The bedroom smelled musty and I would change the bedroom curtain because you can see thru it at night. Anybody walking to the building can see you from the parking lot. The fan for cooking wasn't working.

We loved Waipouli Beach Resort. Location was perfect to get to either north or south shore. Condo was very well appointed with everything we could have needed and much more. The unit was very comfortable and spacious. We didn’t spend much time inside but the two bathrooms were the best for getting ready and the bed was extremely comfortable. Condo was so nice and quiet.

The process was seamless with Kauai Vacation Rentals. The unit was clean and well maintained. But the location of the unit was not the best. I wish that it would have been made more clear in VRBO. I have stayed at the Waipouli many times now. This unit is dark and faces the parking lot and an electrical box. And it seems that all of the employees and workers enter from this side of the complex. This is also the first time I have stayed in a ground floor unit. You can hear everything from the upstairs unit! And I mean everything!

Stayed with my boyfriend. Loved thst the car was right outside to our car. Everything was clean, supplies fir kitchen , and beach items were nice. The condo is right by Safeway and easy to walk to restaurant s and beach.

We did a ton of research before selecting this resort. It has everything we were looking for-central location, beach and pool access, central air, washer/dryer in unit, two bathrooms, etc. It absolutely exceeded our expectations so much so we want to come back year after year.

The condo is in a convenient location for exploring the island of Kauai. The pool and lazy river at the resort provided good entertainment for adults and children. The condo was nicely furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We used the cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas multiple times-it was great to find them in the closet for our use.

Beautiful appointed condo. Even with no view, is was just a few steps to the marvelous pool with slides, lazy river, and waterfall. The ocean and beach was maybe a 1 minute walk. The grounds were impeccably kept. We stayed at this resort many times, and it always impressed us.

We had an excellent stay at this condo unit. It’s very spacious and big enough for a couple like us. Very clean, well kept and it has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable including beach chairs, cooler and snorkeling sets were available for use. Check in process was a breeze and easy communication with the property manager. It didn’t bother us that the unit is near the parking lot as we were always on the go. The only minor thing I should mention is that it’s lacking some lighting by the dining table/area and didn’t use it as much. The property grounds/pool area are well kept and beautiful. Overall we had an excellent stay. Thank you for making our anniversary trip memorable and comfortable!

I love staying at Waipouli Beach Resort and this unit A-105 was perfect for my stay. The resort has so many amenities it's wonderful. Highly recommended. The unit was clean and dealing with the Kauai rentals was easy. I would stay here again any day.

Convenient to all sides of the island, shopping, dining, beach. Easy parking and easy access to the pool and hot tubs! Beautiful property, condo was well furnished and had everything we needed. Bed super comfy, as was the rest of the furniture. KVR excelled, as always. Condo was clean and well stocked from the linens to the kitchen. Altho the Lanai looked out to the parking lot, landscaping obscured anyone looking our way and it still felt private.

The condo was very nice and the beach and pool were great. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open many of the days we were there so we didn't get to try it. However there is several places to eat within walking distance so not a real issue.

We chose this condo for the location and lazy river pool but loved so much more. The condo had everything we needed for our 8 day stay including all the kitchen items you could think of plus things you would need for the beach. The bed and pillows were so comfy! The check in was as easy as receiving a door code the day we arrived. We loved the multiuse path along the beach and that there were so many places we could walk to to eat or shop! We will definitely book this place again!

We stayed in unit A-105. This unit was perfect for the 2 of us with every amenity possible. It was well equipped with basic essentials and the not so basic including- snorkeling gear, beach towels, and beach umbrella/chairs. The grounds, pool & hot tub are well kept. If you're looking for a homebase, this one is ideal. Great central location to the entire island with a Safeway directly across the street. Excellent food trucks just to the north in Kapa'a, direct access to bike path, along with bike rental one block south. We'll be back!

Beautiful location, wonderful accommodation. Very nice pool and exercise facility. Lack of readily available concierge may be a concern for some, but there are several places nearby that can be used.

We’ve stayed here four times and enjoy Waipouli but you can see some of the wear and tear, lots of rust, hot tubs aren’t as clean as they could be. But overall great location and resort. The dishwasher in our unit was very old also

Extremely easy to check in. The property manager was very helpful. The complex is beautiful and very well kept. The unit had everything we needed including beach chairs and a cooler! We are looking forward to a return trip.
