We recently returned from our stay in Wailea. We loved the area. Everything was well cared for and was always clean. The condo is in a great area and very close to the pool, parking and other amenities in the area like shopping. At no point did we ever feel unsafe or were nervous of leaving our car unattended. This property has a wonderful view which was our main reason for picking this unit. The kitchen is well equipped to do just about anything. The washer and dryer were very handy to have in the unit as well. The area was very quiet and the mattress and pillows were great which made sleeping very easy. A couple of suggestions to improve the stay even further: a few extra glasses, cotton sheets instead of microfiber and replace or remove the area rugs as they were becoming a tripping hazard. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking at coming to Maui!

We came in for my cousin's wedding this past week and really appreciated the location and the views from this condo. I bet the sunset view from the balcony in the winter months are unbelievable!
We walked to Monkeypod and to the Shops at Wailea a few times. Enjoyed Island Vintage Coffee for breakfast (loved the avocado toast) and Pint & Cork for Happy Hour.
Nice proximity to the community pool. We would stay here again.

Condo is in a perfect location for getting around and doing anything on the island. Had everything you could want for a day at the beach: nice beach chairs, an umbrella, and several boogie boards. Fantastic view! Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience. The condo was located walking distance to upscale shops and the beach, had lots of beach toys (boogie boards, umbrellas, etc.) and had a great ocean/sunset view.
The bed was comfortable and the owners thought ahead and included two softer as well as two firmer pillows. Would recommend staying here if you’re looking at the Wailea area

The neighborhood is gorgeous and the location is ideal for the things we want/like to do during our visit. Specifically, we love the following features of the condo: 1) gorgeous views from the lanai, 2) upstairs unit, 3) it’s amidst a beautiful garden complex, and 4) it is very quiet at night!
There was a minor inconvenience regarding the washer. However, the owner was extremely responsive to our inquiry and provided excellent customer service.

We loved the view from the lanai! It was so wonderful to wake up every morning to the spectacular views through the large windows. The condo had everything we needed and more. The location was great for us to walk to restaurants and shops, and to meet our friends who were staying at the Marriott Beach resort.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. The condo was absolutely perfect with a gorgeous view of Molokini. It's less than 5 minutes from the shops at Wailea and less then 10 from Makena beach. We had a brief issue with the AC malfunctioning but the owner was quick to respond and got it resolved shortly. 10/10 highly recommend

The views are even better than the photos suggest. The unit is bright, clean and spacious. The location is great with good restaurants (Monkeypod, Matteo’s) in walking distance and Wailea beach is a few minutes drive away. We have previously only stayed in West Maui in the past but we loved Wailea and would stay at this property again.

AC in the bedroom didn’t work. The pool closest to the unit was closed for maintenance. The cable tv system was not user friendly. We were not notified of any of these inconveniences prior to check in.

This unit in Wailea was much better than we expected. Expansive and mesmerizing ocean views from balcony and bedroom was the highlight of this trip.
Very clean and a very well stocked kitchen was very important for my wife and I.

The only problem we had was during the check-in process, as the name and number listed for the property manager is no longer correct. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful, nonetheless, as she used to be the manager. We were a bit confused but she assisted us by phone in getting situated in the condo.
We found everything to be comfortable and clean. We only stayed two nights but would have loved to stay longer. We usually go to Kaanapali on Maui but Wailea is beautiful. We recommend this stay.

This was probably the nicest rental we stayed at in Hawaii. The pictures simply don’t do it justice and we really wish we stayed here longer than the 3 days we stayed.
The space is quite large with a big living room, kitchen, bedroom and TWO bathrooms. We got there at sunset, exhausted after completing the Road to Hana and the view was simply breathtaking. This was the best sunrise/sunset we saw on the trip and you could even see a few blowholes out in the bay from a few whales.
The air conditioning in this unit was top notch, unlike some properties we stayed at. It cooled quickly and even got a little cold!
We could have cooked a full thanksgiving dinner for 10 with how good the kitchen was stocked. But, our favorite part after over a week in Hawaii was getting to do laundry. The pool is a short walk away as well.
This was a 20 minute walk or so to the shops and probably another 10 minutes and you’re at the beach. We found plenty of parking at the various beaches so don’t worry if that’s too far of a walk for you.
I can’t recommend this place enough and only hope we get to Maui again so we can stay here for longer!

This is our 3rd trip to this property in 3 years. We've stayed at the resorts and other condos in and around Kihei and Wailea, but this particular place is our favorite. We cannot wait to return to this beautiful condo within Waikea Ekolu - it is fresh, clean, comfortably furnished, recently updated, terrific decor, really well stocked with everything you need to cook/bake/ create/ store in the kitchen and living areas. Big rooms and vaulted ceilings add to the spacious feel. Beach gear incl towels, chairs, boogie board, umbrellas, cooler - all like new. Linens and towels new and fresh, whole place is fresh and clean with plenty of cross air breezes with the fans.
I can NOT say enough about the view - from both lanais and the kitchen - it is simply stunning and full 180 degree loveliness. You have to see it to believe it - we’ve been staying at Wailea for over 20 years and never have we enjoyed a place so much. Played cards on the lanai at the tall bar table as we watched ocean, sunsets, whales, boats speed out from Ma’alea.
Grounds are immaculate and lush - daily silent maintenance workers keep the flowers blooming and use palm fronds to “ rake” paths. Just walking around to use the picnic tables, exercise, birdwatch is a treat.
Ekolu is perfectly situated for travel to gorgeous Wailea and Makena beaches ( less than 5 minute drive to our favorites). You are 5-10 minutes away from grocery shopping and Kihei restaurants or a few minutes walk to Shops at Wailea drive to Polo Beach, park and do the paved Wailea beachfront walk. Kahului with airport, Costco, Paia with Mama’s and Ho’okipa with windsurfing are all within 25-35 minutes away. We prefer Wailea to Lahaina and Kapalua but those are 60-75 minutes away. I loved the Upcountry Farmers Market every Saturday am ( get there right when they open at 7am - about 40 vendors, super fresh, unique and ono vegan offerings). You are 15 minutes from a terrific kid friendly outdoor Happy Hour at Maui Brewing Company, or Shave Ice at Ululani’s - you’ll never go elsewhere for shave ice again. Try Sugar Beach Bake Shop next door - their Tropical Carrot Cake and Thanksgiving pies were terrific.
We very much appreciate being able to share this gem of a condo and appreciate David’s excellent communication and clear instructions, whether it be checking in/out or how to use the fan remotes/labeled switches . If I could give it more stars I would.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Wailea. The property is close to the restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed our time at the pool. David was always very responsive and a great host. I was disappointed in the overall condition of the unit itself. I think it's fair to say that there are some deferred maintenance issues that need to be addressed in this condo. In addition, the linens were dingy and poor quality, and the living area rug was dirty and stained. The BBQ, reported as broken and tripping the circuit breaker was never fixed. The TV/Internet was out for several days, but finally fixed.

We stayed at a few different places this time to Maui. The perks to this property was definitely the view from the porch, walking distance to shopping malls and the cleanliness of the unit. The grounds keeper that met us late at night was so helpful and kind. I wish I remembered his name. He deserves a 5 star. As far as what I didn't really enjoy... the pool wasn't very exciting and the old fashion key entry to the pool and rooms needs to be changed. That was kind of annoying.

We had a wonderful three days at this condo. It is very well equipped with chairs, coolers, spices, towels, and plenty of cookware. The view is gorgeous. We did not spend much time at the condo, but the tie we did spend was a nice experience. Loved the easy self check in. We didn't have a need to meet with the manager, as we had no issues.

This was the 1st time staying in a condo. I had reservations staying in a place that may not have 4/5 star hotel cleaning standards. However it met my standards. Sometimes pictures do not always tell the true story, but this condo had the best view in the house. I certainly would recommend the property to friends and would consider returning in the future.

First impressions were favourable with the detailed information provided on directions and access to Wailea Ekolu. The roomy accommodation was comfortable and the view was spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped very good utensils and the refrigerator and stove were top notch. A very comfortable bed and clean washrooms with excellent shower facilities and a great washer dryer made for a special home base for our vacation. My wife and I are both in our 70's and felt totally comfortable and 'at home' here
Location is relatively central with a comfortable walk to the Shops at Wailea, Monkey Pod restaurant and the beach walk along the ocean. A very short drive gives access to many excellent bars and restaurants and it was very quick and easy to get onto the highway to drive to the many sites on Maui. Given the view, the evening sunsets were spectacular.
We have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful location and rental unit.

My wife, adult daughter and I stayed for 2 nights in this wonderful townhouse and highly recommend it. It's in a great location, centrally located to The Shops at Wailea and other great restaurants and amenities, including some of the best golf courses in Hawaii. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well maintained and the listing is very accurate in terms of location, layout, amenities etc...and the views are fantastic! The bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable, as is the queen bed in the pull out sofa. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking anything you would want to create. The owner is extremely responsive and made it very easy to access the unit and use the available wifi. And there's plenty of free parking available right outside the unit. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Wailea.

THE LANAI FURNITURE NEEDS CLEANNING & THE DUST BEHIND IT SEEMS TO HAVE ACCUMULATED FOR SOME TIMES. THE SHOWER STALLS LACK FIXED WALL HANDLES( SAFETY FEATURE FOR THE ELDERLY). WE HAD TO SUCCESSFULLY USE A MOUSE TRAP IN THE KITCHEN!! ANT KILLER IS A MUST. THE WASHING MACHINE IS EXXTREEEMLY NOISY. Great location, near beaches, shops, and restaurants. We loved using all the beach gear especially the cooler which fit a bottle of wine/champagne, a few beers and some cheese and salami's perfectly. Walking distance to Monkey Pod which has the best food & happy hour on the island. Most importantly we felt at home and very comfortable during our stay. We will definitely rent again!

Description & photos do it no justice. Bargain for the money. Home feel. Both beds very comfortable (tried to find the manufacturer of the king mattress lol). Spacious. Very quiet. In the resort area: easy shopping for last minute things but still down to earth. Beach is walkable, we drove 4mins to the closest beach. Pool right behind the condo. Landscaping on point. Everything as described in the descrip + more.

Sitting on the lanai as I write this, and I cannot believe the view! Pictures cannot and do not accurately capture how beautiful it really is. The water is much, much closer than the photos convey. Gorgeous! The condo is well-appointed and has everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen has an array of pots/pans/cutlery/dishes /small appliances/etc. There is even a large spice rack for those of you who are chef-inclined:). The entire place is tastefully decorated and there are a million thoughtful little details scattered about the condo. The (very quiet) pool is located below the condo....easy access. We love Monkeypod and we're thrilled that is within easy walking distance. The Shops at Wailea and the trail along the resorts are also within easy walking distance. We try to visit Maui every year and have stayed in a ton of different places in Wailea and Kihei. This is definitely our favorite and we will definitely return.

This condo was the perfect place for our vacation! We came with extended family that stayed in a condo from this same property down the street and theirs was just as great. I loved that beach towels, sand toys, novels, beach chairs and leis were already there and available for our use as well as all basic kitchen needs. We were within walking distance to the beach, shopping malls, coffee house, and luau that we went to. The views from the Lanai were breathtaking! We have stayed in the Marriot previously and I have to say I really enjoyed this place much better. It was not as crowded as the big hotels and made our stay that much more enjoyable and peaceful. The condo was very comfortable, met all of our needs and the grounds are just immaculate, lush, and green. We will definitely be back and will recommend this to others. Thank you!

We rented this condo for our honeymoon and were blown away. Dave was so helpful and made this entire process as smooth as possible. The condo is just as pictured and that VIEW is incredible!! Unfortunately, the guests who stayed before us broke one of the sunscreens so we couldn't pull it up during the evening but that was the only negative. The condo comes fully stocked with all kitchen utensils and beach gear. The washer and dryer were so nice to have (: the neighbors were very friendly and the parking was perfect. We saw a few Gecko's in the unit but I could imagine how hard it is to keep them out, as they were everywhere outside! We couldn't have asked for a better place to come home to after a long day exploring the island. Very clean and up to date.
