only downside was the parking at times. We would definitely come back to this property!

We had a wonderful stay! Beds are so comfortable. Location is perfect. My only complaint we have is there is no parking for the unit only shared parking and the house had no cleaning liquids to spray after cooking or to clean up a spill but over all it was a fantastic stay .

This home was perfect. Impeccably clean, well maintained, super comfortable beds, high end clean linens, well stocked kitchen, and lots of beach and pool toys to use.
We hope to stay here every time we come back to the Big Island. The beach at the beach club is one of the most perfect, family friendly beaches on any of the islands, and the pool in the complex is lovely.

Nice place, but water pressure too low throughout the home. Had to take Seinfeld low pressure showers. Also, couldn’t park in small one car garage and about half the time the adjacent parking spots were occupied so had to park a good walk away.

This property was so well appointed, anything you could possibly need in a kitchen, outdoor space and a comfortable stay. I could give it double the stars if I could. Close enough to explore other beaches but the one in the complex was perfect. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and will!
