This garden level pool villa, F102 "Bali Hai", is a true gem! It boasts a beautiful garden view, 3 bedrooms (King in ocean master, King in 2nd master with a Queen Sofa Bed, 2 Queens in third bedroom), 3.5 bathrooms and more than 3,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space.
The F building is conveniently located in the center of the resort. It is close to the family pool, the lobby, the Shops At Wailea, and yet it is also close to the beach and the heated adult swimming pool and spa. After you park and exit your vehicle, you walk down the gently sloping paved pathway that is lined with potted plants - directly into your vacation home. F102 is ideal for visitors who don`t care for elevators, and for those who want a bona-fide residential living experience.
The property owners have spared no expense in working with our team of professionals to create a uniquely elegant, comfortable and intimate vacation home. Inside F102 is new paint, new carpet, new bed and bath linens, new kitchen goods, new furnishings, new electronics, and some new and original wall decor. F102 now ranks amongst the very best of the Wailea Beach Villas residences.
We named F102 as Bali Hai Pool Villa because this garden level corner pool villa was decorated with an eclectic but tasteful mix of rich and romantic tropical and south seas decor. We took classic neutral elements such as vanilla leather, natural teak, warm mahogany, creamy travertine, and soft white marble, and then blended them with splashes of vintage gold, chocolate velvet, Capiz shell, clear crystal, palm green, and other colors found in the plumeria and hibiscus flowers that bloom outside of F102.
As you walk into the villa and head down the hallway towards the great room, you`ll notice the beautiful lush garden area outdoors. There is a large wrap-around verdant grass lawn, an expansive covered alfresco patio, and a private plunge pool that is reserved just for this villa. After sunning on one of the reclining chaise lounges on the lawn, it`s quite refreshing to enjoy a quick dip in the charming petite size plunge pool(The plunge pool is not heated. It is a cold splash plunge pool only). The pool has a waterfall feature which creates a relaxing backdrop the lazy hours you`ll spend relaxing at Bali Hai.
To further enhance the natural living experience at Bali Hai Pool Villa, we placed an array of potted plants and flowers in imported glazed ceramic pots on the patio and in the garden. The additional plantings which include fragrant gardenia, create a lush surrounding that is unique within the Wailea Beach Villas. Outside of the second master bath is a lava rock enclosed outdoor grotto shower. You can access the outdoor shower from a locked gate to ensure privacy. Not only is it fun to shower in the fresh air, but it's convenient when rinsing off sand after a day at the beach.
Indoors, abundant sunshine streams through the many windows and solid floor to ceiling glass doors. Enjoy plenty of natural light without the excessive warmth of direct sun that can make staying in a higher floor villa less comfortable. With confidence, we like to boast that you may not want to go anywhere during your holiday, if other than to lounge day and night in your own garden. Set a chaise out on the grass lawn at night and take in the blazing star-lit night skies that Hawaii is famous for.
A large pop up television rises from a cabinet in the living room, and each bedroom now has a large over-sized newer flat panel television and an HD cable box with HD channel subscriptions. Other technology amenities in F102 include complimentary no-charge downloadable Netflix, Wi-Fi and hard-wired internet service, iPod alarm clock radios, and multiple work desks stocked with office supply. The living room has an HD DVR that will record your favorite entertainment while you are at the beach! Additional upscale details include unique furnishings, a built-in guest safe, Studio Becker European closets, nine foot lofty ceilings, premium high thread-count bath and bed linens, and plush pillow-top beds.
The full kitchen is extraordinarily well equipped with a full array of top-shelf cooking and dining supplies including crystal glassware, an Espresso/Cappuccino maker, Hotel Collection bone china plate ware, professional cookware, two Sub-Zero refrigerators with beverage drawers, freezer with ice maker, Thermador stainless steel convection oven with microwave, Gaggenau gas range, Bosch electronic dishwasher, and dual coffee makers with grinder. Loved the property and even better than the pictures! Very well appointed, great furniture and decor, and love the layout where all bedrooms are separated from the others for full privacy. Management team was very responsive when issues encountered (main bathroom lighting) and worked to fix quickly. Only improvement would be to have better wifi coverage in all rooms and lanai - really only strong in the great room space. Thanks again for a great visit and we will definitely be back!

We just spent 8 nights in F102 and the condo was even better than advertised. The entire condo was very well done with nice furnishings, and all of the little things you need to make your stay much more enjoyable. The kitchen was stocked with nice appliances, cookware, wine glasses and decanters, and there were even 3 types of ziplock bags in the drawers. Ziplock bags are an example of something that they thought of that was small that really is handy when you need it on a trip. There were beach bags we could use and other little things that made it feel like home that you don't find in many places.
The space is quite large. Each bedroom is a pretty good size with basically two rooms that could be the master. The bathrooms were very large also and well equipped. The outdoor living space was great and the plunge pool was a real treat on a hot afternoon.
The entire complex was very nice and the location cant be beat. The pools were very nice. The beach was wonderful and there was always someone there to set up a chair and umbrella for you. If you are looking for a great spot that is a little more high end, but not part of a hotel then this is a perfect spot for you. We walked down to the Four Seasons for a drink and dinner. The Four Seasons was great as always, but I was much happier with the lower key (less crowded) Wailea Beach Villas. I was also really happy we had our own kitchen and space to hang out. We have been fortunate to stay in some great places over the years, and this was one of the nicest places we have ever rented. We would definitely stay there again!

Jane, with Private Paradise Villas, met us at the unit when we arrived. She took the time to show us through every room to point out switches and remotes, and to made sure we knew where everything was located. The Villa is well built, beautifully furnished and decorated. The grounds are lush, green and groomed daily. The property is gated and very private, but it is easy to access nearby shops and hotels with the door key. My wife and I, along with our youngest daughter and a friend of hers, stayed for nine days. The girls used the pools and beach while we caught up on rest. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are quiet and isolated. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. All the appliances, utensils, dishes, glasses and flatware are high end. We took several day trips to explore the island and it was always nice to return to the villa in the evening. When it came time to leave the management group noticed our flights did not depart until late at night. They called and offered a late afternoon/early evening check out which was extremely helpful. We were able to relax all day and shower before heading to the airport. Thank you!

Lots of open space and comfortable. Worked well for 6 people. Close to stuff (shopping, restaurants and beach) but private and away from the crowds. Indoor / Outdoor space was fantastic.
