Everything was really nice -we were able to get in on time as per directions.The condo was very clean and orderly and it contained everything needed for a fantastic stay.Upon leaving we cleaned and left the condo the way we found it as we are not the kind of people that feel it is up to someone else to pick up after us.Very nice indeed and we really enjoyed our time in C106--Thank you.. It was a cute little condo just across fromThe beach. I loved the lush plants around the property and walk ways. The pool was nice and clean. The condo its self was clean and set up with extra things like a cooler bag, snorkel masks and chairs for the beach. It worked for my daughter and I.

We enjoyed packing a lunch and using the supplied cooler to take along. Beach towels supplied were also helpful. We took day trips to Kula and Makawao, went to the Botanical garden. All very convenient from the condo. We made trips to the beach as well- Visited Nalu’s for dinner one night and breakfast another day- good food!! Kraken coffee was great😊

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. Check in by security code was easy. The condo is lovely, had a real 'home' feel to it. We hardly used the inside, instead spending our time on the deck for meals. The condo has everything you need for longer stays, full kitchen, washing machine and dryer. It even has deck chairs and a cooler so you can go across the road to the beach and enjoy swimming, sunsets etc. Check out the turtles that are in the lovely 'pool' at low tide. The swimming pool is beautiful and well maintained. We used the bbq/grills every night and these seemed to be popular with other guests.The whole complex is lovely and quiet and most units seems to have some privacy/shade from the trees that were planted. I am not sure that there are restaurants withing walking distance, but a short drive away in Kihei there are supermarkets and restaurants. This whole coastline is absolutely beautiful.

We had a great time in Maui and this apartment was a great spot to travel the island. The complex was quiet, as the apartment is at the back and we never heard any of the traffic from the roadway. The apartment had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, and towels for the four of us. Took a star off (and only complaint) because the AC unit is at the front and it was hard to get cool air back to the bedroom which gets blasted by the sun; thankfully fans were provided which helped. Overall, for the price this is a great place and the rental company was super easy to work with.

This rental was great! There was a lot of room and they provided a lot of extra items useful for going to the beach such as chairs, towels and toys. It was nice having a washer and dryer as well. We had no problems except for a couple things in the kitchen were not cleaned all the way. Some of the kitchen towels and dishware had crumbs on them. But that was an easy clean. I would still definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again!

I stayed in unit C106 in Kihei Bay Vista and I LOVED my time there! The property is quietly located toward the north end of Kihei. There is a pool onsite but also what basically amounts to a private beach right across the street. It was incredibly sparsely populated when I was there in mid-june. The pictures are accurate although the layout of the furniture is slightly different. WiFi and TV all worked and there were plenty of small kitchen appliances/dishes/fridge/etc. I couldn't think of a single thing I wanted to use that they didn't have inside or outside the condo. My sole "complaint" which probably wouldn't be a problem for most people is that the A/C located in the main living room supplies the entire condo with cool air. I prefer to sleep cold and I found that the air did not reach the bedroom in the back to the extent that would have preferred. The fan was effective and I just slept on top of the covers. I will DEFINITELY re-stay if/when I make it back to Hawaii!

Great experience, loved the apartment. Pretty central to a lot, especially for the price. A little bit out of the way for some things, but great place for the price. Comes with a full kitchen, plus a living room, bedroom with a California King, and bathroom. Host had lots of pots, pans, towels, cleaning products, even sunscreen for us to use. Being able to walk to a beach, have a pool, and cook in the room was very convenient. Even has a pull-out couch if needed.

We had a very nice vacation. The condo and location were great. We could see the sunset from the patio or just walk across the street. Staying in Kihei was close to local restaurants, grocery stores and we found a quilt shop. Everyone were nice and friendly. I don't usually stay at a bnb kind of place but this suited my needs as well as my buddy. We love the condo because it is small enough that it's quiet for there were not a lot of people going about. There was only a second floor which made the place more intimate.

This was a good condo for my wife and I. We stayed there for 11 days. The location was good and close to coffee shops and restaurants. Very clean and had what we needed. Minor issue which you will see from other reviewers as well the bedroom can get hot. They had placed extra fans but on some days it did not help. Not a big deal to us though. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Kihei Bay Vista for about 4 weeks in July. The property is centrally located and very convenient. The unit is clean and enjoyable. Kitchen hardware is plenty and fully functional. We also appreciate the beach toys and chairs. Overall we would highly recommend!

I really enjoyed our say at the Condo. It was a 1 bedroom condo with washer/dryer, kitchen with many cooking tools and some food. It also had beach gear including an umbrella, pull cart, and 4 chairs. The Condo was clean and easy to maintain. It could sleep 4, but 2 would have to sleep on a pull out sofa. The pool was clean. There was one late night party that bothered my sleep that lasted about 45 minutes. The Condo is across the street from the beach. At sunset 4 sea turtles liked coming in and sleeping near the fish pond. We enjoyed eating at Coconuts, a Hawaiian fish restaurant.

Great place to stay! There is no central ac, however just turn on the living room unit and the ceiling fans on high in the bedroom and its fine (coming from someone that never turns off central ac). Not too far from town and right across the beach. The Kalepolepo Fishpond is right across the street which is great shore break from the waves with small fish and turtles.

if it would have been communicated that the beach towels and some other beach equipment (chairs and umbrella etc) are available at the unit, thatwould have been great so we would have packed lightly.
