This condo was so calm, cool, and beautiful! My husband and I were on our first vacation without any kids and we were not disappointed with anything. It’s close to shopping and great food. And the condo itself is elegant and comfortable. All communication was easy. We would definitely go back we had the best time!

Beautiful condo in an amazing location with easy access to beaches, shops, restaurants, and state parks. The rental had everything needed to feel like home. Jennifer was always immediately available, receptive and friendly. Would book this again as a “first choice“ for another Maui holiday.

The condo was modern & beautiful inside and out. The bathroom in the hall was very unique! All very clean.
What we didn't like was no clock in the living room/great room or in the bedroom.

It was our first trip to Maui and we were not familiar with the area. This is a beautiful area. Perfect location and felt very upscale and safe. The unit is extremely clean and very well appointed. All the amenities we needed including beach gear. Very lovely! Jennifer was great communicator and we really appreciated the place.

The condo is spacious and modern. The location is ideal for those wanting a quiet retreat in the Wailea planned development without the controlled chaos of a big resort hotel environment. The kitchen is great for dining in and it was wonderful to have beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella (and towels!) available for our use. The only negative about the location is that the area isn't well suited for walking to nearby restaurants or shops. You can do it for sure, but just have to work around golf links, etc. Wailea is an auto-centric area. The property owner is super responsive and helpful and we were very happy with our choice for a restful (but active) week on Maui.

The condo was exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean and we were very comfortable. Location is great! Had one small issue (no fault of the owner), but Jennifer was very quick to reply and offer help. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy to check in and they make it feel like a home. Clean and modern with a nice balcony for afternoon sun. There is a market close by that you can get everything you need. Washer and dryer in the unit makes it perfect for the end of a trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a great location, close to lots of beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The owner was wonderful—clear instructions, a binder full of lots of helpful suggestions in the area, and very responsive. I also appreciated how clean everything was, especially given the pandemic.

The complex location and infrastructure is excellent. I would stay there again for sure.

This was our first trip to Maui and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! It was exactly as shown in the photos and exceeded our expectations. Jennifer and Phil have done a great job at anticipating guests needs and we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived.
The bed was so comfy, which was a big bonus for us as I'm 6.7" and it can be tricky finding a bed that's long enough! And of course we loved the walk-in shower and spacious bathroom. We also appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen, as we have specific food requirements and were even able to do some baking (measuring spoons and cups - sweet!) The overall style is clean and modern, which fit perfectly with our tastes.
From morning lemon water on the lanai watching the geckos to our late night dips in the quiet pool, it was perfect. Sigh, so tough to come home!
Close to shopping, restaurants, coastal walk, and of course, all the best beaches and easy access to head out on day trips - the location is perfect for a romantic getaway. We would definitely stay at this condo again and recommend to our friends!

This is our 7th year in Maui, and our 4th year in the Grand Champions. This is the nicest condo unit we have had to date, exactly as the pictures show. The modern renovation is stunning and made for a very comfortable stay for the two of us. We loved the privacy and seclusion of the lanai, as we encountered some windy weather and were still able to dine and enjoy the outdoor lanai every day. My husband and I have traveled to Maui for over 10 yrs and have stayed at the Grand Champions several times (in different condos). This by far is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in, while at the Grand Champions. New, clean, and well stocked condo. We would certainly return and recommend!!

My husband & I have rented several different places in Wailea as well as in Kapaluaa over many years of coming to Hawaii. We, by far, liked this one the most. We really liked the decor (contemporary) & the updates that had been done. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots & pans, utensils that we needed as well as spices. The laundry, dishwasher & dish detergents were well stocked. Also included were shampoo, conditioner & soap in more than adequate supply. There were also beach chairs, towels, umbrella & cooler.
It is conveniently located & there were no noisy neighbors while we were there. The washer & dryer were full size which, in our experience, is unusual. It was actually in a closet on the patio which turned out to be great - no heat from them in the apartment & no noise in the apartment, either.
Jennifer was really easy to work with & very patient in responding to my many questions. She & her husband had put together a great book with detailed info on the various beaches & their suggestions for restaurants.
We would definitely recommend this condo.

This is the second time that my partner and I have stayed in Jennifer's suite - and we've already booked a third visit! It is a clean, contemporary, well stocked space. All the comforts of home. In particular, I appreciate having a quiet patio, two bathrooms, a comfortable king size bed, a closet full of towels and beach chairs for trips to the beach, and an adults only pool (there is another one suitable for kids). The location is perfect. A short walk to the beach, shops, major hotels and restaurants. A short drive to several gorgeous beaches. I highly recommend that you choose to stay in this particular suite; you will not be disappointed!

I had chosen this location due to a wedding I attended at the Wailea golf course. The location was perfect, right across from the Wailea shops, restaurants, spas, and beaches. The owner Jennifer was amazing she gave accurate directions from airport and had a wonderful guest book filled with suggestions on the best place to eat and tour. She's was always available by email and phone to answer any questions.When I arrived to the condo it was exactly as shown in the ad funky, modern, and sleek. The condo was very clean with all brand new appliance and modern furniture.
I would defiantly recommend this condo to family and friends. I truly had an amazing experience here and will be back again!!!

We have just returned from 2 lovely weeks in Maui. We have stayed in many different VRBO accommodations so we have experienced a diverse set of circumstances. This condo is just as advertised - clean, well equipped and most of all well located. Wailea is such a lovely area, close to beaches and within walking distance to the shops. The unit came well stocked with all of the essentials that you would need for your stay. We have stayed in places where we had to go out after arrival to get sufficient supplies of toilet paper, dish soap etc. That is just an annoyance. The owners have left a binder of great information and a handbook called Maui Revealed. This was our bible and I'm afraid we may have dog eared it as we referred to it constantly. The condo has a good supply of beach towels, beach chairs and mats. There were always BBQ's available to use at the pool area (Propane too!). It was nice to have an adult quiet pool to visit as well. You won't be disappointed with this unit or this location unless it is fully booked and you can't get it!

Maui is by far my husband and I's favourite vacation spot. Our previous visit we stayed in the busy Kaanapali Resort area. This time around for our honeymoon, we wanted something quiet that felt like home (minus the snowbanks!). Grand Champion's was the perfect find.
The location was excellent, as all our favourite beaches are very close by (Big beach, Ulua & Mokapu beaches are to die for!). Many excellent restaurants close by, even within walking distance. If you like to shop while on vacation, you will be steps away from some of the biggest brands and boutiques in Maui. If you are more of an adventure seeker then you will be set as well with hiking and watersports minutes away.
After 2 weeks split between Oahu and the Big Island we were so pleased to have easy access to laundry! It's such a simple thing, but you don't understand what a saviour it is until, well... until you do!

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean, modern and spacious. The location was great. We enjoyed the quiet pool that was part of the condo complex. The book provided by the owners with info on the nearby beaches was very helpful and with free parking, it was easy and quick to get to nearby beaches. We had stayed at a resort in Wailea last year and much preferred the convenience of the condo with a full kitchen, more privacy and more space to staying at a resort. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our questions as we were planning our trip. We would definitely recommend this condo to others and hope to come back soon! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!

Our stay at the condo was perfect from beginning to end. The condo is very clean and spacious, it is well layed out and has everything you need for a beach vacation in Maui. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs were effortless to strap on your back and get to the beach, there is also beach towels, boogie boards, an umbrella for shade and a cooler for lunch. Jennifer has also prepared an excellent guest book with recommendations and directions to beaches, hikes and activiites on the Island. The appliances are all high end and a breeze to use, the beds, including the sofa bed are VERY comfortable. The complex is very quiet and situated in one of the best places in Maui, close to fabulous beaches. We stayed in February and had little need for the air conditioner because the night time breeze cools the unit down. Having WIFI access in the condo was also a big plus because we could use our phones and computers without roaming, also free calling to Canada and US made it easy to stay in touch back home. I would definitely recommend this property for your stay in Maui!
