Condo was very clean and spacious. Many fans provided to circulate the air flow into the bedroom. We slept on the pullout couch near the air conditioner most nights and it was just as comfortable as a regular bed! We had an awesome vacation and would stay again!

This unit is superior to other units in several respects. It is on the second floor and the balcony faces open land. Units on ground level have the disadvantage of having patios facing the parking lot and foot traffic of people walking by. By being on the second floor there is much more privacy. Passes by can't see in and property on the balcony, such as beach equipment, is far safer. This unit is an easy walk to the street with a nice beach just on the other side of the street. The rental unit has beach chairs, an umbrella, masks, fins, and boogie boards. I brought my own mask and snorkel because I like a specific type of full face mask, but the fins at the unit kept me from having to pack my fins or rent a pair locally.
The unit is pretty, comfortable, and is a relaxing place to stay. The main bed is comfortable for sleeping. It was just my wife and I so we only used the main bed.
The owner is easy to reach, if needed.

This condo was so cozy and quiet! We loved how friendly the staff and neighbors were and our favorite part was how close to the beach it was! We walked every morning for a sunrise swim! The pool was great too and Teri was very responsive and kind! This is not a complaint by any means, but the place can get quite warm during the day, so we opened all of the windows and doors to create a nice, cool breeze. We enjoyed our stay very much! Clean simple condo in great location. Had a lot of fun games, beach gear, and a decently stocked kitchen. The property is nice and the pool was great. Only complaint was that there is no AC in the bedroom and it’s uncomfortably hot most nights even with fans on so we ended up cramming our whole family into the living room pull out bed several nights.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is set back from the main road and was very quiet. It is bright and clean. The AC unit is only in the living room, but there were several fans that helped circulate the cool air. No in-unit laundry or dishwasher, but there is laundry on site and a lot of nice extras, like coolers and beach chairs, to use. Overall a great value in beautiful Kihei!

We had a great stay at this condo. The kitchen is well stocked and there's lots of beach stuff to use. The complex is right across from the beach. The back porch has a view over a wooded, undeveloped area. The hosts were helpful and responsive. As others have noted, there is only air conditioning in the living room, not in the bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was in a perfect location for everything we needed, whether it was going out at night in Kihei or driving anywhere on the Island. A lot of space and the kitchen was fully stacked with more than we needed. Plenty of beach supplies which was great to have and use throughout the week. The only thing that was an issue was that when it got hot at night, the fan in the bedroom didn't work so well. Definitely would have helped to have a new fan. Other than that we had a great time and the apartment had everything we needed for a great week in Maui.

Very nice condo, well situated. Everything we needed was there including extra snorkeling gear and coolers. Very appreciated. The only downside was the a/c air didn't quite make its way to the bedroom so we ended up sleeping on the couch. Everthing else was great. would recommend to friends and family even with this tiny issue.

The renting Prozess, communication and check-in was super easy!
We loved the area. The beach is very close and you can easily walk to restaurants and Shops. The Quartier that had more Bars and Clubs was a 30 Minute walk away. Groceries are close by as well.
It was a 30 Minute drive to the aiport and to "nicer" beaches.
The bedroht did not have air conditiong. There was a ceiling vent. Livingstone with open kitchen had a/c and a ceiling vent.
Fridge was big enough and the kitchen had everything we needed! The little balcony was nice to dry the beach towels.
We were really satisfied with our stay and can recommend it!

This was a great place for a family. The people were very friendly, the pool is great and the walk across the street to the beach is so convenient. The unit was clean and had a great lush view of greenery off the lanai.
My only concern (just something to note with small children) is the lanai railing if you’re staying with young babies/toddlers, since it’s a second floor unit. Our 13 month old could fit through the bars on the railing. However I brought this up to Teri who responded right away and said she will deal with this with the property management company. Teri was very responsive the whole trip.

While it is ready for some upgrades, I am sure the price would go way up. Hawaii is expensive so if you are ok with a nice but on the edge of an upgrade this is your place. The hideabed is one that will hurt all but little ones. Our college age boy found it uncomfortable. In general we were pleased.

The location was great with a nice beach in walking distance across the street and many restaurants and shops nearby. Condo was functional with full amenities but the carpet and living room rug was completely worn out and had old stains. The sofa and chair cushions also need an upgrade or at least a clean new slipcover.

Older condo, very convenient location. Quite clean although rugs should be replaced due to spotting. Lanai needs cleaning, and broken beach items removed/replaced. Kitchen very well supplied with pots and pans, utensils, all furniture comfortable.
Would stay again despite these minor grievances. Can't beat the price and location!

Overall, our experience was great. The beach is literally across the street. It’s a swimmable beach, where the waves are relatively calm, but allow for boogie boarding if winds allow it. Perfect for sunbathing with room. Ample options for food next door to condo and even a few blocks away. Whether you’re looking to relax or have a home base while experiencing Maui, this is a great central spot. Note: this is Hawaii and God’s creatures are bountiful. One of which was a roach that happened to find it’s way in the bedroom while we were sleeping. Didn’t bother me any, but you’ve been warned.

We enjoyed our stay in Kihei. This property has a great location near shops and amenities. One of the most awesome sunset views is right outside your front door and the beach access across the street. Kitchen nicely stocked for cooking. Some nights were tougher than others with no a/c in the bedroom but overall it was manageable. Would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us!

The liked the condo and its location, right across from the beach. The office staff was also helpful and friendly. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning, located in the living room, did nothing to cool the bedroom, making for some uncomfortable nights' sleep during our July stay, when the outside nighttime temperatures were quite warm.

We had a great stay in Kihei. The condo was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, it was centrally located. The bedroom was warm but cooled off overnight. There were plenty of towels, washcloths, beach towels, etc. Would stay here again.

The property is centrally located so you can visit either West Maui, Road to Hana, or the Crater. There is no AC in the bedroom which can get warm in the evening. If you open the windows, you hear other guests arriving/departing and closing doors at all hours of the night. Our family who slept in the pull-out sofa complained of lack of support. Also, the shower drain wouldn't work properly until we removed a huge clump of hair from the drain. That is really something that should be taken care of by housekeeping/maintenance, not the guest. Overall, the property is okay for the price, but hasn't been renovated in quite some time.

Had a great stay at Teri's condo in Kihei. It's right across the street from the beach, there are a ton of local shops, restaurants and cafes to walk to and the complex pool is easily accessible. The condo itself is stocked with everything you need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc..). The unit did get pretty warm inside at night as the only A/C unit is located in the living room. We had a great stay!

This property is as advertised, the location is amazing and the property is beautiful. We loved the central location in Kihei right across from a beach and very near shopping and great food. The condo comes with everything you'll need for a day at the beach, and the Lanai is a great place to start the day with a delicious cup of coffee.
The condo is fully equipped so you can prepare your own meals or pack a picnic. The owner, Teri, was very friendly and helpful so from the moment we landed we were set up for success. We had nice fast wi-fi and a TV to unwind in the evenings after a day of exploring Maui.
There was really only one issue with the property, the A/C unit was way too small for the condo. A/C units on the property are connected to 6 hour maximum timers (I heard from another tenant it's a requirement for all units) which is fine, but it takes a couple of hours to cool the condo. The cool air doesn't reach past the couch and definitely not into the bedroom. We found it really hot and difficult to sleep, a couple of nights we slept on the pull-out couch so we could be near the cool air. The pull out mattress is really worn and very uncomfortable, if you're planning on renting this and sleeping on that couch-bed full-time I would reconsider. The condo does have a bunch of fans included though so they definitely help.
Despite the heat, we would definitely stay in this unit again and if you don't mind warm nights, this is a beautiful rental!

My wife and I came for our 10 yr anniversary it was the 1st time to Maui and 1st time using Vrbo. So easy to use and orchestrate. Joe and Terri were super easy to work with and were quick to respond to make this all happen. The condo was perfect for what we needed. Had all the amenities for our stay. The condo is nicely appointed and in a great location close to all places we wanted to go. We loved that it was set back from the road a few buildings it made the road noise go away. It was super quiet and relaxing. The beach is just a short walk thru the parking lot and its awesome. Swam with and saw sea turtles everyday. Ocean was clear and beach was clean. Just beautiful. The pool is huge and perfectly clean. The condo is walking distance to restaurants and shopping which were all wonderful. We cant wait to come back. Thank you Joe and Terri for a great place and to the property staff for making our stay great. We love Maui

We were very pleased with this suite. All the beach "stuff" was available, very quiet location with a private balcony and it included a hide-a-bed if required. It would have been five stars if the air conditioning had reached the bedroom. Still, this is our most favourite suite out of our four trips to Hawaii. We had such a great time in Kihei and were very pleased with this comfortable and clean condo. We really appreciated how quiet it was, just far enough from the main road to not hear any traffic noise, yet close enough to walk anywhere.
We loved to sit on the lanai every morning for breakfast. The view of the greenspace from the lanai was so wonderful with the all of the birds singing. The BBQ was just behind our building and we enjoyed using this a couple of times.
There were lots of extras available that we were happy to use: beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels, beach towels, a cooler and ice packs.
Teri was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to all of our questions. We will definitely book this condo again when we come back to Maui!

We came to Maui with 2 kids, ages 6 and 2, so having the beach and amenities close by was essential. Kamaole II beach is right across the road and Kamaole I is a short walk away. Both are great for swimming and snorkeling (especially between K I and K II). The apartment has everything you need, the staff at the office is very friendly. The whole complex is quiet, the apartment is further from the road so the car noise does not reach it. Teri, the owner is very quick to respond to the emails and arrange things when we needed anything.

We had a beautiful vacation in Maui and part of it was this apartment. It's a quiet condo complex, nice and clean. The apartment itself is clean and cosy as well. It has everything you need for the beach, beach chairs, snorkel gear; very good internet speed; all you need for cooking etc. It's close to beautiful beaches. Lots of eat out options in the area. The owners are very nice as well. We travelled with our 2 year old and asked them if they could provide us with a high chair. They did! And we really appreciated it. Our flight was in the evening and because they didn't have the place booked the next day, they let us stay as long as we needed. We felt like at home bc we were provided everything we needed, except we were on vacation and in Hawaii :) When we visit Maui again, we will rent this apartment again for sure.

My daughter and I stayed at this condo for three weeks at the beginning of December. Our unit was quiet as it was at the rear of the complex and our lanai faced a green belt of lush plants. In the morning and at dusk all the different birds became quite an orchestra with all the different calls! The condo was spacious for the two of us and nicely appointed. There was all sorts of drawer space in the bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with all that we needed. We took advantage of the beach chairs, beach mats and small cooler which were provided. The condo was in an ideal location as we didn't have a car at first. The three Kamaole beaches were right across the street from us. All kinds of different shops, including grocery stores, and restaurants were within walking distance. We mostly cooked our own meals but did enjoy meals at Maui Tacos, Coconuts, Cafe O Lei and Sandy Qs Shave Ice (smoothies etc.) Yoga classes on the beach were just across the street. After we rented a car we were able to enjoy great snorkelling at Makena. The office staff was very personable and helpful. The grounds were immaculate and constantly being groomed. We felt right at home and part of the community. When I was arranging our trip, Teri was very quick to answer my questions. If and when we were to return, we would definitely consider renting this unit again.
