Condo is exactly as pictured. Very quiet and roomy. The twin beds are very firm and the 2nd bedroom mattress very soft. Refrigerator comes with an ice maker so that was nice. Pool accessories were very much appreciated.
The only thing i would recommend is a couple more bath towels and wash cloths( we had 6 females on this trip) kleenex, oven mitts, dish drying mat and glass cleaner for the table
Overall a perfect experience and the host was very accommodating.

This condo is perfect for your getaway to Oahu! The place itself is perfect. Stocked with all the amenities and beach gear you could ever need. The beach access is private and not at all crowded. Added bonus - delicious drinks available at the beach bar!

Property is beautiful with lovely pools that are well laid out. The Lagoons that are directly In front of the resort were fun for snorkeling The area of Ko’Olina is so pretty with many restaurants, stores and a few really nice resorts to visit. There are also many activities and beaches in the area.

Family vacation, unit had the room - 3 bedrooms, 4 beds and 3 baths. Unit was nicely appointed with what you need for the stay, although was starting to show its age. The staff is very helpful. Responded to an issue we had with A/C unit and fixed it promptly.
The lagoons are nice and provide a tame place to swim in the ocean. Our teens wanted more waves and easily found places on North Shore and East Ohau. Really enjoyed nearby town of Kapolei. Highly recommend visiting Foodland Farms grocery store. Lots of prepared meals to cook on grill at property or heat up. Really nice local fare - reminds us of Whole Foods.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was big so we didnt feel at all cramped. All of the beach supplies were also a nice touch. The location was beyond perfect and the pools and koi fish pond were among our favorites. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend booking.

Parking spots are small, no dush towels in unit (couldnt find) float valve in toilet flowed since check in. Dresser doors were loose in room with twin beds.

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family to stay at. It's located on the Western side of Oahu. The resort is great and the facilities are so nice. The unit had everything we needed including plenty of beach towels and beach gear from body boards, to snorkels, to beach chairs, etc. Staying here is a bargain as it rivals costly resorts like the Disney Aulani Hotel that is right next door. You get a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms and free parking! Plus there's a great pool, hot tubs, and a very nice gym. There's no resort fee! The man-made bay is just as nice as the Aulani's but with far less of a crowd. The pocket patios doors open up completely and let the awesome Hawaiian breeze into the unit. Such a lovely place to sit in the mornings and sip your coffee. We would love to stay again next time we make a trip to Oahu. Thank you for renting out such a pleasant place to stay!

We loved our stay in Ko Olina! The condo was spacious and clean. We swam at the lagoon, which was a short walk from our room, right past the resort pool. We enjoyed the pool and used the fitness center. My kids even helped feed the fish on the resort property. Everything was amazing!

The photos of the condo 0215 appeared better than what actually was. 2nd bed to be a Queen and was probably an oversized Double. Disappointing as we were there for 2 weeks. The kitchen utensils were old and missing some of their pieces. It appeared that this property wasn’t kept up or maintained like other properties we have rented through VRBO in the past. It was also difficult keeping the cooler ambient temperature within the unit. Many of the pictures/artwork were very dusty -appeared not dusted for sometime.
The wine cooler had excessive ice buildup and was difficult pulling the wracks out.

The condo was the perfect fit for our family - our two daughters, their husbands and our two grandchildren (12 & 16 month). The patio windows that fully open out were perfect. The lanai looks out over the front entrance and there’s always soft Hawaiian music playing. Very quiet and peaceful. Motohide was very good with communication and addressed an issue we had very quickly. The only negative I could mention is the unit could use could use a good go through to replace worn out or damaged furniture/kitchen items and maintenance of appliances.
I would definitely stay here again.

Our family loved the condo. Super roomy for our large group, didn’t feel crowded at all. Loved the bay right behind the property, the hot tub with the sand, pools. This property was ideal and clean. 3 BR/3 Full BA, washer/dryer. The kitchen is stocked with high end appliances, cookware, and dishes. There is a closet that includes beach gear and chairs, which was very convenient. Even the beach towels provided (8 of them!) were quality, thick and soft. The front desk is available 24/7, so while it's a condo, there is a hotel feel to it.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spacious, with plenty of room for all 7 of us. There were all sorts of beach/pool toys for the kids, and the protected cove was great for snorkeling and not worrying about the younger kids. The community is in close proximity to Walmart and Costco, with a smaller store just down the street. The community is quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful, and overall we had a nice, relaxing stay. This unit does not have an ocean view, so if that's important to you then you should look at something else. But this is our second stay at the Ko'Olina Beach Villas, and we will keep coming back because we have absolutely loved it both times!

The place was perfect for my family and I . 3 couples and 1 child. Host was very responsive and attentive. Checkin was a bit of hassle with Covid prof of vaccine or negative test for every guest. The checkin description Gave us a name and number for a person (maybe property manager) that was supposed to greet us and show us around but the person never answered. Luckily the front counter person told us where everything was. The unit itself was awesome only wished it wasn’t overseeing the check in area. The beach and the pools were great there. Be sure to stop by target or Costco to stock up on food and beverages.

The condo was plenty spacious for 5 adults'. The pool area is amazing with several different pools and hot tubs to choose from. Lagoon 2 is the least busy of all of the lagoons and is a beautiful area with the Tiki bar right at the beach entrance. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The owner is very responsive to any questions or needs. We loved it here and will definitely be back!!!

Home !! Fully equipped with plenty of dishes , pots , pans etc! No need to buy beach toys as this please has it all -a ice chest , sand buckets , chairs , boogie board and a nice wagon ! The pools are clean and definitely relaxing -just a few short steps to the lagoon -perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun! Great place for families!!! The one complaint is the view from the Lanai -it overlooks the check in area -so it’s not too enjoyable and can be a bit loud with cars and people -

This property is fantastic in many ways. The service is helpful and considerate. The beach access and outdoor accommodations are top notch. The host is easy to deal with and very helpful. The property is convenient without losing privacy. The unit is large and accommodating of 6 easily and 8 if you don't mind a fold out couch in the central living area. The one sacrifice is the view from the unit overlooks the check in parking area one floor below you. The property is well kept and this is as pleasant as the unit location will allow. However, your primary view is people checking in or out from your unit. We did not travel to Hawaii to sit in the unit all day so we took advantage of the other beautiful views available to us. The condo fit us well, it does need some repairs and updating. Carpets are pretty stained but over all the place felt comfortable. The stove top needs to be calibrated. Some of the elements on the stove worked others did not.

Super great stay and Motohide was very responsive in booking and reserving. The property was great overall and the unit was very well stocked with beach equipment and toys for the kids. The check in process overall was a little time consuming but I believe that was due to all the COVID-19 restrictions. The pools were all very nice which is where we spent most of our time. They did close at 9pm but that seemed to work just fine for our crew. Unit and property were as pictured. Thank you again and we had a great time!

Towels were provided for showers and beach. We would definitely stay at this unit again. My family of 8 fit comfortably in this villa. AC and fans were all functional.

I find the Beach Villas always a great place to stay in Ko Olina. The pools are nice and clean. I had two little girls and that fully enjoyed the pools and lagoons. The workers there are friendly and attentive. The unit we stayed in was very spacious and perfect for a group of 8. The owner was easy to communicate with and responds quickly to any questions and concerns that came about.

This was a perfect spot. The condo was perfect, the lagoons were wonderful, the property was really nice, and the owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. The condo had everything we needed and lots of extras that we didn't expect (a large closet full of beach stuff). The kitchen is great, and it has all of the kitchen tools you would need or expect. If we return to Oahu, we will definitely rent this spot again.

KO Olina property is beautiful and away from the hustle bustle of Waikiki but still within a short distance should you care to go. The unit itself was beautiful fully maintained and comfortable for 6 adults. Communication with the owners was great always responded in a timely manner to my questions. Even though this unit did not have an ocean view the lanai was spacious and comfortable and the private beach lagoon was awesome. Mahalo and Aloha!

This part of the island is just gorgeous. The rental unit is very large and accommodated 7 of us with no issues. The couch turns into a bed as well. The kitchen was stocked with all plates, pans, utensils but no food items so you have to buy your own spices. I’ll stay here again!!!
