First, the golf course view is breath taking. Second, the condo has very comfortable furniture that is of superior quality to that in other condos and hotels we've stayed in. Third, the condo is well stocked with everything from beach chairs/ umbrella/cooler to kitchen necessities like gadgets, coffee and storage containers. Fourth, the condo was as pictured and advertised on VRBO. Fifth, the condo was very clean when we checked in. Sixth, the owner was easy to communicate with. All positives in short.

The condo is beautiful, spacious & nicely decorated. Perfect location as you can walk to beach, restaurants & shopping. The condo has air conditioning however we never used as fan in each room. Kitchen is well appointed, has everything you need.
We will definitely stay here again. Was quiet & so relaxing.

Beautiful Condo in a beautiful peaceful, quiet setting. The only sounds you generally hear are the sound of birds, and an occasionally ping from a golfer hitting their ball…..Beautiful sun rises and sunsets off the lanai and could not be in a better area.

Renovated, well positioned unit at Grand Champions. Shout out to housekeeping for cleanliness. High quality artwork with a Tommy Bahama decor. High end Brown Jordan patio furniture. Wi-fi provided along with device charger with multi-stations. Comfortable Bahama beach chairs. Foil, plastic wrap, paper towels, and ziplock storage bags provided. Abundant hangers. Beautiful tree next to lanai spotlighted at night. Two sitting areas in living room. Ceiling fans and A/C wall units.

Check in was simple. Once we arrived it felt like home, great sunlight, clean, and fresh. If there was an issue with cleanness the housekeeper left her number and would come by if needed, in our case nothing was needed. The overall layout was perfect for my wife and I, extremely roomy and honestly if you had 4 people it still had tons of space. We loved the balcony overlooking the golf course, perfect for our morning coffee and late cocktails. The property was very quiet and great for a nice walk no matter when. The bed, beach towels, chairs, umbrella and everything in the condo was perfect, no issues. The location is in walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants if you don't have a car. We would recommend this location and we look forward to returning in the future... 10 out of 10!

We always stay at Grand Champions when on Maui. We’ve been in units managed by the resort as well as a number of different VRBO units. This one was probably our favorite one bedroom unit. Beautifully decorated, very clean, well equipped and everything was in great working order—that doesn’t always happen with VRBO units. Lisa and Roy provided very thorough instructions and directions before we arrived, as well. We will be back!

This was our 4th time at Wailea Grand Champions. We loved the location of this condo. Spectacular views over the golf course, sea and beautiful sunsets. The big tree in front of the Lanai gives shade during the afternoons and a lovely atmosphere at night. The condo was spotless. Beautiful master bathroom, updated, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable sofas for reading in the afternoon breeze. Being on the ground floor the condo stays cool without needing the AC. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely try to book this condo again next time. Mahalo to the owners!

We couldn’t imagine a more perfect location to spend our anniversary. It was within walking distance of golf, dining, beaches and shopping. I’ve already suggested this place to our daughter for her honeymoon - that’s how much we liked it.

We have stayed in a number of condos in grand champions, and this was our favorite. Comfortable, light filled, great furniture and bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Lovely views. Beautiful pool and hot tub. It even has the latest edition of Maui’s best guidebook.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect (close to shops and restaurants) and the accommodations were very nice. I loved having a second bathroom! Mornings on the lanai with a cup of coffee were very peaceful and just what I needed. I would definitely stay there again.

This property sits on a golf course with beautiful views, in a great location for dining and shopping. Family friendly. My only critique would be the bathrooms could use a little updating ( re-cocking for example). My wife is super picky about cleanliness, but she enjoyed the stay all and all. Property manager was very responsive. We only had to reach out for updatedWi-Fi network. We’d definitely recommend.

Unit 157 is absolutely beautiful, stocked with everything you’ll need for a great stay. Beautiful views and within walking distance to some great restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again!

What we enjoyed most about this unit was the washer/dryer, the included Beach Chairs/umbrellas, and just how quiet it is compared to staying at one of the expensive chain hotels in Wailea. Then, when you consider how expensive the traditional hotels are, you realize you made an excellent decision in staying here. The unit was clean, and included little extras like coffee filters for the coffee machine, extra pillows, clean towels, a makeup mirror, laundry cleaning pod etc.

The unit is well maintained and in a very convenient location. The air conditioners are a bit loud but they work well. We found we could leave the unit in the living room on and use the ceiling fan in the bedroom to sleep. Lots of extras like beach towels, chairs, and a cooler. The only things missing were shampoo, conditioner, and lotion - but maybe that's not as common with VRBO's?

The location of this condo was perfect for our needs. It was close enough to all the golf, but also close to downtown Kihei, Haleakala, the beaches, the resorts and plenty of restaurants. The owners clearly love sharing their home with others and we were happy to get such a great spot for our stay in Hawaii.

The upgrades that have been done in the bathrooms and kitchen are wonderful. A dresser in the double bed room would have been nice, otherwise the condo was great and the decor so lovely. Covid restrictions were still in place so it was difficult to get dinner reservations but we had a wonderful time!,

We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again. The unit was well located (walk to the beach, Wailea restaurants/shops, step outside to watch the sunset from the golf course, central location for island excursions/drives, etc) and clean and comfortable. We loved it! Kitchen was perfectly well equipped and the complex’s pools were perfect for our 7-year old, as were the provided beach toys and boogie boards. Minor things that would have made the stay even more comfortable would be to provide more dishwashing detergent/pods (there was only one) and the bedroom could use blackout blinds as the lights from the porch lights (that are always on) from this and adjoining units shine through the blinds and make the bedroom a bit lighter than my preference for sleeping. Did not bother my wife and kid at all though. We will be back!
