Calm and peaceful building. Room is well set up. Quick response to questions. Only frustration was the coffee maker the dispensing lid is not a proper fit so if you’re not careful coffee goes everywhere. Coffee is a big deal to us so this was moderately annoying. All in all a nice place though.

The condo was not only in top condition but also really sensational equipped. The beach is just across the street, 2 restaurants are within a short walk, many more in a circle of around a mile. Perfect for the two of us. Clean, easy check in and out. Great pool and hot tub and the beach is right across the street with perfect view of sunset and turtles relaxing on the rock wall. Close to all the shops and restaurants in Kihei.

My stay was excellent. The beach is very nice and across the street from the rental. The rental does have a small window a/c that is a bit loud so if you’re a light sleeper that can be a problem but the rental has everything you need and more;umbrella, chairs, big towels, snorkeling gear.

Overall, our stay was great! We enjoyed the quaint space and that everything was at our disposal. We had a kitchen, a tv and a closet full of a lot of beach things we ended up not having to buy. The rental was clean overall but the snorkel gear was not clean. It was not a big deal though. I also was hoping there would have been laundry available because that’s what it said on our packet but the laundry room wasn’t even set up yet to use. So I wish we were provided with more towels for our stay. Check in and check out was incredibly easy and we felt safe and comfortable the whole time! The bed was comfortable as well. This place is perfect if you plan on spending most of your time exploring maui and are not looking for a resort feel.

We wanted just a small condo or studio to stay in for a couple days of Maui adventuring. This was a perfect choice. The complex was hit pretty hard by a storm the week before we arrived and the staff did an amazing job cleaning it up before we arrived. The ONLY problem was a broken hair dryer and when my wife called the front desk, they came right down with a new one in the box. Thanks for providing a great place for us to stay

Tis rental is very good for one person. It would be a bit crowded for two. In my opinion the owner should replace the chairs with some chairs that are confutable and consider adding a dishwasher (there is an excess of cabinets that are not utilized.). The unit is well stocked.

This is a great rental for anyone visiting Maui! So close to the beach and very cozy. The toaster went out on us two days in and the customer service with the rental was so quick. We received a brand new toaster before we even arrived back from our excursions that day. Highly recommend this place to anyone. :)

The stay here was incredible and centrally located especially since we spent a lot of time at opposite sides of the island. Everything we needed was here even smaller needs like snorkeling gear and cooler bags. We spent a lot of time at La Haina and on the road to Hana so this location was perfect. We’re from NM and we’re shocked at the great prices and quality of food at Amigo’s when other places were too busy, which is a minute away. The smell wasn’t bad at all from the ocean and the studio itself was in great condition. For the small amount of time we spent in the room it was an AWESOME place to stay and the price was unbeatable. Will be back!

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon! Since we were in Hawaii for multiple weeks, we wanted an affordable place with a kitchen and nearby laundry facility to save on our bills. This place was exactly what we needed! It might be cramped with more than a couple of people, but if you’re not planning to spend much time inside, it’ll work great. We loved the updated decor and close distance to the beach.
The only things we didn’t like were the cleanliness of the floor and the apartment complex’s laundry facility system. Like any hotel or rental, you want to wear socks indoors. And the laundry machines work through an app that requires Bluetooth and a minimum deposit of $10. So, if you’re only doing a couple loads, there will be leftover money in the app that goes to waste.
Aside from these two things, we loved our stay! I’d highly recommend it to other couples, small friend groups, or families that want to stay on Maui.

The place was quaint with a cumfy bed and nice furnishings. Nice for a couple but would be crowded with any more people.
I must not have read the listing properly because there was no dishwasher. Also, the coin laundry was quite far away and the cost of the coin laundry was about double than marked on the info sheet in the unit. I also did not see a safe.
Not in the best spot in Kehei but close enough.
For the price point I would consider staying again.

Cute little condo that has all your needs for a Maui get away! It is located just a bit north of the shopping area in Kihei which meant that it was more relaxing, quieter and the beach was way less crowded! Had all the amenities we needed and even had coolers, beach chairs, and beach towels to take on an adventure or to the beach that is literally across the street!

The space is very comfortable and the 1st floor corner unit makes it even more attractive. The parking can be a challenge but otherwise everything was absolutely perfect here!

We spent a week here. Right across the street from the beach. Very quiet complex. It was a mile walk to some restaurants we which we did several days. Not a great walk because of lack of sidewalks....but it is doable. We had a broken blender in the unit....I called and had a new one delivered in a couple of hours. The unit was stocked with beach supplies....chairs etc. We were always able to find a chair at the pool when we went down. We found the furniture to be comfortable.

Overall was a good stay, has a bunch of beach supplies and tennis rackets so that is a bonus! location is decent, a little loud with the street right there and upstairs neighbours kept jumping around early in the AM.. don’t know what that was about.. not bad could be better. think the shower and a few other spots could have been cleaner upon arrival but not a big deal! overall a great place to stay at a decent price. Would stay there again!

Overall property was awesome. We have stayed in several units at this location. Other than this unit could use a newer 4 slice toaster and newer coffee maker and/or Kuerig. The a/c had problems but only due to last storm I’m guessing but still worked other than small leak inside. And possibly 2 newer body boards and beach chairs. They worked fine though.

We had an amazing time!! I love Kihei Bay Surf and unit 110 was awesome. It was clean and very well stocked. The furnishings were great and the kitchen had everything we needed for the week. I love the location because it’s an end unit so there is an extra window and it lets in so much light. If road noise bothers you, I don’t recommend units on this side of the complex, but I don’t mind it and I have a little peek-a-boo view of the water. The complex is small and quiet which is great. And the pool, whirlpool and bbq grills are never crowded. I always stay at this complex and will definitely be back- and would love this unit again.

The unit is located on the ground floor on the end, so it’s quiet and also easy to come and go. The unit itself is very cute and comfortable enough for two people, but would be possible with a small child. It’s right on S. Kihei road so some road noise was present, but running the a/c solved that. That said, the complex was very close to just about everything as well as main roads to take you to other parts of the island. We felt very safe in the complex and could tell other tenants and renters cared about the complex.

We enjoyed our stay here. Had everything you needed to cook breakfast, go to the beach and relax. Good location to everything we did.
Washers are $3.00/load and $2.25 to dry. There is an app but the minimum amount to add to the app is $10 so if you only have one load, you'll need quarters.
Property managers were excellent with answering questions. Be careful of the high setting of the hair dryer (it blew a fuse). Fuse box is behind the mirror in the bathroom hallway. ;)

Our desired condo wasn't available the first 4 days we were on Maui so we booked this condo. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean + well done this condo was! The closet was packed full of items to borrow from snorkel masks to tennis rackets to soft sided coolers to an umbrella. We loved the bed + sheets as well and slept SO good. If you like turtle watching the beach across from this condo in front of the whale museum has the best beach for this! The only input I would give is less throw pillows + extra tables/chairs would of been nice as it did get a little cramped with suit cases. Other than that we loved this condo!
