This fully equipped condo has everything a person would need on a long or short stay. We have bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and boogie board that you can use. NEW kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, blender, all amenities like in your own kitchen. This is a condo just like being in your own apartment or home. Located in building four, on the second floor, it has lots of privacy and is very safe. Its ideal for both a small family or a couple. Lots of family friendly restaurants next door and a family friendly complex full of shops and restaurants for any of your needs. There are also restaurants, cafe's and Moose's for a night on the town. If you prefer to cook at home there is a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a large fridge, brand new stove and dishwasher, its truly a deluxe kitchen with all your needs covered including pots and pans and dishes.
Our one bedroom suite has to be the best California king size bed in the whole complex. Its an expensive Tempurpedic, so your guaranteed a wonderful nights sleep without being awoken by your partner rolling around next to you. There is also a brand new queen size sofa pull out (for kids only) is also a foam mattress for maximum comfort with no springs poking you in the back, bed linens for your use. The pull out sleeps 2 kids, adults are too heavy. There is also a playpen to use for your infant.
Our bathroom is recently renovated, it has a large walk in shower, with river pebble tiles on the floor and a quality renovation through out.
Across from our balcony is a huge star fruit tree, and when they are ripe you can literally pick your star fruit out your window, on our wonderful covered lanai you can sip your morning coffee and look at the mountains and the glistening pool.
When you want to watch the sunset you just walk across the street to sit on the wall of beach Kamaole 2 and have one of the best views in south Kihei. You don't even need a car if you don't want to rent one, you have three beaches within a two minute walk across the street and Kam 2 right across the street, and at least five restaurants within a 1 mile radius.

This suite is spectacular! The clean, modern, open concept makes the place feel spacious and airy. The location is perfect being close to the pool and laundry but is still nice and quiet. We really enjoyed spending time on the lanai for breakfast and for after beach evenings. The beach is just across the street - how wonderful is that?!
The kitchen has just about everything you could ever need and more. The bedroom has a really comfortable king size bed - not something you get often in vacation rentals!
The owners are wonderfully responsive and do a great job looking after their guests. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation and would not hesitate to recommend this suite to anybody.

And right in the center of town so you’re able to walk to the stores and restaurants etc. condo had all we needed, although we weren’t there much at all. Too much to do in this great town. Near stores, restaurants. Foodland is a bit of a walk. Minutes from the beach. No major complaints. Could use some more bowls and some sharper cutting knifes though. :) Would stay here again.

Beach is right across the street from the unit. Unit was clean and stocked with the essentials. We had a nice time here and loved the central location to restaurants and the beach. We didn’t find any beach towels to use so we bought some and left them for future guests. There are chairs and a boogie board if needed. A small glitch with check in but it was figured out quickly. Overall great stay here in Kihei.

There was an issue with the power going out that was a building issue, not a unit issue. I contacted the owner and it was resolved quickly. Should not be an issue again. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

The place was exactly as advertised in its description and a little more. It was clean and well located. We loved that the family friendly beach was so close (and the complex pool too)
We loved that there was sand toys/boogie board/4 beach chairs and towels for us so we didn't have to buy any.
The kitchen was fully stocked and much bigger than the other units we saw in these places. And the bed was SUPER comfortable. Thank you!
We highly suggest people renting this place.
The only draw back was that if you had more than 2 adults, the pull out couch is not comfortable.
But besides that, a fabulous place!

The remodel is wonderful! Very nice and the condo has everything you could possibly imagine. The condo was very clean upon arrival. Owner was great to deal with. Had a wonderful stay. The only downside was the location being very close to the office and pool. It was pretty noisy during my stay with a lot of kids in the pool making it hard to enjoy a peaceful evening on the balcony.

The kitchen was beautiful and wonderfully stocked with whatever dishes, appliances, etc. you might need. You can ask the office for a fruit picker and pick fruit off the trees on the grounds which was so great. I understood why the AC unit was where it was but maybe a floor fan or something in the bedroom, because the ceiling fan doesn't move much air, to help cool down the bedroom at night could be nice. The sheets and bedding were clean but had visible stains on them which doesn't really set the mind at ease. Great location and the office was easy to deal with.
