Housekeeping Services:
For stays of 14 nights or more, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services are scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Love this condo! We wanted to be right on the beach so we could walk to it easly and we were right there!
Worth the extra amount to beable to whale and people watch from our balcony. I broke my knee right after Christmas and was still able to use this condo without much problems
The 3 stps up to vonfo was the only real issue i had but we brought crutches for that. The staff really was expedient in every way we needed them....we will go back here when we come and visit again!

This was my second time staying at Sugar Beach Resort. Things I love: the view, how quiet and peaceful it is, the town of Kihei which is so friendly and laid back, great reasonably priced restaurants, and the location which is a great home base for exploring the island. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The only thing I didn't care for was having to interact with the person at the front desk to check in. They obviously didn't want to be there and seemed annoyed by our presence.

This place is great. We had family stay at sugar beach 10+ years ago and while we were in a more expensive hotel down south, we liked this place exponentially more. Location is great for what we wanted. Several of the other units below had remodel work being done and loud guests nearby, but it really wasn't a big deal unless you were on the deck. Unit is very sound proof. Hide a bed worked wonderfully and the appliances were all well needed and used. The wifi had a range of about two feet from the router, but I wasn't worried about it.. we're in maui so get off your phone and enjoy the area. Our kid loved the pool and shallow / calm waters of the ocean. We will definitely be back unless we somehow end up buying our own condo someday. Property management company was easy to work with and while we didn't need much assistance, they were certainly there if anything came up.

My husband and I have stayed at this resort before. This time the decor was even better. Very nice quality furnishings and very well- equipped and appointed kitchen. King bed was roomy and very comfortable. Bathroom nicely remodeled and we like the sink separated from the shower/toilet area. The view off of the balcony can't be beat and the length and walkability of Sugar Beach is always so enjoyable. There's ofter a breeze which helps with the heat . Hardly anyone ever on It and you can swim right off the beach from the resort. Nice pool and hot tub and also not crowded (we always go in September ). Very close to all of the Kihei restaurants and stores and the airport.

Welcome to the Sugar Beach Resort where you get a major bang for your buck! On the beach, no crossing the street to enjoy the sandy beach, unlike South Kihei. Less people, more paradise. Our unit was very clean AND oceanfront. We spent so many relaxing days on our balcony and at the beach. And another big plus is the COMFY bed! Even our nights were as comfortable as our days. You can’t go wrong with #524!

We were on the fence about staying but I’m so glad we did! The view was absolutely amazing! The condo was beautiful, perfect for 2! It had everything we could possibly need including beach chairs which we totally appreciated. Loved using the hot tub after a full day of hiking Lao Valley. Loved how close Keihi was to the airport and to Haleakala. It was nice to be on a different side of the island. I highly recommend staying here! We enjoyed every moment! Mahalo!

This unit is in a very nice complex on Sugar Beach. Very dramatic views of the ocean from the lanai. While the kitchen is a bit small, it was very well stocked for cooking needs. The bedding is a bit dated, flat pillows and an older comforter, which should be replaced. There was mold in the shower that had not been taken care of prior to our arrival which I am sure is difficult to avoid in a humid environment but housekeeping should focus on that. The unit itself is very cozy and we loved hearing the crashing of waves day and night. The complex itself and amenities are very nice and the staff at the front desk were very helpful. Oh, and the safe was a nice feature if you had valuables. The complex appeared very safe so we did not feel the need. If we return to Maui we would consider renting this unit or another one in the complex. Thanks for allowing us to stay at Sugar Beach Resort!
