This condo is on the second floor, easily accessible by open-air staircase. You can minimize the use of elevators during your stay to be safe. You are where you want to be at Royal Mauian. When you select a condo, you may think it is just for sleeping. But at our condo, you can be right at the ocean, eating, relaxing, socializing, whale watching and falling asleep. You don’t have to get out of the condo to experience Maui. Our guests who stayed at other locations tell us that many times. Our remodeled condo is equipped with AC, wi-fi, ceiling fans, 46 inch TV, quiet Bosch dishwasher, large capacity front loading washer and dryer so that you have all the modern comfort you need. You fly thousands of miles to get to Maui so why not stay at an oceanfront condo where you can get total Maui experience with modern comfort! The oceanfront condo faces fully to the ocean toward Northwest, therefore, the climate is very comfortable. Check the available dates on our calendar now. I also rent another beachfront condos at Mana Kai near Wailea (VRBO #351904 or HomeAway #388061). ROYAL MAUIAN is located next to three beautiful swimming beaches, Kamaole 1, 2, and 3 Beaches. But you are also near all the conveniences you want. There are four shopping centers right across the street with many restaurants, shops, and services so that you do not have to drive anywhere. Royal Mauian attracts many returning visitors. A beautiful roof garden features BBQ grills, a kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, sink and serving bar, as well as outside dining areas with tables and chairs. 360-Degree view of roof garden includes the majestic Haleakala, West Maui, islands of Lanai, Molokini, and Kaho’olawe. Great for whale watching in winter. Oceanfront swimming pool is close, but you do not hear the noise or see the pool from the condo. Pool is kept at very comfortable temperature. Kihei is located on a sunny and dry side of Maui where you can enjoy many activities. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling right outside of the condo with many tropical fish. Go diving near Molokini island. Dive boats leave from Kihei Boat Ramp. There are championship tennis and golf courses nearby. Many shops and restaurants located around the condo or in Wailea are very convenient. Venture out to 10,000 feet high Haleakala for hiking, bicycling, or horse-back riding. ~~~~~Cancellation~~~~~ COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RESERVATION EXTENDED THRU SEPTEMBER 30, 2021 Currently, the State of Hawaii waives a mandatory 10-day quarantine if a traveler brings a negative COVID-19 test results, taken within 72 hours prior to your flight's departure. If the state of Hawaii changes this policy in the future, and the quarantine becomes mandatory, even with negative COVID-19 test result, we will refund 100% of your payment. We require a 25% deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your arrival. STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2021 RESERVATIONS AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2021 Please note: We do not make exceptions to our cancellation/refund policies. Once a reservation has been confirmed any cancellation or reduction of nights will invoke the cancellation policies below: • A fee of 10% of the gross rent or $200, whichever is greater, will be assessed for cancellations received 60+ days prior to arrival (90+ days for Christmas/New year’s, 120+ days for Long-Stay of 28+ nights). • For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Year’s bookings, 120 days for stays of 28+ nights) or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued for reservations paid in full. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Following rates are per night for up to 4 people.
