Reserve with confidence! If you are looking for a condo rental that is high density and busy with many come-and-go travelers, then this complex might not be for you! Maui Kama'ole is one of the newest complexes in South Kihei. Private and luxurious, this 23 acre property is a low density condominium complex with large and lush tropical gardens. It is modern and comes with two large pools with Jacuzzi's and many BBQ patio areas throughout the property. Nearly 40% of this complex is owner occupied. Maui Kama'ole is located on the edge of Kihei and Wailea. Walking to Kama'ole Beach is just 5 minutes away to the right and Keawakapu Beach to the left. Kama'ole Beach is very popular with families with its large grassy areas, playground, and beach with a gently sloped sandy bottom and gentle waves. It's a great place to watch the evening sunsets! Keawakapu Beach stretches over a mile and has intermittent tide pools and coral reefs for some excellent snorkeling opportunities. If you like golf, world class golf courses of Wailea and Makena are just minutes away. F106 is locate in a quiet location near the tennis courts and upper "Oasis" pool that comes complete with waterfall and sand bottom Jacuzzi. Far enough from the road, yet close enough to the pool, you're not too close to hear any noise coming from either one. Being one of the last units completed, the builder of "F" cluster incorporated many architectural features that make better use of the space than you would find in the older units. Our 1061 sq. ft. unit comes with a private, nicely landscaped and decorated lanai off of the master bedroom and a large tropical lanai off of the living room. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with newly installed high efficiency air conditioners and both rooms come with large ceiling fans. Because of the location of our unit, the evening breezes frequently bring in the soft ocean air. A steel security screen door has recently been installed on the entry to allow the flow of air without having to use the air conditioners. Our unit has upgraded cable and wireless internet, and has a land line that allows free calls to the other Hawaiian Islands, the U.S. Mainland and Canada. There is free assigned parking near the entrance to our unit. F106 is fully stocked for your use. We have installed new stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, flat-topped cooking stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen has been stocked with all new cook wear, dishes, glasses, cutlery, cups and silverware and all needed cooking utensils. New sink hardware has been installed and updated in both kitchen and baths. A 50" TV was installed along with a new DVD player. The living room was furnished with new sofa sleeper (that can sleep 2 adults) that has a comfortable 8.5" mattress. You will also find a glass dining table that seats 6, bar stools for snacking, and a CD player that holds a cell phone for your favorite music. A new patio set for the large lanai was recently replaced. All lighting has just been reconfigured with bright low heat/energy efficient fixtures to maintain the light and "airy" feel throughout. The Master Bedroom comes equipped with a Cal King platform bed with a 16" medium/firm mattress. The platform bed has 4 storage drawers below. The bedding has 1000 thread count sheet and pillow coverings for the Cal King pillows. Additional pillows of various "firmness" are located in the closet for you to select from. In the master bedroom, you will find two night stands with matching lamps, an alarm clock ,a tall entertainment unit equipped with a 26" TV and DVD player. There are additional drawers and storage in this unit for clothing. The bedroom also come with a matching desk and chair for quiet business/reading time. The Master Bedroom has 2 large closets with additional storage drawers for clothing, if needed. Off of the MBR, is a private lanai for morning coffee, personal sunning, or an evening glass of wine. Both bathrooms have frameless showers and new hardware. Additionally, we have stocked beach/sport equipment for you to use: 2 boogie boards, 2 ice chests, 6 beach towels, beach umbrella, beach toys, snorkel gear, 6 beach chairs and tennis rackets for your use while visiting. The unit comes equipped with a security safe and clothes washer and dryer. In the living room, you will find a binder with detailed instructions on how to use the new appliances, TV/cable/DVD, and contains some our our favorite restaurant recommendations and things to do while visiting Maui. Additionally you will find many reading books and CD's/DVD for you to use while visiting. Our unit is professionally managed by one of the largest and best managed companies on Maui: Condominium Rentals Hawaii.Upon booking, you will receive all communications about arrival, check in procedures, check out procedures directly from them. If an issue arises during your stay, you will have 24/7 contact information for your assistance from CRH. Upon final payment, you will also have direct contact information for us for assistance as well. Additionally, for your security, all payments, refunds, and communications are handled by VRBO. ONE FINAL NOTE: We know that you have many choices when you rent a vacation rental through HomeAway/VRBO. We consider F106 as our paradise home "away from home". We visit 3 - 4 times per year so we have 1st hand knowledge of our property and think of our guests ultimately, as an extended "family". We go out of our way to keep our place up to date, neat, and clean. We are not property managers nor do we own additional property to rent out. This is not a business for us. Like you, we have been to places rented through VRBO that "sound great", but upon arrival find the dishes mis-matched, stained and worn bedding, knives and kitchen ware missing and multi-styled, equipped with old TV's and other electronics, and a wireless that does not work!! Some owners/managers never stay in their unit and are only interested in maximizing revenue. Unfortunately, they don't really care if you ever come back. When you visit our property, it is our ultimate goal to have you return frequently.
