Our family had a fabulous stay in the condo. The check-in was easy but did take more time than expected. The hosts were very helpful with amazing response times. The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. All of the amenities were enjoyable. We’d love to stay here again in the future.

Overall impression of property is breath taking. MUST stay. Super convenient walking distance to Aulani and marketplace, beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Close range to golfing area which was taken advantage of :)
When we arrived, Neal met us in the lobby and was just so kind hearted and charismatic. Made us all feel at home. Showed us every aspect of the grounds.
We had a great time and were appreciative that we were able to get together in a beautiful area and villa.

Our first time to Ko’Olina. We all had a very nice time and this establishment was great! The pools and beach were fantastic. The host, Sherry, is very accommodating by most part However, we probably would not visit again for a few reasons. First, and although the lagoon beach is very nice, they do not allow you to put up your own sun shade. I bring my Sun Ninja when I travel to beach/island regions since it provides an ideal, wind resistant shade for my kids/family. Unfortunately, we were told that personal sun shades are prohibited in all of Ko’Olina which sounds a bit like BS since I know that all beaches have to be open for public access and I don’t think this can be enforced unless it’s a private beach. Maybe someone will eventually fight against this. You do have the option of renting a parasol and lounge chairs for a minimum of $100 or find a shaded spot in the grass under some trees. Secondly, we were told that no one was checkin in until the next day but they were not able to provide us with a late checkout since they needed to prep the place. However, we were not allowed to check in earlier despite being pre-arranged because the previous guest left 1 hr after check out on the day we arrived. This indicates that they only needed a few hrs to tidy up the place for our check in but needed a whole day after we checked out? Didn’t make much sense to me…fortunately, I was able to negotiate at least 1 hr of a later check out time but still not expected for the price!

What you see in the photos is pretty much what we got. It's high end, well appointed, w/ nearly everything you could imagine you'd need. The deck view is wonderful & beaches, lagoons so pretty & fun. They aren't busy and we loved snorkeling, even saw a couple turtles.
It's a bummer not having a restaurant on site. The tiki bar near the beach has great drinks but they are spendy. The people are friendly, the adult pool was the best; very quiet one and relaxing. The other main areas get busy and filled with kids of course.
There were a few downfalls for us. You're not supposed to wear shoes at all inside. That doesn't work for 80 year olds that literally have trouble getting shoes on/off nor people with plantar fasciitis. We weren't told this ahead of time and likely wouldn't have booked had we known.
Because we had our parents with us who have mobility and stability issues we decided to rent the golf cart. My husband & son golf regularly, we live on a golf course and own a cart. This golf cart was old, didn't run well & we felt like it might clunk out & parking was weird. All in all, it doesn't get you that much closer to the beach or walkway. We really wish we hadn't spent the $450 for the few times we used it & the condition.
The 90 min arrival tour was stressful, we honestly felt like children being scolded when told of all the things in every room we needed to do. If I had young kids I would be scared to have them there. It was hard to relax due to the specifics.

This beautiful property came equipped with so many considerate, helpful extras for young children. The highchair, play and pack and stroller were so appreciated! There were books, toys for the condo as well as so many for making forts and castles on the beach! It worked so well for our intergenerational group.

The residence and apartment are great. The view is excellent. Apartment decoration is extraordinary which is ironically kind of stressful when you have small children asking them to pay attention not to damage the table, etc. I will not go back with small children to that apartment.

The whole family and grandparents had a great vacation! The area with the lagoons was perfect. The kids loved playing in the pool. The condo was beautiful and exactly as it shows in the pictures. Our stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas was amazing and a great value. When we arrived, we were greeted by the property manager and given a personal tour of the property and the unit. The facility is wonderful - beautiful pools and gardens, access to many amenities, and directly on the least crowded lagoon. The unit itself was perfectly sized for a family of 6 and came with everything we needed. We loved having access to beach chairs, snorkeling gear, towels, and a wagon to carry it all. The kitchen was stocked with all of the staples needed. The property is located between the Marriott, the Aulani, and the Four Seasons. All are accessible via the boardwalk and restaurants are open to individuals not staying at the properties. We loved getting ice cream treats at Disney and then walking back to our private pool and much less crowded lagoon. Everything was wonderful and I can't say enough good things about our time there.

Beautiful property with great amenities. Lanai furniture and beds were incredibly comfortable, and property manager quick to solve any issues. Soaker tubs really deep and comfy, plenty of hot water, numerous kitchen amenities (although could use space for dry groceries). Great appliances, air conditioning works well, large fridge as well as a separate wine fridge. Beautiful welcome basket with yummy snacks!
Only problem was our fear of using the new dining room table. (Which is stunning, but maybe not suited for a rental ?). Manager stressed the care it would need and to always use both tablecloth and place mats at all times … so we were just too nervous to use it.
Grounds, pools, and lagoon are fabulous and clean!

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa was modern and clean with everything we needed. I have never seen so many amenities in a rental. They have a huge basket of indoor toys for kids. And all the beach gear you could need. Snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach blankets, lots of beach toys (shovels, buckets, castle molds, etc.), boogie boards, coolers, inflatable floats to sit on in the ocean (not allowed in pool), umbrellas (although note that you can’t use an umbrella on Ko Olina beaches unless you hold it the entire time). They even had the puddle jumper life jackets for young kids. Before you bring any beach gear, ask Sherry because chances are they have what you need. There was also a kids step stool to help reach the toilet or sink.
The beach in front of the villa was amazing. It was clean, calm and never crowded. This is the perfect beach if you have kids, if you like to snorkel (it was decent, not many fish but a good variety and saw a turtle), or if you like to float around and relax. Only downside was not much shade on the beach but there are some palm trees that provide decent shade in the grass area above the beach. Our day trip to Waikiki was disappointing because the beach at Ko Olina is so much better.
The pools were also great. The family pool included a good size zero entry kiddie pool which is perfect for little ones to play in. The pools were never crowded during our stay. There were always chairs available.
Our group consisted of 3 couples (and one three year old). It was nice for each couple to have their own bathroom. The lanai was our favorite part of the villa - sitting out there in the evening was the perfect way to end a day and there was plenty of seating for all of us. Since we have a 3 year old we were concerned about the patio chairs right up against the railing. Of course we never left him unsupervised but it still made us nervous and was easy to fix by moving the furniture away from the railing. The microwave and dishwasher were unusual but Sherry was thorough in explaining how to use them. The twin room seemed to be hotter than the other rooms at night but it wasn’t too bad if we left the bedroom door open. We were told the temp could be lowered on the AC but we didn’t adjust it since it was only one room that was warm. We used the golf cart a couple of times but found it was easier to drive our car since the golf cart was parked farther away. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return

We had a wonderful week.
A beautiful unit in a great location with views out to the ocean from the living area and lanai.
The home was clean and had everything we needed from beach chairs and towels to a kitchen stocked with essentials. Sherry the manager went above board to get us in early and out late! She had a cake for my wife's 40th!!
One day after a heavy rainstorm, the roof was leaking in two places. Sherry the manager was onsite immediately upon being notified and was on top of getting the leaks remedied.
We would recommend this property to anyone looking to have a comfortable, relaxing stay!

By far this is the best condo we have stayed in anywhere. Extremely well appointed and equipped with more than you could ever need. Sherry and Neal were beyond welcoming and fully acclimated me with the condo and grounds. The owner was very accommodating given our date shift due to pandemic. And the golf cart add on is a must! The property staff takes immaculate care of the grounds and pool area. 5 stars all the way around!!!

Great unit, enough space for 6 people. Well stocked with kitchen items. We cooked breakfast and dinner almost every day we were there. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Sherry for all your help! Beach is great, not over run with people. You can easily set up "camp" at any time of day and find a place to sit. Highly recommend.

We had the best time in this villa! We had 6 adults in our party and never felt on top of each other. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was perfect! Plus the big sectional couch, gorgeous wood dining room table, large kitchen area and Lana’i made the common areas wonderful places to hang out when we were all together.
The condo also came equipped with everything we could’ve possibly needed (and much more), including lots of beach toys, towels, ice chests, and even a wagon to easily bring it all with us! The only thing we ever had to buy at the store was food.
Sherry made the check in very easy (and she was very informative). If we ever had an issue or needed anything, she was extremely quick to respond to phone calls or texts. (I would like to mention the only “issue” we had the whole week was that one of the wicker chairs on the Lana’i was starting to show wear and break on the top. ZERO other issues.)
I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone and we hope very much to be back in the future!

We had such a wonderful time at the KoOlina Beach Villa. This property is great and as an art lover I truly appreciated the heart and sole expressed by the property owners in their home. The view was breathtaking and exactly as shown for the listing of the property. My grandchildren have food allergies, so we ate most meals in the villa and found it well equipped. The pool was amazing the we enjoyed the easy beach access. Also, we rented the golf cart and found it so helpful for getting around! My family appreciated the staff at the villa as well as Sherry and her family for providing such a nice greeting to the villa when we arrived. Thank you for such a memorable family vacation!

Steve's villa has ALL the amenities a family could ask for and more. The property is clean and the design/style of furniture made our stay even that more pleasant. It felt like a home away from home.
Our greeter Sherrie and her husband were AMAZING! We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. They were available to answer any questions and made us feel very important.
I would recommend this villa to everyone visiting Ko'Olina - hand down!

We stayed at the KoOlina Beach Villa from March 6-March16, 2019. This is the perfect spot to spend an enjoyable vacation with your family. We have been to Oahu before but stayed downtown Honolulu. This condo is approximately 25-45min (depending on traffic) outside of Honolulu and gives you a "better feel" of Hawaiian life and culture away from the busy aspect of Honolulu.
This condo is quieter than the Disney Aulani and Marriott vacation spots next door which we liked. It seemed to be a perfect fit for our family of 6 ranging in age from 12-75. Sherry, the property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our vacation and during. She met us at the condo even though our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until around 1am which was nice.
The condo itself is immaculate and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly during any interaction. The best thing about this condo is the beach! With kids we felt they were safe from the large waves that roll in but also gave them the opportunity to see turtles and small, colourful fish while they snorkeled out closer to the rocks. We have been to a lot of beaches in the world and I would have to say this is one of the best!
Our only negative comment was that is was warm in the condo even though we kept the doors closed and curtains drawn to keep the sun out. It seemed like the air conditioner was set to 75 and visitors could not over ride it. The main Master Suite was comfortable but the other two bedrooms were warm.
All in all a very enjoyable trip!

First, we really enjoyed the downtime at the resort style condo. The location is far enough from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu, yet close enough to visit the attractions there and Pearl Harbor. The condo was very nice, well stocked and clean. The management team, Sherry and Neil were also fantastic. Our flight was very late and they were there to greet us, even well after 1am. They also assisted us with the cart the next day and both were very accommodating. The pool and beach were also very fun. Great snorkeling for the littles only 10 feet off the beach. The only reason we're not calling this a full five star is due to the number of rules. Although we were never in conflict, the rules did add some pressure to my wife and I trying to manage our boys to the rules. No balls can be thrown within the pool, no loud noises in the pool area, no running, no saving chairs, etc. Standard stuff, but not as much freedom as a resort. However, the beach is public so the boys were able to run free and be as loud as they want. If traveling with a family, I would recommend this condo. Having a stocked kitchen helped by allowing many meals to be cooked versus eating out and three bedroom with three baths worked very well. However, having a little more freedom would have been just the right thing to push this place into a five-star resort. The golf cart is a must and highly recommended. If ever traveling to Oahu again, we will likely stay at this resort.

This is our second time to Ko’Olina Beach Villas but first time staying in this villa. It was perfect! The view was great. It’s on one of the the outer sides of the property and looks onto a green lot before the Marriott and ocean. The lanai’s on this side were staggered for privacy which was really nice! I liked being on this side of the property much better than our last villa which faced the inside and overlooked the quiet pool. That unit had neighbors on your lanai right next to you and across from you.
Sherry was awesome from the minute I booked the villa. She anaswered every question I had and gave me lots of tips on what to do and what had changed in the area since I had last been here. Check in was much easier with Sherry and Neal came to help with luggage which was really nice! She was also very attentive and responsive the 2 Times I had questions and needed to text her.
The unit itself was very clean and had many more amenities than the other unit I stayed in. They had keurig pods, games, toys, beach necessities but best of all a FULL SIZED washer and dryer!! Most units have tiny washer and dryers that fit about 2 towels. We had 5 adults, one child and one toddler and the condo was very comfortable and we had lots of space!
We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your lovely home!!

Just spent 10 days over Christmas and New Years here. We really enjoyed our stay! The villa was perfect for our family of 5. Beautifully decorated and had everything you may need provided. Loved having the golf cart to take down to the market and cruise around the property.
We had an amazing view of the New Year's Eve fireworks from our balcony. Beautiful villa!! Great for families with kids.

This villa is the perfect place for a family, couple or group of couples. It felt like home even though we were on vacation. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to prepare meals. We sat at the kitchen table for breakfast, and enjoyed the outdoor furniture for dinner to watch the sunset. The property was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed both the quiet pool, as well as the lagoon pool and bar area. We took advantage of the grills down by the pools, loved the location between the other resorts so we could walk around and experience local restaurants. We're coming back and will stay in the same villa. Everything about it is perfect!

The Villa was amazing. It was great to wake up in the morning have any your morning coffee and breakfast on the Lanai looking at the Pacific Ocean. It was better than you could image and it has everything you need for a great stay. Sherry was great and very helpful during our stay and even before. We will for sure be coming back.

Relaxing family vacation with 3 yr old 1 yr old and grandparents.
The kiddy pool is absolutely perfect. Our 3 year old was jumping off rocks into the pool and swimming underwater in no time. The rest of the pools and hot tubs are also meticulously maintained and gorgeous. We used the BBQ one night and ate watching the sunset.
The location is perfect. Hit Costco and target on the way into town. All the other sights are about an hour drive. Honolulu area is really crowded. We were not expecting the traffic. But if you stay around the resort, the beaches are quiet and not crowded. The lagoon makes the waves gentle. There are also nets blocking the entrance to the lagoon so no large animals can get in. Although we would have liked to see some turtles.
The villa is beautiful and has absolutely you could want or need. So many beach toys and accessories! We loved taking the wagon down to the beach. There were toys for the kids, baby monitor, stroller, bath toys and mat which were a huge plus. The welcome package was a nice touch!
We really enjoyed our time here and would coming back again and recommend to anyone!

Loved our stay at this great property! Extremely clean and well appointed. The lanai is perfect a Hawaii backdrop with its large sliding doors bringing the outside in. All of the comforts of home are provided which is great. The beach equipment is all you need and then some.
The property is quiet and also well appointed. The Lagoon is a great quiet place with plenty of space. The pools are a lot of fun.
Ko Olina is a great place in general with plenty of good restaurants and shops. Commute to most Oahu attractions is about 30-45min.
All-in-all we were extremely happy with this property and its amenities provided by the owner. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This amazing beach villa exceeded all of our expectations! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Sherry and Neil Bright, who welcomed us to this beautiful beach side retreat. After a complete tour of the property, which included the pools, tiki bar and gym, we headed up to the 9th floor of the ocean tower. As we entered the villa, we felt the true spirit of aloha! The villa was decorated beautifully and the ocean view was spectacular! Our family felt so welcome and comfortable here. Everything you could imagine was here for us--from the finest gourmet kitchen to the snorkels, boogies boards, and plush towels. We even had a fabulous time driving the golf cart around Ko Olina! This visit to Hawaii was a celebration of my daughter's high school graduation, which we will never forget! The Beach Villa in Ko Olina is definitely a first class family vacation! The property was more than we bargained for. It was the top floor with unobstructed views of the syrrounding area. Everything for the guest had been previously thought of. The greeter Sherry made the arrival a snap, gve us thegrand tour and acquainted us with everything available. She is available at her cell phone to answer any questions the renter might have. She was even put my mind at rest when I was worried about where to fill up the rental car with gsoline when we returned it.
Everything we needed to prepare food was available and we tried out a couple of nice restaurants in the area.
The apartment was very nice. There were six of us staying there and everyone had plenty of room. We used the clothes washer and dryer quite a few times.
Parking was a snap as we had our own parking space. That was good for the big rental we had.
The water was at the end of an elevator and we made a few trups down.
All in all it was a fabulous place, whuch I would rent again at a moments notice.
