Excellent location right across from Kameoli Beach II. Shops and restaurants literally next door. Loved Cafe O’Lei, Moose McGillycufdys and the Cinnamon Roll. Condo was just as advertised and very clean. Plenty of Beach gear.
The bed was very comfortable. Condo is perfect for a quiet couple.

This was a convenient apartment in Kihei. We appreciated the central location and the proximity to a number of beaches. The apartment is older but clean and has a well stocked kitchen. It also comes with snorkeling equipment! The AC was loud and could have been more cool, but didn't bother us. We would stay here again.

Jack was so easy to deal with. The pictures of the unit are very accurate. It is a corner unit, so lots of windows, bright & cheery. I have stayed at the KKN for years & many different units, but I really like this unit so much, booked for the same time next year.

The property was exactly as described. Directions to the specific unit were precise and checking in at the office was easy and friendly.
Some people have complained about the A/C. I used the a/c but I also opened the windows to use the breeze to help cool things down. The roosters (and other birds) let you know when the sun is coming up but hey, that’s nature. Plus there’s chicken all over all the islands. I just turned over and went back to sleep.
If you plan to snorkel, I’d bring your own mask and maybe snorkel too. There is nice snorkeling across the street at the beach. It was great to have other beach items to use and the laundry room was super convenient.
The location is great with a lot of things in walking distance. Kama’ole II beach is beautiful and with the close location, you won’t miss a sunset!

Very cozy place and so close to everything. Everyone that stays leaves a lil something to use on your vacation and I think thats amazing! Theres beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas, coolers, floats, and much more!

Wow is all we can say! This was our first time in Maui and this place truly thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From all the beach gear to cooking supplies, anything you could think of was provided. The hosts were also incredibly responsive when we needed to contact them to ask a few questions. Fabulous location as it’s literally right across the street from the beach. Definitely would stay here again on our next visit to Maui!

Upon arrival we were a bit early the condo owner let us check in early which i so appreciated...entering the condo which was so easy to find it was just the sweetest place had a fully stocked kitchen ..spices ice oils to cook with coffe teas ect...sooo much cookware storage containers..just everything you needed ...the walk to beach about 2 minutes..in the perfect spot for food shopping or dining out 5 minutes from wailea 25 from lahaina kapalua just a bit further ...and the PEOPLE there in the complex just the friendliest you will ever meet the place felt like home ..this place if your coming to maui WILL NOT disappoint you oh yeah and the sunsets you can see !! The beach across the street is also so kid friendly mild waves just the perfect vacation place !! Will be going back in October...mahalo !!

This was a very beautifully appointed condo. It had everything needed for cooking which we love to do, including spices and oils. Our bedroom was light and tropical looking. It was hot during our stay but the fans and air conditioning made our unit very comfortable. We had a lush tropical view of the foliage and lawn. Very private and quiet except for roosters in the mornings waking us up. But who wants to sleep in Maui?The pool is nearby and the ocean is across the street. We had a very relaxing stay in this condo. Thank you!

Clean condo in a fantastic location. KKN is just across the street from the beautiful Kamaole II beach. Prompt, clear, and friendly communication from the owners. Very well stocked with kitchen, bathroom, and beach items...just bring your clothes. We appreciated the air conditioning units in the main living area as well as the bedroom. The lanai is private and overlooks lush greenery for a truly tropical feel. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained and the pool area is lovely and very clean. The condo is located in a great spot...2 minute walk to the beach, across from the pool, and there are shops and restaurants right next door. The unit is set far enough back so there is no noise from the street. The complex itself is quiet and we heard no noise from neighboring units. Parking is free and we had no trouble finding a spot steps from the entrance to the condo each day. This was our first visit to Maui and we felt like we scored a win with location, affordability, and overall experience. We would definitely stay again without hesitation.

The condo was perfect! The grounds of the KKN are just beautiful!! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai, visited by many geckos. Very quiet! Well stocked kitchen, we cooked every day. Foodland is close by. But best of all, the beach is just across the street. The pool is a gorgeous area to relax. We will be back soon, I hope!

We enjoyed the convince of the three beaches within walking distance from our condo. I also loved the fact that we had a cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels to make our stay more comfortable and we also didn’t need to spend more to buy or rent these items. The condo did have air conditioning, but not central air. The condo had two window air conditioners on a timer, so it did get pretty hot. Not sure if the timer could be extended to 6-8 hours with the temperature being in the high 90’s. We did enjoy our stay overall, just a little hot!

Omg this place was perfect for us. Location is amazing right across the street from beach access and walking distance to "downtown" area including grocery, farmers market, shops and restaurants. Overall complex is gorgeously landscaped and we'll maintained with a nice pool and clean laundry facility. The room itself has all the creature comforts we desired including AC, dishwasher & cable/Internet TV. Super cute and clean with good quality dishes & knives for kitchen use. This place has it all & would definitely book over and over again!

We had a nice stay. Overall, the complex itself was quiet, and the unit we stayed was particularly quiet, with no noises heard from the neighbors when we were inside. The location is great, with many restaurants and shops in convenient walking distance. The ocean was a comfortable temperature for swimming even in December, and an easy walk across the parking lot and one street to cross.

The condo was very clean and secure. Had everything to cook and relax. Had to do some work and was able to do so without any problem. Short Walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Overall we were very impressed with this property. We have been to the islands many times and have stayed in all sorts of condos from luxury view type to small studio no view units. This unit is not luxury (we knew that going in) however is a very practical setup for a couple who are okay with not having all the modern frills. Yes, it is due for a overall remodel, but we thought it was a great value considering it's superb location, comfort and functionability. Granite counter tops are nice, but we don't have to have that. This place gets the job done. We chose it for a few reasons. It's a corner unit with lots of windows to allow air to flow in. It's far enough off the main road to get away from car noise, but not too far. You can easily walk to a whole bevy of eateries, shops, etc. Very accessible with just a short single flight of stairs and no need for elevator. It has a nice roomy bedroom with a "comfortable" King Bed. It's in south Kihei right across from very walkable beaches that seem endless. It has an air conditioner (that we only used a little bit). It's well equipped. And it's priced right. No View, but again, we knew that going in. If your looking for a great value and don't require all the frills, but put high value in location and practicality, this condo is something to consider. I would definitely stay here again. If I had to think of a negative, hmm....well it's probably a little overdue to replace the carpet. Again, we weren't looking for luxury, but the carpet is a bit dated and used. Other than that, my wife thought the dishwasher needed replacement. It worked, but apparently had some minor issues. Neither of these would cause us to look elsewhere. Wish we could have stayed longer. J

We loved our stay at Jack's condo. Condo is very clean and well stocked with all amenities you may need for your stay at Maui. Its 5-10 minutes walk to a very nice beach for a fun beach day and watching sunset at the end of day. Lots of good cafes and resturants whithin 5-20 minutes walk.
Jack is quick to respond to your questions which makes the experience even better.

When arriving to this unit it was soo hot inside! It took 3 hrs to get set up right by ac. We could not use bedroom at all. We had to sleep on a hide bed which was very difficult to pull out. We had to pull 2twin beds (not king as advertised )off bedroom and put on top hideabed. We stayed in living room right next to ac unit on floor. Additionally we had to open freezer & fridge with 2 fans (dirty had to clean them) to circulate some cool air. I talked with owners the condo wont allow 2nd ac unit but u hinder cooling when ac unit is locked to only operating every 6 hrs. I see neighbors have installed fan above front door or maybe have ur cleaning pep turn air on before vrbo guest arrive.. Owners offered to refund but we couldn’t get another place in time. We were bummed & couldnt change anything as this unit was misadvertised!

We enjoyed the condo. The inside is spacious. The only complaint I have is there’s no air conditioner in the bedroom and I personally have trouble sleeping period. There is air in the living room and the owners supplied extra fans as well as ceiling fans so for some people it may not matter. It is directly across the street from the beach and there’s a shower at the front of the property to rinse the sand off before entering the condo. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Overall we were pleased. The grounds are kept up nicely and we used the pool a couple times. There’s a security guard in front at night as well.

KKN 245 is a great place to stay if you value privacy and convenience like I do! Plenty of shops and restaurants within short walking distance, but still feels like you're getting away from it all. Jack was a great host, very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended1

It's set up to be a home away from home with cooking supplies and beach gear to use. With the windows open the house stays pretty cool so I never used the AC. The pay-to-use washing machines are located in the condo community. There is no hot tub but there is a little pool. Great location to walk to food and beach.

Excellent location. All basic amenities are there. Bathroom and kitchen needs some upgrade. As there is no AC, We had to keep windows open in night. But sprinkles noise affected our sleep all night.

Location is excellent and unit has almost all the things you need except that there is no AC. It was very warm during the entire time we were there but we started to feel the cool breeze after 11pm. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
