To start our check In process was very easy and we felt like royalty. We had someone wait for us (we arrived at 11pm) unload our luggage, take it to our room and then show us around our room. Shane was super cool.
The room itself is very nice. Location is super close to pool with a great view of everything.
The bar at the pool has really good drinks but lacks food. There are hotdogs and some frozen items. So don’t count on that for lunch or meals. You can easily walk to the Marriot or Aulani. Also DoorDash has a ton of options and was super easy. We DoorDashed boba tea and had Safeway deliver our grocery’s. If you need a sweet treat just walk the path to aulani and they have a stand right on the path with ice cream, dole whip, boba and some other treats.
The resort itself was super clean and not crowded. If you want a place with not very many people and super relaxing this is your place!
Also the gym here is super great even with a sauna and steam room.

The dressers, night stands, tables, TV stands and coffee tables all hard glass on top of the furniture. The cleaning staff have obviously not cleaned it in a very long time and the dust accumulated! There were areas where you could see hand and feet marks in the dust under the glass. It was gross.
The dryer took SO long to dry things that it was nearly impossible to clean and dry your clothing. The washer was tiny, so you could not put much in it and the dryer took 3-4 HOURS to dry a load of clothes, towels, etc. That's ridiculous. Who wants to have to keep turning the dryer on every 40 minutes because it took HOURS to dry clothes?!?! It was not efficient at all.
One of the beach chairs is so old that my mother was literally sitting in the sand when she sat down in it. The fabric was fraying and just kept tearing a little more any time someone sat in it. My daughter and I only weigh 118 -120 lbs, so it wasn't that we were too heavy to be in the chair.
The tub shower had a netting stopper which was filled with hair and other crap, so the shower wouldn't drain when we first tried to use it. It was obviously not cleaned.
When we tried to use the garbage disposal, we noticed that water leaked under the sink. You will need a plumber to fix it.

This property was perfect! Very spacious, well appointed, updated, and clean. The kitchen with stocked with everything you could possibly need. The closets had all sorts of extras for the beach, babies, and young children. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were stocked with everything you would expect at a hotel and more. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and would book again.
Highlight was the big dining table on the balcony where we enjoyed our breakfasts.

Staff came to our room and showed us how to operate the thermostat, microwave, stovetop, and other things after checking in. It was great that the apartment had items in the closet for the beach. We used chairs, snorkeling equipment, and other items. Our teenage children had a great time.

This property was just as it was represented. If you want the amenities of a major resort with much fewer people, this is it. We had a wonderful time and would gladly go back. Property managers and property staff were helpful and available through the check in and check out process. The views, pools, and beach were all great. Great value and very pleased with our stay.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The vibe is low key and quiet but activities are close by and accessible. The units are amazing, especially the large sliders opening to lanai. Kitchens are tastefully appointed with top of the line appliances. The pools are great and staff is pleasant, not overbearing. Definitely would stay again, and recommend to others.

This property was perfect for 2 couples. Very clean, comfortable, and the balcony is perfectly situated for a nice view of the pool and ocean and for shade in the afternoon. The dryer is small and dries slowly, so don’t count on much there. Otherwise, the kitchen, appliances, and beach/ pool supplies were way beyond expectations. Excellent stay. We will try to rent this unit again on our next visit.

This is our third time staying at Beach Villas during past year (each time a different villa). BT 405 had great view of family pool and ocean.
Unit just had very small tubes of shampoo, conditioner, body wash; definitely need a lot more for 9 days. The Ottomon in living room was worn and ratty. The tv in second bedroom didn’t work and one of the lights in kitchen was in need of replacement (on the fritz). We were not able to check in until 4 pm. We were always able to check in earlier and my son was able to check in earlier to his unit. There was noone in our room the night before so there’s no reason we had to wait until 4 pm.

We needed to have the AC worked on three times during our 9 day stay. Once we came back from the pool for lunch and a workman had his supplies spread out all over the kitchen area to snake the drain. We were never notified that anyone would be entering the unit.
There is no safe in this unit and with all these repair visits, that was unnerving.
There should be black out curtains in the bedrooms. Waking up at sunrise everyday because the blinding sun is in your eyes every morning may not be every bodies idea of the perfect vacation. It surely wasn’t ours.
Having no panty space made the counters a cluttered mess. A sideboard in the dining area could have easily provided the extra space to hide extra appliances only occasionally used and free up cabinet space. Oversized glasses and plates also wastes cabinet space. Extra shelving could have easily been added to aid in the storage of dishes. The dishwasher cleaned poorly even when we followed the special directions. The washer and dryer were essentially useless. Do not pack like you think you will be able to do laundry during your stay. You will be disappointed. We ended up only using the dryer to dry pool towels to re-use.
There should be a fan ceiling light fixture in both bedrooms to aid in air circulation. Fancy track light serves no purpose. Don’t even start me on the cable box issues.
There were many disappointments about this unit but there were a lot of positives too. The location is terrific. The beach club was not crowded. The landscaping was fabulous and well maintained. The parking was very convenient. The lanai was delightful as well as the view. We had breakfast outside every morning and most lunches. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The closet was well stocked with beach must haves.

My only negatives are the lanai was noisy because directly over kid pools & online pictures were alittle deceiving. We had a side ocean view instead of direct ocean front view. Condo was well appointed & comfortable although would be crowded for 2 couples not close family.

Fully recommend this condo. Is great, private for two couples. Everything you need to cook in if you want, comfortable. We spent a fair bit of time on the lanai having breakfast and lunch and sometimes dinner. Good location, away from the hubbub of Waikiki but close enough to shopping and restaurants.
Beautiful view. Can't think of a thing that was missing.

Away from the craziness of Waikiki makes this place a very family safe environment. This 2 bdrm was plenty for a family of 4. Lot’s of lanai space with large sliding windows. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook at home and has high end appliances. Highly recommended.

Wonderful check-in process. The greeter emailed ahead of time and provided their phone and was ready for us when we arrived. The greeter did a great job walking us to our room giving us a tour of the villa, and giving us some important information about the appliances and expectations. The room was clean, but most importantly, it was amazing. Great quality room. Something for guests to know is that there was limited pantry space for food and groceries, but the full sized fridge was great. The pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils and appliances were all we needed. We really appreciated the included rice cooker in the kitchen, as well. It took a little bit to figure out the rice cooker, but once we got used to it, we used it every day. The beds were comfortable and blankets were warm and comfy. I loved the beach toys, chairs, and fins. I also liked that the bathrooms were really good sizes and the layout of the bathrooms was really nice. I would definitely recommend this beach villa for families, couples, groups, etc. Thank you so much.

We loved our stay here! The unit had everything we could need. We had the doors to the patio open all day and it was amazing. Very nice view and location and we loved being right on the lagoons for the kids to play. The washer are dryer are very nice to have while on vacation with the family but the dryer takes a good 3-4 hours to dry. The AC in the master didn’t work that great and shut off completely one day. They were quick to come work on it but it didn’t ever get real cool in the master. Overall we’d recommend this unit to anyone, though! We had a great stay and loved having all the space!

Extremely safe and secure property with an amazing lagoon access. The room is completely furnished and had a great layout for sharing. The room even comes equipped with all the beach equipment and towels that you could need. The properties only amenities are a beautiful pool, bbq pits, with seating area, and a walk up poolside bar. There is no food available to purchase on the property. The closest available food, coffee, or store is a fifteen minute walk away. As long as you know ahead of time these pros and cons you can prepare. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again in the future.

Check in was great, the space was great, the location and swimming were awesome. It was our first time in Hawaii. Active family of 5 with teens. This really worked for all of us and really helped make the stay over the top. Everything was easy to get to with a car but even small shops with .5 mile walk. We had fun!

We had a fabulous time on Oahu. The Beach Villas were a great place to stay. We loved that we could open the doors wide to the lanai, making the living space even bigger! The kitchen is well appointed and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was also great to have laundry facilities in the unit. The beach access was perfect and we really enjoyed snorkeling in the lagoon - plenty of fish to swim with. The kids enjoyed the lagoon pool. Easy access to the rest of the island - we ventured easily to the North Shore on multiple days. We also enjoyed walking along the walkway connecting the lagoons. We were really pleased that this was where we chose to stay in Ko Olina!

I truly can’t say enough about this place. It was beyond any expectations we had. Location was amazing the view across the pool and down to the ocean was the best. The unit was fully stocked and when we couldn’t find something the response from the on-site property management was immediate. We had the best time here. Snorkelling in the lagoons was not only just steps away but we saw some amazing fish. Make sure to walk up to the natural lagoon which is behind the Paradise Cove Luau where you can swim with turtles! Costco, Target and many other shops are a 10 minute drive away and you are only 20 minutes from the airport. I have already recommended this property to three friends. Can’t wait to go back.

This gorgeous unit, located in the Ko Olina beach villas, is just dreamy. We spent a little less than a week there right before Thanksgiving. From check in to check out, everything was just perfect. We felt as though we were lucky residents vice tourists. Everything about the unit is just awesome (yes, there could be more space for grocery/pantry items, but you do have a rice maker, blenders, toasters, and many appliances instead!) . We loved opening the doors wide and spending most of our time on the patio. The unit looks over the pool that can sometimes have a gaggle of unruly kids, you a have a lovely view of the sunrise from the master bedroom and the sunset from the lanai.
We made delicious breakfasts each morning (with the well stocked kitchen and my trip to the Waianane Farmers' Market - 25 minutes to the north in a very non touristy area - just like we like it) and then headed out for long walks and magical swims in the lagoons.
It was hard to beat. We can't wait to go back.

This unit was absolutely amazing!! Stayed here with my boyfriend and parents for a weeklong stay. Beautiful interior, enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning enjoying the sunrise. Pool area was great, was always able to find enough chairs, we utilized the outdoor grills multiple times. Loved that there were multiple beach chairs, snorkels/goggles/flippers, wagon for us to use. Only thing I would recommend is to bring some extra shampoo/body wash if you're going to be there more than a few days - there's only one set of small hotel-sized bottles per bathroom. Would absolutely book this place again. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!!
