This condo is beautiful and furnished so comfortably- one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The host was great - instructions for arrival very clear and easy. Notebook inside with helpful information. The location is ideal. The view of the ocean from the lanai is breathtaking and just steps from ocean. Great restaurants nearby but kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Easy parking underground.

The condo is beautiful, with a nice lanai and a great view. It is very well equipped. (The best we have stayed in). The pool and beach are nice. Be prepared for crowing roosters after 4am, but you eventually get used to them:)

The house is as pictured- modern, good lighting and spacious. Beds super comfortable and the apartment overall worked well for our family. The beach is great, the pool was small and doesn’t have a large area for small kids (3ft section is quite small) but still nice to have on site. The house is kitted with beach chairs and towels which made it easy. Absolutely incredible sunsets from the patio - looked forward to this every evening. Location is right next to Fairmont and Four Seasons, and waliea in general is great area but very quiet. Perfect for a family vacation but maybe not for a young couple or friends.

Condo was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, nice kitchen, views from kitchen living dining. The lanai had fabulous views and sunsets. Located at the start of the scenic Wailea beach path, which connects the upscale resorts and accesses many bays (1.5 miles one way paved, 2.5 miles one way paved and beach walk).
The sandy beach at the complex is a gorgeous small private bay and was never very busy. Snorkelling around the rocky outcrops at either end we saw turtles and many species of fish. Most days surf was calm and flat with no rip-tides, but some days were choppy with higher surf, or if the afternoon winds pick up. Easy to walk or drive to any of the adjacent beaches.
We were grateful for the beach towels, chairs and umbrellas provided in the condo.
We made some requests before checking in and the hosts were very gracious in accommodating them. Communication with hosts was easy and prompt, check-in process was a breeze.
We’d love to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Polo beach club condo.
The kitchen had everything we needed. The TV controls took a little getting used to but thats normal for something new.
We liked the sandy beach being right out in front with the lava out cropping for snokeling. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. We enjoyed watching the whales from the room and pool. We would stay again.

My family and I had a great time in this recently upgraded unit. It was extremely clean and well furnished. The property managers were amazing and very communicative. I have been to Hawaii many times and have stayed at high end resorts as well as other Polo Beach Units and I would highly recommend this one.

4 of us really enjoyed our stay. We loved the beachfront location. Kitchen is well equipped. We cooked most meals, and enjoyed using the common barbecue area at the ground level. Condo is spacious and has a nice big screen TV in the living room. We used the provided beach chairs for our many beach visits. We’d like to stay there again.

The Wailea location and views of Polo Beach were spectacular. The property grounds are spotless and offer direct beach access. This unit was recently updated with new furnishings including updated baths. It comfortably accommodated 2 couples with outdoor and indoor entertaining space. We would 100% choose this property again given the great value.

We were three mature women looking for a relaxing getaway away in Maui away from the crowds at a big resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo! The pictures were very accurate and the condo delivered everything as promised. The kitchen had everything we needed to make delicious meals, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean and organized and accurately represented on your website. Check-in was a breeze and the underground parking was very convenient. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and the chairs, cooler and umbrellas you provided came in handy. There was good snorkeling close by and lovely breezy/sunny afternoons at the pool. The ocean view was spectacular and we enjoyed having breakfast out on the lanai each morning and experienced some of the most beautiful sunsets from the lanai at night. Also thanks for accommodating our late checkout. We really appreciated the extra time. We were sad to have to leave but we look forward to staying in the condo again soon! We highly recommend staying at your property!

First and foremost the hosts are incredibly attentive and responsive. The location is prime to the walking path that my husband and I have grown to love. The condo was super clean had all the kitchen amenities one would need. Easy access to the pool and ocean. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Stayed in Maui more than 15 times, mostly in Wailea, and this was our first stay at Polo Beach Club. Loved the cleanliness and quietness of the property and grounds, proximity to a great, swimmable beach. The unit was well-equipped and we enjoyed eating our meals outdoors. This was perfect for us--right on the beach and had everything we could have wanted. Renewed our vows on Polo Beach and enjoyed the spacious condo and the gorgeous beach--swimming, snorkeling & sunbathing----walked the Wailea Beach Path....and the sunsets don't get any better from this location. LOVELY! We plan to make #308 our new home away from home on Maui. LOVED IT!

The property was everything we expected. The beds were extremely comfortable and the place had all the amenties you need for Hawaii, beach chairs, large lanai-bigger than most with a great view of the ocean, and well stocked kitchen appliances. The pool area had cushioned chairs and a hot tub. The private beach was great and you can get right on the walking path that goes along the beach and all the hotels. We would definetly stay again when we return to Mauai.

My spouse and our adult daughter made this our first get-away of our vaccinated freedom, and it was perfect. The condo is well-sited on the 3rd floor and northwest side of the Polo Beach Club, with a large lanai for birdsong in the morning with your coffee, and catching the afternoon sun right through to the glorious sunsets and stars after dark. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are spotless and spacious, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for the short walk to the gorgeous beach. You can walk over to the Kea Lani restaurants right next door with ease, or head out to a great local market and lots of great dining in Wailea.
A HUGE plus about this condo: Sammi was immediately responsive to a few problems we had, including a busted bathroom hose under the sink which could have been disastrous. A plumber was at our door within an hour of discovering the leak! This is what you hope for when renting a VRBO condo. When we discovered one of the umbrellas was broken, it was replaced with a new one the very same day! She could not have been more responsive! We will stay here again!
