Staying in this unit at Honua Kai made the trip! It was the perfect spot especially with little ones! Close to the pool and beach with amazing views and more than enough! We never once felt crammed in with 10 people.

This place was a beautiful place, great view, great service, and amazing location.
KBM resorts addressed any issues we faced in a very timely manner and responded very quickly to anything we needed.
Kids loved the pool amenities, open areas to run, and access to the beach. They had kid packages including a pack and play (bring your own sheet), beach toys, and a high chair.
I would definitely be interested in coming here again for a future stay.

Wonderful resort and unit which was steps away from the pool. Only downside was that we felt the kitchen was not well equipped for our goup of 6, plus infant. We have stayed at many VRBO’s and never have we not had at least salt and pepper provided. For as much as we paid, you would think that would be provided

Our rental unit at the Honua Kai was terrific! The furnishings provided by KBM Hawaii exceeded our expectations. It was well equipped - not only was it great to have the boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers for the beach, the unit itself was wonderfully accommodated with quality bedding (comfortable mattresses and bedding) and high-end pots and pans. The unit was also beautifully decorated. We loved everything about our stay! Thanks KBM Hawaii!

The KBM team are all excellent and very customer friendly. The KBM property at Honua Kai (150) was exactly as pictured and described. Clean and plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 littles. The first floor location is ideal for quick access to any of the 3 pools and Dukes. The beach is about a 2 minute walk and a great place for family photos at sunset! Overall I would give higher ratings if I could. This place was truly awesome for our family vacation.

KBM Hawaii is the BEST service in MAUI, If you want a stress free vacation and treated like a King, This is the team to use. Picking up our rental to checking into our Condo was a breeze! They will manage ALL of your needs, no need to deal with the front desk for anything, your keys will be with the valet team once you drive up! They are very professional and truly wants the best for you and your family. During a beach visit we discovered the umbrella left for the guest to use was broken, I texted Krisy from the beach to let her know we needed another umbrella and when we got back to the condo the new umbrella was already delivered. They treated us like Royalty checking in daily to see if we needed anything. We will be using KBM Hawaii for all our future trips to the Islands of Hawaii.

This property was everything it showed on line. We plan on returning. We have fabulous cooks in the family and the kitchens were great. Well stocked with what was needed with appliances. Rooms and beds were very good. The location was we feel the best in the resort. Walk out the patio to the pool. Having the Tommy Bahama chairs available made the beach outings wonderful. We had a couple items that would have liked to be different but overall this is a great unit. It is spacious, easy access to the pools and Duke's. Having a grill was great, but it is difficult to see at night out there. You never run out of hot water. Be careful of the patio if your feet are wet or it rains, very slippery! The unit is literally next to the pools and Duke's but it is never too loud. There were 4 beach chairs, 5 boogie boards, an umbrella, cooler and beach towels. More than listed in the listing, it was great!!! We had some issues but KBM was immediately responsive with great customer service. The wi-fi wasn't too great, we had 4 kids doing school on some days and two working adults on a couple days too. Having the keys in the form of a bracelet was way better than a card. There were two ovens which was great to have access to. Bottom line, we would book it again due to the space and access to the pools, beach and Duke's.

Location of condo with very easy access to pools was great for a family with young children. Very close to beach. However, 5-10 minute walk on boardwalk to another beautiful sandy beach. Condo was beautiful and well-stocked. One of the K beds could use replacing and internet was often slow. Overall, a very nice unit and and nice resort. Definitely recommend, especially if traveling with children. I would give it a 4.5/5.0.
