Aloha and Mahalo for considering our piece of Hawaiian paradise, Haleakala Shores #B307. Haleakala Shores offers one of the largest 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condos on Maui. With 1,050 sq. ft. (feel free to investigate how this compares to other 2br/2bath condos on Maui) of spacious interior living area plus a large, covered lanai this is the perfect home away from home while you indulge in all that Maui has to offer.
Our condo has been fully remodeled from top to bottom and mostly newer furniture. An entirely new kitchen, bathrooms, new floor tile, new paint, new appliances, new fixtures...new everything in the recent past. The living room furniture includes a very relaxing leather couch to sit on while you enjoy the large, HDTV. The master bedroom furniture was recently replaced, including a king bed with a poster-pedic mattress. We are confident you will enjoy the comforts and cleanliness of our condo and love the location right next two of Maui's best beaches and fun restaurants.
There is plenty of room to stretch out an relax. We offer a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen and twin in the guest bedroom.
Our condo features granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new tile throughout the condo, and a spacious floor plan. An air conditioning units are in the master bedroom and living room, along multiple ceiling fans and floor-mounted fans keep you cool and comfortable. Don't worry about noise from the neighbors. The solid floor and ceiling construction ensures that you'll have complete audio privacy from adjacent units (no units below).
The 2nd bedroom can be easily separated from the living room with a folding partition door that provides visual privacy and sound control.

Located a short walk across the street from beautiful Kamaole Beach III, and a block away from equally impressive Kamaole II (two of Maui's best beaches), you can enjoy excellent swimming, world class snorkeling, and beautiful Maui sunsets steps from your accommodations. You will be equally close to excellent dining and shopping opportunities. You will also enjoy a reserved and covered parking spot, a rare commodity on Maui, especially in Kihei. Extra parking is available, free of charge, in front of the property, visible from your lanai. Your car will not be heat up when you return, as it will be shaded in your parking stall.
After a day at the beach, enjoy the beautifully tiled, heated, clean and large swimming pool, or grill next to the pool at the upscale BBQ areas. A washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and other like-home amenities will help you feel comfortable in paradise. Don't waste valuable vacation time waiting to do your laundry at communal washers and driers, or using a shared laundry facility used by everyone in the property. Enjoy the convenience and privacy of doing your laundry in your own unit.
We provide beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and coolers with ice packs for the beach, so pack lightly. There is a growing library of books from which you can choose to read at the beach. The lanai has a large table and comfortable seating for four for outdoor eating and socializing. Exterior lighting on the lanai will allow you to enjoy outdoor dining and activities into the evening, taking full advantage of Maui's wonderful weather.
From your reserved, covered parking stall, access to the front door of the condo is an easy and short walk up one flight of stairs. If you prefer, an elevator is also just steps away to quickly bring you to your condo. The path from parking stall to door via the elevator is accessible. When you're ready to just relax indoors, enjoy cable TV on two HD TV's and a DVD player in the living room. We even have a library of DVD's from which to choose and several board games.
Our convenient location allows you to enjoy all that south Maui has to offer within a short walk or drive, plus easy access to the other parts of Maui.

Refunds for Covid-19 related travel restrictions must be as a consequence of a government-initiated quarantine after a reservation is secured and before you arrive on Maui. Failure to obtain a required negative Covid-19 test, or failure to do so in a timely manner, will not be justification for a refund. Once you have checked in, early departures for covid-19 related issues (i.e. contracting covid-19 or becoming subject to quarantine) will not merit a refund. You must vacate the property at the end of your scheduled reservation. If you become subject to quarantine while on Maui, you must notify us. We can consider extending your reservation if possible, otherwise you will need to conclude your quarantine elsewhere.
Refunds apply to direct rental fee and cleaning fee collected by VRBO on our behalf. Refund of VRBO fees and service charges must be handled directly with VRBO.
