Stayed at DiAnne’s unit at KKN and it is by far the best unit on the compound! Location is directly in the middle of everything in Kihei and close to the pool. Incredibly clean and homey. The unit has everything you need for beach trips and a fully stocked kitchen! Will return again and until then I’ll be dreaming of the nights reading on the lanai!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and our time at DiAnne and Brad's condo. Every single thing you could think of needing was there! It truly felt like home. DiAnne is quick to respond and checked in with us to make sure we had settled in. Great suggestions as to what to check out too! Perfect location, steps away from the pool and a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. We saw whales breaching off of the beach and even a dolphin jumping along! 🐬You must try the cinnamon bakery in the shopping mall behind. Sooooo good! Would not hesitate to come back and spend our time in Maui here again. Thank you so much for sharing your home and little slice of heaven ❤

From the moment of my first contact with DiAnne and Brad to the last time we touched base the process was effortless and phenomenal. DiAnne and Brad's condo is well kept, clean and very comfortable. The amenities provided were unbelievable! All we had to worry about was bringing ourselves and our clothes, literally! The proximity to the beach was spectacular with an easy two minute stroll up the parking lot. The staff at the Kihei Kai Nan were warm and friendly. Overall this property and its owners exceeded my expectations and provided the perfect Maui experience. Thank you so much DiAnne and Brad!

Thank you, DiAnne, for the comforts of home! It was exactly what we needed…a good kitchen, a place to sleep and a great location. The bed was a bit soft for hubby, but the extra foam in the closet gave him an alternative. We love Kehei Kai Nani!

This Condo was perfect for our stay in Maui. It is close to the beach, food and shops. The condo itself was stocked with everything you need. It was the little things that surprised me like baggies, super glue, tape and a cooler. These all came in handy for us! Bed was comfortable. We did not use the pull out bed so can not speak on that. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the owners are very responsive. We would stay here again. I hope to be back.

The location is super nice! mins walk to the beach, restaurants, and the plazas. The condo is very nice and clean, it has a room with a queen bed, a well-furnished kitchen, and living room, and a balcony!! Love it!! I will def stay here next time when I am back. It feels like you are in home!!!

My partner and I loved this amazing spot in Kihei! Hosts were so helpful with tips for exploring the island and quick to reply. Place was spotless, bed was comfortable, AC was beyond great to have! Great place tucked away but quick walk to amazing beach and fun local stores and artisan! Will definitely be back!!

DiAnne is a great host, communicating often and going above and beyond answering questions I had about rental cars and local restaurants. Their place is cozy and well appointed, and very well equipped, including beach gear. All instructions were very clear. The location in Kihei is great, with a nice beach literally just across the street. Their 1st floor unit is very near the large but unheated pool. There were lots of people staying in the complex if you like company, but overall pretty quiet, especially in the evening and at night. The unit is cooled by a window AC in the living room and a standalone unit in the bedroom (vents to the outside). Both are quite loud. We didn't feel we could run the bedroom unit while we were sleeping, and one workaround (leaving the windows open) would have worked except for the local rooster announcing his presence at 4am! We were thankful for the ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, and screens on the front door and back patio window meant we could enjoy the fresh air in the cooler evenings.

The Owners were amazing. DiAnne is an excellent host, we will absolutely be back. Her condo is well stocked, we travelled with a large group and some did not have the use of beach chair’s, umbrellas, coolers, towels etc. DiAnne supplied everything. We unpacked our suitcases grabbed some groceries and enjoyed the island. Mahalo

I couldn’t be more pleased with my stay here! The location is great. The complex is safe, clean and friendly. And the condo itself is super adorable! Very comfortable and homey with everything you need to feel welcome.
Communication with the property owner was also great! Very prompt and helpful, and made you feel welcome and up to date every step of the way. They were engaged and thorough with everything you needed to know which made it super easy to show up and enjoy the stay!
Again, I couldn’t be happier with my choice to stay here, and I can’t recommend this property anymore highly!

Owners were very kind and helped us navigate our travel, check in, etc. place was very well stocked with random small things you might need. Location was great, easy to get anywhere and plenty of parking.
