Right in the heart of Wailea this gated beachfront, low density complex is situated on Ulua beach (crescent sandy beach with snorkeling, swimming and more.) The condo has an oversized lanai with rockers, loungers, a 6-top table and a Weber propane BBQ. With a just renovated upper pool and hot tub, plus a recently renovated lower pool and pavilion right on the Wailea walkway you have lots of choices to beach it, pool it or lanai it on your Maui vacation. Take a short walk and enjoy happy hour, gourmet restaurants, and great shopping. Come back to the condo and have a great sleep on the California King bed or queen size pull out in air-conditioned comfort. With a rear path to the lanai that is wheel chair accessible, access to the large lanai to drop off your beach gear is a breeze. On top of a fully stocked kitchen we also keep on hand some Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a couple of coolers. This unit is professionally managed by an on-island company with an on-island staff. They provide daily housekeeping, complimentary concierge and activity services, local recommendations, 24-hour emergency service and much more.
