It’s situated on Lagoon 2. We offer LOCATION and VALUE! This is our home that we hope to share with you! Our villa is spacious with 2 Bedrooms (sleeps maximum 6 with no exceptions) and 2 full baths with over 1200 square feet of living space. Stunning ocean and mountain views await you every day as you sit on the lanai. Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living to show off the expansive lanai adding an additional 235 square feet of outdoor living space with new comfortable seating. The custom designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances and a new LG full size stack washer/dryer all of which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. Interiors include travertine floors, NEW Wood flooring in the bedrooms, honed granite countertops and African mahogany doors, windows and trim work. The Master bedroom is furnished with king bed, matching night tables, private access to the lanai, soaking tub and separate shower which is handicap accessible with grab bars and roll in capabilities along with a full walk-in closet with organizers. Both bathrooms come with grab bars around the toilet facilities as well. The secondary master is furnished with 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king upon requests, full dresser and closet, along with nightstand, its own large bathroom with exquisite features and deep soaking tub/shower. The glass top dining room table seats 6 comfortably plus there is a bar with 4 high back barstools. The Living room has a king sleeper sofa, 2 sitting chairs along with a coffee table that turns into a twin bed. The villas décor is island themed with vibrant colors & local flair.

It was a great place to stay. Everything was perfect. Beautiful views. The lagoon was not crowded making it a great place to relax. Walkway between the 4 resorts was awesome. A variety of shops and restaurants close by. Easy access to all parts of the island. It is on the quieter side of Hawaii which made it perfect. We had an excellent experience with Sherri, she goes above and beyond.

Beautifully and completely furnished property. Ocean view is stunning. We were met at arrival and toured through the facility. We didn't use the facilities, or the beach, in favor of sightseeing around the island, but everything is available. The Island market is convenient, but parking and the pay-to-park system are overboard when already paying hefty resort prices. We did enjoy Monkeypod, but went into Kapolei for everything else. Still highly recommended for those who want to stay on property, swim and sun.

We have stayed in Ko Olina previously, but it was our first stay at the Beach Villas. The unit was stocked with plenty of kitchen appliances, certainly everything we needed to cook meals. We had plenty of towels and pool / beach toys etc. Everything was perfection and Sherry was extremely accommodating, welcoming and responsive. We will be back! Was our second time at the property, and lived up to everything we remembered! Sherry is amazing as on-site manager and we love the Beach Villas and Ko Olina area. Unit has everything you need and the lagoons are great for beach/snorkel. Definitely need a car if you want to get out and explore the island, but highly recommend making this your home base for your vacation.

I was lucky enough to rent this beautiful villa with my family for 10 days.
From the minute we arrived, Sherry & Neal treated us like absolute gold! They were so easy to work with, they made sure we had everything we needed from the minute we booked & the communication was so fast.
The kitchen was definitely the most well stocked we have ever had in a rental. You literally don’t need to buy anything except your food - there is a huge range of spices, cookware, utensils, & indoor & outdoor dishes.
The lanai was perfect, it stayed cool & shady all day, but our favourite thing was the lagoon.
We spent every day at the lagoon - the snorkelling is amazing & there’s guaranteed sun & shade.
We love the Ko Olina & can’t wait to come back

We have stayed at the Beach Villas at Ko'olina before and enjoyed it so much we stayed again! We love the location...the quiet lagoons and beaches, the pools, not too far from other things to do. The condo is in great shape, very clean, lanai is on the more shaded side, so it doesn't get too hot. Sherry is excellent at communicating and helping out with arrangements!

Property has everything you need! My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable like home away from home. The lagoons are great for the young and old. A lot you can do. Also walked to the nearby coffee shops market and restaurants.

We stayed in room 406, it was amazing. Sherry was great and helped so much with check-in and tour of property. Could not get the kids out of the lagoon pool!! There was painting going on so we didn't have day use of the lanai but I will for sure be back for another stay!! Mahalo!

This property was amazing! Everything you could need or want was there - kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much every cooking implement you would need. The property manager also supplies guests with dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry soap, hand soap, etc (many of those things we have had to purchase when staying at other vacation rentals) They also provide so much for beach activities (towels, wagon, snorkel supplies, tubes, rafts cooler, ice packs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, etc) All of these extra things made our stay so easy! The lagoon outside the unit is perfect for lounging and floating in the water without getting pounded by waves. If you want good snorkeling or waves you will need to travel to other beaches. The only thing we didn't like was the "no beach umbrella" rule in the lagoon. All the other lagoons don't restrict umbrellas so I'm not sure why the condo HOA won't allow it....having the shade is nice for those who need to limit sun exposure.
The unit is clean and the view is amazing! The property manager even left us with a gift basket full of snacks and goodies (and a birthday cake to celebrate my birthday) Nice extra touches everywhere. You will not regret staying on this property!

So many wonderful things! Great stay, wonderful location.
Manager Sherry met us at the condo when we arrived at 11pm at night to introduce us to the room. She answered every question I had promptly. The unit is just as pictured, and lovely.
The Ko Olina area has a trail linking the 4 lagoons, I ran every morning which was wonderful. I would also walk to neighboring restaurants, as the bar by the pools serves small snacks & drinks. Multiple hot tubs to choose from while you are grilling dinner at night, my girls loved the quiet pool which was the warmest pool.
The unit itself has absolutely everything you need for the beach, we would load up the cart with snorkel gear, beach towels, floaties and cooler which were all provided. We took the cooler with us everywhere we went on the island and always had cool drinks and snacks which was nice traveling with children.
There is the Ko Olina Center nearby with Starbucks, Vintage Island Coffee shop, pizza place, Mexican restaurant, and a small store to by basic food items and hot foods.
It was nice to stay away from the crowds, and easily drove all over the island. I would highly recommend this rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at BT-406 — we were there for a week as a family of five. The property is well maintained, has all the amenities that you need, and has an amazing view of the water! I enjoyed beautiful morning walks on the beachfront path that winds along the lagoons, we swam in the lagoons and pools, and enjoyed the nearby restaurants. Both the owner and property manager were very responsive and accommodating prior to our arrival, as well as during our stay. I would highly recommend this property, you will thoroughly enjoy your stay in Ko Olina!

We hadn’t been away as a family in years and had many milestone celebrations in 2021 so decided to go to Oahu. I highly recommend the Ko Olina area and in particular the Beach Villas. Our unit was beautiful, modern and perfect for our family of 5. Sherry and Neil were very friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend staying here. We rented a car and went to all sides of the island, but tried to make it back in time for the spectacular sunsets on our lagoon. The pool and low-key bar area was convenient and great for our family, with a market and restaurant options nearby. Thank you!!
