This is a custom remodeled ground floor, lanai ocean view unit at Kihei Kai Nani #102. Owners took hold of an awesome top to bottom renovation that includes all new appliances, custom cherry cabinetry, solid stained concrete counters, tiled wall & back splash and a unique filtered window between the kitchen and bathroom. Yep...a filtered glass window between the living area and bathroom??? My money says we're one of a handful of units worldwide offering that tempting feature! Our unit is in the much desired building #1 which gives it an unheard of rare ocean view from the ground floor lanai and the benefits of beautiful Kamaole II Beach literally seconds away. This custom renovation is a far cry away from all the other cookie cutter Kihei Kai Nani units and is a no-brainer vacation rental or snow bird unit.

FYI. NO ELEVATORS IN THIS COMPLEX. Our unit is GROUND FLOOR convenience. Also, a CENTRAL Split Living Area and Bedroom A/C system was just installed making this a Double Win Primo unit!
