Lovely condo at the Palms. Lower level with large outdoor patio and floor to ceiling windows. Rebecca does an excellent job communicating during your stay and has the condo stocked with everything you need to enjoy paradise for your vacation.

This is our second time staying here and it’s as good as ever. There have been some nice updates made to the main bathroom area that we loved and helped make our stay even more comfortable. The location is great and although some complain about the traffic noise honestly it’s not that bad. The villa is well equipped and dealing with Roxann was as usual delightful.

This home was amazing. The interior layout was very inviting and open, we used the kitchen to cook several things and they had a good mix of items to cook with. The lanai was huge with several places to chill and also a nice grill to cook with, which we took advantage of as well. The home entertainment set up was also great. Overall, we just loved this place and would absolutely want to come back and stay here again. Thank you for being a great host!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Roxann’s. The well equipped condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A short walk down to the beach. The pool was a great way to cool off on a day when the wind was blowing too hard on the beach. Comfortable living room and huge lanai were the perfect way to end our days of exploring. There is a bit of traffic noise but nothing too bad to put a damper on the trip.

Maui is a great place and this property was awesome. Literally a block or so to the beach, close to shopping and golf. Awesome outdoor patio and grill. I highly recommend the property and I will be back!

We have stayed at the Palms many times, booking through Outrigger Resorts. We enjoy the convenience and access to all Wailea has the offer, as well as walking distance to a wonderful beach for a morning stroll and evening sunsets. The unit was perfect, and as we usually cook it was great to have a refrigerator with many condiments available too. Unit was well stock with all the necessities. Extra plus for the beach chairs, umbrella etc., very helpful. We would not hesitate to stay again and thanks for looking after your guests so well. Mahalo!!

Always love going to Maui. The palms at Wailea is a great place. Condo was spacious and the large Lani and BBQ were a great outdoor space. Next time in Maui will look at renting this unit again. Host checked in several times to make sure everything was fine.

We had a great stay at Roxanne’s! She was very communicative, the condo was very clean, and it had everything we needed. We really appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed having meals outside on the spacious lanai. The pool was super relaxing and we loved being just a short walk to the beach for evening sunsets!
There is some mild road noise that can be heard from the lanai, it wasn’t an issue for us but something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to noise!
Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

From start of trip checking in and throughout stay was a great experience. Condo was clean, very well stocked from kitchen to beach items. Very open floor plan between kitchen/dining and living room area. Awesome lanai, amazing pool and hot tub area at resort. Very close drive to lots of amazing beaches and restaurants. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay here!

The checkin was really simple: just type in the passcode in the key lock and it was done. It was very convenient for us when we arrived at 11pm.
The rooms were clean and well organized. We could see that the owner had put in great considerations for the guests. The gears for the beach like snorkel and sand toys are available. The kitchen has all the necessary stuff for cooking including cooking oil and salt, which is really convenient for us to cook.
It has been great experience staying in this property.

Everything was as advertised! My twins slept on the pull out and said it was very comfortable, plenty of hot water, great beach set up and the kitchen had everything we needed. Roxann was very responsive and the check in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I just completed a wonderful three week vacation at this beautiful location. As pretty much all reviewers have stated this was a great VRBO experience for us. Roxann was the perfect hostess and was responsive and as helpful as you could possibly desire. The kitchen was well equipped and my wife loved the fact that there were good quality kitchen knives that she could use. The condo had everything you would expect with good air-conditioning in the bedroom and a nice modern TV. It had everything you would need for the beach including good quality towels, umbrella and beach chairs. We loved the size of the condo and especially the lanai where we would spend most afternoons if the pool was too busy. Yes you can hear some road noise but honestly it did nothing to impair our experience. We would highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be back.

This was one of the best VRBO rental experiences we’ve had. The unit is exactly as pictured and described. It was spotless and well-equipped for our family’s stay. My husband and I loved sitting on the large lanai in the evenings. Roxann was a super host. She was receptive to emails and made sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It was centrally located and close to many beaches, big and small. The property comes equipped with beach towels, snorkeling equipment, umbrellas, and beach chairs which we used daily for our beach trips. The home was clean, and Roxann was great to work with. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved the size of the condo!! It was just two of us, but the place was so roomy and so nice for our short stay. The location was ideal, just a short 5 minute walk down the beach. The kitchen was well stoked with supplies, beach chairs and umbrellas with very comfy beach towels were provided, and overall we loved our stay. Will definitely be back!

My family of (4) stayed at this wonderful unit after Christmas this last year. We had a marvelous time and enjoyed the unit and all that it has to offer. It was very well stocked with anything that you would need and so spacious and well laid out. Our girls slept on the sofa bed which was perfect. The lanai was a great place to hang out and we loved having a barbeque at the unit. The pool and grounds were beautiful. We walked to the shops and beach walk every day. The location was perfect. The only thing to note is there is some road noise, but you can't hear it when inside and the location and well appointed unit outweighed the noise. We would stay here again for sure and have already recommended the place to many of our friends. We look forward to staying in this unit again.

Pro-The property is in a central location to all beaches and restaurants and is stocked with everything you need.
Con-It is on a busy and noisy road, The other item it needs is a safe. All in all it is a great place for a vacation.

We spend 4 days at this apartment, with two adults and two kids.
With only one bedroom it is a bit small for a family of four, but the inflatable matrass and sofa in the livingroom are very comfortable.
The apartment has everything you need, the pool area is great, and the apartment is located very close to the beach. Only minor drawback is the busy road at the back which has quite a bit of traffic, but that did not bother us too much.
Ah, almost forgot, at the back of the house there is lots of space for the kids to play outside. We had a great time and would def. consider going back.

This was a very nice unit in a great south Maui location. New kitchen, and very bright inside. Nick was great to work with and was accommodating and kept in touch to make sure arrival and departure worked for my relatives who were staying in the condo.

We have been stayed this condo several times through Outrigger hotels past over 10 years. Compare to Outrigger properties, we felt more homey atmosphere. Beach equipments (chairs and umbrella etc.) were so useful. Nice washer/dryer. We loved tile floor lanai. There is a road nearby, so traffic was little bit noisy. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation. This condo has everything we need . It has a nice kitchen with granite counters and updated appliances, large living room with flat screen TV, the master bedroom has king size bed and the closet is stock with tons of towels for beach use. The big lanai is great for Barbeque and for relaxing. I enjoyed making my blueberry smoothie everyday. I feel really safe at the Palms. Thanks Nick!

This was a great place to call home for 2 weeks.
The condo is great. You have all you need to feel at home.
You can enjoy your dinner on the Lani witha great BBQ. You have all you need for cooking, doing your laundry ans things for the beach.
I would recommend Nick please to anyone that want to discover Maui. Thanks for everything.

We have enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is on the ground floor, but on a beautiful hill with a nice view from a large patio. There is a road not far with some traffic, but it was totally fine with us. The master bedroom with a king size bed has a nice AC :-) Plenty of nice towels, beach towels, two beach chairs, sand toys for kids, boards, snorkeling gear, two TV etc. In the living room there is a large couch and plenty of space to move around. Nice table outside, good kitchen with new appliances, new washer and dryer.... what else? 5 minutes walking from the beach (but you need to cross the road with no traffic signs). Great for families with kids! In the condo nice pool with a view! :-) Nick is nice to work with. :-)))) Thanks!!!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The location is perfect. Walking distance to beaches and to stores and restaurants. The condo itself is very clean and you have all amenities, such as beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, snorkel equipment and more. Spacious bedroom with bathroom and second bathroom. We would recommend this condo highly. Nick is always available to help if needed.
