Perfect location and nice place! Had to have shower drain unclogged the first day and a couple of minor repairs are needed but great place with gorgeous gardens. Large comfortable bed and just a short walk to the Shops at Grand Wailea.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! Location was clean and had everything we could have asked for and more during our stay. (Washer and dryer! plus SO much more)
Location was everything! Right in the heart of Wailea with easy access (walking or driving) to shopping and all of Waimea’s beautiful beaches. We enjoyed all the amenities at the property and had an absolutely wonderful time. 11/10 would recommend this place for your stay!

Details I would add to the listing:
There are about 12 stairs to climb to reach the unit. Although there is one guest parking spot just outside the unit, the next closest options are about 10 parking spots down in either direction. You’ll be given a “starter pack” of toiletries and paper goods (3 rolls of toilet paper, 1.5 rolls of paper towel, 1 ounce each of shampoo and conditioner, small bar of soap, plenty of liquid hand and dish soap, about 5 laundry pods, and a few extra trash bags) so pack accordingly. The kitchenette had more than I anticipated (plates, cups, bowels, silverware, knifes, can opener, veggie peeler, grill tongs and skewers, plastic containers, electric skillet, cutting board and many other items).
Changes to consider for the unit:
The bed is well worn and lumpy in places. I’d suggest considering a replacement. The filter on the air conditioner unit needs to be regularly cleaned. Consider providing basic cleaning supplies (glass cleaner for table, toilet bowel cleaner, cleaner for the shower) so guests can have the option of tidying up.
Overall Feedback:
Would most definitely recommend to those who are looking to stay in the area but are not planning on spending much time inside. The kitchenette is sufficient for simple meals and the unit was clean. The location itself can’t be beat as it’s safe, close enough to the beaches but far enough from crowds, all while being centrally located on the island. I almost want to keep this place a secret!

The location is walking distance yo the Shops at Wailea and close to Kihea and anything in Wailea. The complex, Grand Champions is pleasent and well kept. The unit:

great place, high ceilings, studio set up is awesome for my tastes, the beds views are toward the large sliding glass doors that open up to the luscious tropical trees surrounding the deck. great mini-kitchen, well equipped. The electric frying pan was such and asset. side note: I brought a frying pan in case and Before driving the 30 mins to the condo from the airport I stopped at the Walmart in Kahului and bought an electric hot plate and Tupperware containers,) didn't need them at all so I left them there for the next visitors. Great place, had all the things one needs for day trips to beach and hiking. Walk to the beach in the morning for an ocean dunk is only 15 minutes across the beautiful views golf course to Ulua beach with is right in front of the Andaz hotel, the beach has no lave rock obstructions to go in the water with some good waves and very light undertow. A/C worked great. TV & cable worked great. wifi worked great. mini kitchen setup very functional well stocked with pots, pans, mixers, glasses coffee cups, coffee maker, toaster oven, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. very good. I give it a five star rating for pleasue and comfort and ease of living. Well located five minue walk next to Mariott properties(Renissance/Ace hotel these have restaurants to eat at. or 15 minute walk to the shopping center called the shops at Wailea that have restarants and shops and ice cream etc.

We had a great time here in Maui. Our accommodation was in a great location - close to beaches , parking was good, pool was a nice extra touch. We had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Our little home away from home was perfect . Bed was comfy and extra beach towels was so thoughtful. Our vrbo host was very friendly and responded quickly should we have any questions. This was our first time in Maui but hopefully not the last .

Cute condo with a lanai overlooking the garden (privacy) on the top floor. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and wailea mall. Some beach essentials were provided too. There was a pool, but we didn’t use it because the beach was so close. We loved our stay. The manager was very responsive. So overall experience was great

I stayed here for 7days. The studio(20A) is clean, quiet and nice with all the amenities included washer/dryer. The Wailea beach is 5 min drive. 2 swimming pools with jacuzzi and grill. The only thing I didn't like was this unit didn't had dedicated parking space. we only can park at the guest parking space. Only one near our unit and never available, so we need to park far away from our unit.

Everything was great with the apartment. Very close to food, shops, and beach for a very affordable price. Only issue I had was I didn't read as much as I should have and wound up getting a parking ticket so don't be like me and make sure you use the guest parking! Besides that it was very clean and had everything i would need.
Me and my wife loved the balcony for our morning coffee with a beautiful view. Overall a great experience and would definitely book again!

Liked this property and there are many reasons to return in the future, however, there was one deal-breaker. Instead of vertical blinds over the sliding glass door (directly across from the bed) as shown in the pictures, there is just a sheer drapery. And when I say sheer, I mean sheer. I went out on the lanai in the evening and could see everything inside the condo. The property has a fairly steep drop off behind the condo to a creek bed, then rises back up a distance away and yes, there are a lot of trees. Didn’t give me great comfort. Then I looked and noticed the lanai was a shared lanai separated by a lattice fence that doesn’t quite extend to the railing, so large planters were added to close in the space. The planters had no living plants (as pictured), so very easy to peek around (or over the lattice) and see in your neighbors room with no problem. As a female who values my privacy, this was a deal-breaker. If you have no problem with this, then I would highly recommend the condo. The price is great, it’s a 10 minute walk from the shops (15 coming back because it’s up hill), spacious, has enough kitchen supplies for breakfast and lunch, king sized bed with a comfortable mattress, washer/dryer, air conditioner that cools the room with no problem, large bathroom, parking, and extra keys. The only thing missing was a bar of soap. Luckily we are both experienced travelers and brought a travel bar. If the sheers are replaced with vertical blinds as pictured (or some other adequate drapery), we will be back in a heartbeat.

Was worried because it was cheaper then others and the pictures make it look very small. It’s still a studio regardless but it was perfect. The studio was spacious enough that it had a table and couch in their own separate spaces where it didn’t feel compact,it had high ceilings, the bathroom was huge with the washer and dryer inside, the bed was huge and comfortable, and lastly there was a very peaceful and gorgeous patio in the back. Saving this place for next time.

The one room unit is spacious, and has everything you need. The bathroom is huge for a one bedroom and includes a washer dryer.
The full sized fridge was so helpful to - my husband appreciate the room for a six pack!

Very nice stay with everything you need in a convenient way. Exactly as described. However we where unfortunate with very loud and inconsiderate neighbors during our whole stay. Since the bedroom walls are thin it definitely was annoying!

This is my 3rd stay in the treetop studio, and every stay has been fantastic. Grand Champions has nice pools and is very peaceful 24/7. The galley is very functional for basic meals. The bed and linens are high quality. I appreciated the new beach chairs. Amazing beaches are a short walk away.

My husband and I visited Maui for our 2 year anniversary and this was a perfect place to stay. The location was very central to all of the activities that we planned. The property itself was well maintained and the other residents were respectful of the "quiet" hours. The unit was well-appointed and had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. Our host was fantastic! I will certainly book this place again when we visit Maui again.

The stay is in Wailea and felt very safe. There was a security guard nightly at the entrance which made it secure. It unit itself had a great home feel! It had everything my friends and I needed for our stay, including a boogie board, snorkeling gear, chairs, and a beach towel. We also utilized the location’s amenities, such as parking and the pool which was a great bonus. The only con I have about it was that it had a drainage issue where the water would sit for a minute or more before draining and the curtains to cover the lanai were too sheer. Overall, would come back again and would highly recommend others to stay!

We loved staying here. After days of snorkeling and hiking, it was great to come back to a really big, comfortable bed and nice shower (great heat and pressure). We loved waking up to the birds, and often sat on the lanai to eat local fruit we bought for breakfast or takeout for dinner. The kitchen is small but we didn’t mind it at all, as it had everything we needed. The property itself is beautiful and quiet and parking in guest spots was a breeze. The decor is very lovely and made us feel at home. Lastly, we really appreciated the supplies provided for us: cooler, beach chairs, and snorkel gear! We used them often and it allowed us to see some cool fish and honu while swimming! Wailea was a great base for exploring the south side beaches like Maluaka, Ahihi-Kinau, and Makena for snorkeling. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!
