This is a wonderful condo. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We truly felt at home here in Maui. The condo is the perfect size. Plenty of room for my husband and I to spread out and relax.
The kitchen has a great layout and was tastefully decorated. The spice cabinet had all the essentials. There was plenty of Tupperware to use for picnics. The kitchen was even stocked with plastic sandwich bags and had plenty of rolls of paper towels. Lots of cookware, plates, and glasses. Everything to make you feel right at home in beautiful Maui.
The artwork in the condo was beautiful with gorgeous views of South Maui. There is ambient adjustable lighting above the artwork that creates a very relaxing atmosphere in the evening.
The reclining chairs were very comfortable for my husband and I to relax and watch some TV in the evening. The TV is large with a clear picture and good sound.
The couch was a nice place to sit for morning coffee as we planned out our Maui day.
Everyone in the condo complex is very friendly. Having laundry on site was nice for a week’s stay. There is even detergent pads in the closet at the condo. Many nice restaurants in walking distance. Our favorite tee shirt shop is in the shopping plaza next to the condo complex.
This is going to be our go to condo when ever we are visiting Maui.

The condo is beautiful inside and very nicely updated. The layout of the condo is great and has plenty of room . We had everything we needed for our stay and really enjoyed the deck with the nice little ocean view. It is situated very close to the beach and in walking distance to many amenities. The owner is wonderful to work with and very responsive to messages. We will definitely try booking again!

Everything was great. The condo was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen supplies, beach chairs/umbrella, plenty of towels, etc.), had nice furnishings, and very nice kitchen and bathroom.
The location within the complex was great -- close to the beach, but one building back so there was no street noise. (The complex overall is pretty big, so it could be a considerably longer walk to the beach if you had a unit far from the street)
The parking spots are a little tight, but plentiful.
The complex pool was very nice and one of the larger pools I saw when researching places to stay.
Facility laundry room was close to unit and seemed to have plenty of washers and dryers, but we didn't use them so can't comment further about that.
The beach across the street was perfect -- wide, clean, and beautiful. The street to cross is pretty busy, but the traffic stops immediately to let you cross so it wasn't an issue at all for us. Many of the beaches in the area are much more narrow (distance from street to water).
The overall area is quite busy with restaurants and tourist retail (snorkel rentals, souvenirs, ice cream, etc.). So if you want a remote, isolated-feeling area this wouldn't be best, but we loved the convenience of walking to dinner, groceries, etc. Depsite being a busy area, it wasn't noisy or crazy-feeling.
The owner was super responsive to emails and one phone call.

We've stayed here several times and our trip was great as per usual. We've had family and friends stay in other vacation rentals, and this one is by far, the best stocked. It has everything you could need and more. Bob is very responsive with any concerns and has a lot of great suggestions for everything you might need on your stay in Maui. This location was perfect. The unit was centrally located in Kihei. Near the beach, restaurants and other shops. We enjoyed going out to see the sunset every evening. The unit was also stocked with everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, it was very clean and matched the description. The bathroom walls had some spots and there were lots of hard water-looking spots on the shower glass and shower heads. But other than that, felt very very clean. The 2 faux leather chairs were nice because they were cool and they reclined.
A sliver of the ocean is viewable from the porch which was nice. The pool wasn't great. No hot tub.
There was no boogie board, snorkeling gear, shampoo/conditioner soap. There were two nice beach chairs and an umbrella. There were some bags and a cooler we didn't use. There were plenty of bath towels and 4 beach towels.
It was really hard to shave in the shower. There was no stool or step to put your foot on. It was frustrating.
The beach across the street is good, but we found ourselves mostly in Wailea and it was easy enough to drive and park (although I'm not sure that would be true once tourism picks back up post-fires).
The kitchen was well stocked.
Bring white noise (chickens) and an eye mask (no blackout curtains) if you like quiet and dark.
Robert was incredibly helpful and super responsive. Lightning fast.

We have been traveling to Kihei, Maui for over 25 years. Most of our stays have been at KKN. Took us a while but finally found our favorite with the condo. The location provides an ocean view and the owners have remodeled recently completely. New cupboards, furniture, and A/C in both living area and bedroom. (A/C isn’t always needed in the 2nd floor unit with great cross breezes.) There are many restaurants within walking distance and the beach is a short walk across the road... the best beach in Maui, imho. And you can easily walk the 3 beaches.

Pros: This condo exceeded our expectations. We loved the very close easy 2 minute walk across the street to a beautiful swim beach with morning tree shade. We loved the ocean view from the living room and lanai. The condo is super clean, great condition, and well-supplied with an umbrella, 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, beach bag, and a soft and hard cooler. The condo complex has a rinsing station with seating to rinse sand off after a beach day.
Cons: None! This was a great rental for the two of us!

This is our 4th stay at this property. We've been coming to Maui for 7 years, and once we discovered this unit the years ago, we've stayed every year since. The location is amazing - right across the street from an amazing beach and walking distance to so many great restaurants in Kihei - and I love that the unit is closer to the front of the complex. We previously stayed at another complex that was across the street from the beach but at the back of complex which made a quick pop back to it quite inconvenient. The unit is stocked with everything you need and you can tell the owners take pride in their unit. Complex itself is vert well kept. Pool is great if you need a break from the beach, laundry room has great machines. Can't wait for our next trip back to Maui - we've already booked Bob's unit. It takes off some travel stress (especially with kids) knowing that our accommodations are everything and more we can ask for.

Location is perfect, close to beautiful beaches, walking paths, restaurants and shopping! The condo is quiet, well appointed and with great air circulation. You can check the conditions of the ocean from the private lanai. Being on the second floor adds to the privacy. The condo has everything thing you need. The kitchen and shower is especially nice! The pool is huge. We really found the no key needed feature to be very handy! The breeze moves nicely throughout the condo with the fans and windows. Air conditioning is available but was not needed in May if you open things up. Our weeklong stay was very peaceful with no feeling of hustle or bustle! There are great restaurants near by, an ABC store, and other conveniences. We bought our groceries at Walmart , near the airport so have no info on local grocery stores. Easy to find long walks going either way on the beaches. There are nice grassy parks along the beach as well. The beaches were not crowded at all! It is less than 30 minutes from airport/car rental to condo.

We loved our stay at this condo directly across the street from Kameole Beach 2! You definitely want to be at this end of Kihei where the beaches are amazing, and you can easily walk to lots of amazing restaurants. The host was an excellent communicator and even phoned us upon our arrival and let us know that the cleaners were done, and we could check-in early if we liked. The condo was as pictured with comfortable furnishings. We liked the updates such as bed-level outlets which made it easy to plug in our phones. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Thank you, Bob, we really enjoyed our stay!

This is such a lovely place! Modern, clean, everything you could want and more! The pictures don’t do it justice.
Bob is a great host and very thoughtful with his various suggestions and thorough information. We really liked having a key code to use, also, rather than being concerned about the safety of a key.
The beach is beautiful and it’s great to be able to wander over in your swimsuit and towel. Fred’s and Moose next door are excellent, particularly on taco Tuesdays, but we had most of our meals “at home,” on the lanai.
There’s simply nothing to fault here. Thanks, Bob. We’d love to come back one day!

Apartment was clean, plenty of amenities, we left a beach mat for future renters. They had a small cooler bag plenty of beach towels. The apartment was updated and modern. The condo in Kihei is very nice and extremely well kept, clean, and updated in terms of bath, kitchen, tile flooring (including the lanai), and appliances. We felt very comfortable here.
Kitchen was very well appointed with everything needed for eating in. Condo had beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels & travel tote. What we didn't originally fully appreciate was how perfect the location was...right across the street from the very nice Kamaole beach, literally next door to a number of good eateries (approx 30 restaurants within 1 mile radius), walking distance to many shops for groceries,bakeries, ice cream, gifts, snorkel gear. The condo here in Kihei was the perfect hub for our ventures to Haleakala & Lahaina. Bob, our host, was super responsive to any queries we had prior to and during our trip. Our first time stay in Kihei was certainly enhanced by staying at Bob's place. Mahalo!!

This is the second time in under a year that I have been to Maui, and all I can say is I have (hopefully) found my #1 place to stay in Kihei! Bob’s condominium is absolutely amazing! This is most definitely worth the price for everything that he provides in the unit and its location! It is directly across from the beach, a half block from a convenience store, Subway, Coconut’s Fish Café (which has the most delicious pork taco’s), and a delicious coffee shop. His unit was spacious, extremely clean, and what made us most happy was he took extra precautions to make sure it was tropical bug free. Last year we had a nightmare when we stayed at a place that at critters, so my friend was extra worried. Walking into Bob’s condo though, we knew from the start it was going to be a great vacation. I had emailed Bob a couple times about a few questions I had, and he emailed right back which was wonderful. What made his condo extra nice were all the extra items that he provided that most places do not. He has cooler bags, extremely comfortable beach chairs, a beach umbrella, more pots, pans, and dishes than one would ever need, and cupboards of fancy stem wear and another cupboard of just nice plastic tumblers. We did not spend much time at the pool, but it was a nice size one that kids looked to be enjoying when we went there for a few hours one evening. There is a laundry room on site for those who like to do their laundry on vacation. I cannot wait to return to Maui, especially when I know I have found the best condo to rent!

My wife and I booked the condo 213 for only one night, due to Covid and weird scheduling we needed an extra night. Anyway, the condo itself was very nice. Well kept and a great 1 bedroom place. The owner was easy to deal with and very helpful. He had a ton of information about Maui. The location is nice for ease of beach access and so many good restaurants, nearby. The only complaint I would have was that there was alot of noise overnight. It seemed like the sound really carried. None of which is the owners fault. Maybe it was normal monday morning noise but it was noisy. We had the windows open for the breeze and had to close them. We only stayed one night though. Other than that the place was very nice.

This condo fit exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to access, walkable to plenty of food and shopping, right across the street from a lovely beach, and clean and comfortable. It has a/c, but we didn't need it because there is a lovely breeze with the windows and sliding door open. The kitchen is well-stocked and the refrigerator immaculate. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. We had absolutely no issues and would recommend this listing.

Getting our parking pass was no problem. The courtesy beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels that we were allowed to use within our stay were a lifesaver! We love the Kihei Kai Nani complex and have stayed here many times in various units over the past 18 years. The location is superb - beautiful fun beach right across the street, with breathtaking sunsets; excellent snorkel sites within a few minutes’ drive; can easily walk to numerous restaurants, a gelato place, a natural foods store, and a general store.
The grounds are beautiful, full of plants and flowers and trees, birds and geckos and lizards. The pool is a nice one - decent sized, with an actual deep end (7 feet deep), and shaded seating areas around the pool. The laundry room is convenient and the staff are very helpful. The man who maintains the pool is a gem, and was very kind to our 9-year-old grandson (who was staying in a different KKN unit with his folks). I even needed to have a couple packages mailed to me, and it was no problem picking them up in the office - they have a good system for organizing incoming mail by condo unit.
There is a handy place to wash the sand off your feet etc right at the entrance to the complex, and the entrance is staffed by security people at night. On our last night, a bicycle parade went right past on South Kihei Road, with lots of people on bikes, all decorated with lights and glow sticks! Then, as the parade ended, we saw fireworks in the sky to the south. So great!!
This particular condo unit, #213, is soooo nice. It is uncluttered, beautifully done with tile and nice cabinets and countertops and furniture. The sofa and living room chairs are comfortable. The bed is also comfortable and feels relatively new - the mattress has integrity. The kitchen has all the things you need, stored in an organized way. Everything is high-quality - pots & pans, stove, fridge, shower head, etc. There are even things like a toolbox, beach umbrella, and a copy of the “Maui Revealed” book. There are sun shades on the lanai that you lower in the afternoon to keep things cooler (along with ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom) - just a really, really nice unit. We loved it. You can tell that it’s somebody’s home, and that the owner is a person who takes care of their things. It’s perfect for adults, as this particular unit is not kid-oriented - but if you have mellow kids who aren’t hard on furniture etc, you could easily bring your own toys/games and rent boogie boards and love this unit. Also could have used a drying rack for swimsuits etc.

We can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was in this condo in Kihei. It was everything we were hoping it would be and much more. It was our first time in Maui so we weren't sure if we had made the right decision of where to stay. Fortunately, we picked the perfect location. We stayed here 10 days and it was the ideal location. Beach right across the street (3 min walk) was perfect for snorkeling, swimming, exploring and sunbathing. Best sunsets too! Everything is walking distance-restaurants, food markets, convenience stores, healthy options, beach rental items, and the best shave ice. The condo was very clean, modern and had all the items we needed for our entire stay. Kitchen was fully stocked, and all the furniture was clean and new. Nice big tv. Strong WiFi. Were were out exploring most of the day, but at night we did turn on the a/c for a couple hours and it worked perfectly. The condo complex is very nice, safe, and people are polite. Well maintained landscaping. Nice pool and convenient laundry room that came in handy. Parking was right next to our condo, so our rental car was safe. We enjoyed the lanai and the nice view. We hope to return to Maui soon again, and would love to stay here-won't even look anywhere else. Also- great communication with Robert, I felt like he would be there should we have needed anything. Highly recommend!

The place was nice, clean and located right in Kihei. We had three people and the fold out couch was surprisingly comfortable. We did have a minor mix up on which unit we were in, but Bob sorted that out and was very responsive to emails. One word of advice, no toiletries, such as shampoo are provided here, which we didn't realize. So, just make sure you have some soap etc. with you. Overall, a very nice place!

Nice location, being a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. We really liked the size of beach #2 as well. It was also close to shops and diners, which was convenient. Only complaint would be there was no AC in the bedroom, so we slept in the living room on the hide-a-bed, which was fairly uncomfortable and noisy but much better than sleeping in a hot bedroom.

Robert’s unit was lovingly decorated and had all the amenities we could have asked for.
It is located very close to an excellent beach, and is located conveniently close to most destinations on Maui.
Robert was extremely communicative, and very accommodating. I would easily recommend anyone considering a place stay here.

It's right across from a public beach and walking/biking distance to a bunch of others. Smack in the middle of Kihei for all the dining out and shopping.
The condo was SUPER clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with whatever you need, even some tupperwares. The building's facilities seem great too. A nice big pool up to 7 feet deep, plenty of parking, and quiet at night time.

The unit is really nice and and furnished well. I loved the LED lighting in the Kitchen and tile work is gorgeous. The kitchen has good solid cabinets and is furnished with stuff you'd need to cook just about anything.
I enjoyed the big screen TV and sound system. The best I have seen in a rental before. We watched Game of Thrones on it. Good stuff. The TWC/Spectrum made for blazing fast internet. The best that I have seen on the Islands. Usually most rentals I get barely have working wi-fi.
The water pressure here is good. We never ran out of hot water. We only used the A/C sparingly at night just before bed. The mornings have been quite cool.
The unit was clean and virtually pest free. My folks were surprised about the lack of flies and mosquitoes here. I'd recommend this unit to friends, or stay here or at the KKN again if I went to Maui.

We've stayed at Kihei Kai Nani before, and this is by far the BEST condo in the complex. It was an absolutely delightful experience to stay here! The condo was completely renovated a few years ago, and they did an amazing job. We felt like we were honored guests, and not a renter from someone that bought a condo as an investment, and filled it with unmatched dinnerware and threadbare towels. Every single detail was considered, so that we could just move in and relax. We could even make margaritas and martinis, and yes, there were glasses available for both of these cocktails. Ironically, the fact that a dishwasher and washer/dryer was missing wasn't an issue at all. We just did a few dishes together everyday, which took a couple of minutes. The condo was much cooler without these appliances running - a good idea. The condo was comfortable all the time with the cross breezes and the sun shade on the lanai. Never a need to turn on the A/C. And it was also truly SPOTLESS, which was also very much appreciated. And I mean spotless, even the bathroom. And if we wanted to tidy up, all cleaning materials were available. This condo was very comfortable, it's right across the street from the beach (which you can see from the lanai), and it's quiet. A special shout out to Bob (the owner) about the lighting and fan system. Well thought out, convenient and innovative. Thanks for making this vacation a memorable experience!

I am a sports and business guy from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Like most men in my particular demographic, I don't really worry too much about travel details. Except for the one item that absolutely needs to be looked after....'HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE'. You see, I am older (65 years) and have learned the hard way - one very expensive divorce - the importance of making sure your spouse is content in her immediate surroundings.
I can safely say to all the other guys out there that Suite 213, 2495 South Kihei Road will give your wife a happy life. At least while she is on Maui. And that will go along way to making your visit to this resort the best it can be. Now whether that saves your marriage is an entirely different story. But hey...its a good start.
Donna is really, really happy with the accommodations. And if she is happy, I'm happy. Oh by the way...As I get older I'm starting to pay more attention to details. And I must say, "Bob's condo is a gem."

My husband and I loved staying here! It is newly remodeled and has a very clean comfortable feel to it. You also have access to things you need for the beach. The location is absoluteley perfect too! It is right across from a great beach and walking distance to restraunts and shops. I would highly reccommend staying here on your next trip to Maui!

When we were looking for a place to stay in 2014 we knew which condo we wanted to stay at and searched through all the reviews and came across Bob's unit and were pretty sure this would be a great place to stay.......ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS WE HAVE EVER MADE!!!
As soon as we walked through the door we could see all the effort that has been put into this totally renovated unit. No money spared here!! This was Paradise.......We have arrived to our Paradise. All the reviews are testaments to what this condo has to offer and how much each of us has appreciated everything he has done!
Don't hesitate to book this unit, you'll never regret it! And yes......when it comes time to end your "Life of Paradise" you won't want to leave......we all feel the same way........so you have to keep coming back!! It's just that fabulous! ....We all keep coming back!
If you have a summer vacation time this unit has air conditioning to keep you nice and cool. We never have to use the air conditioning because the high quality fans in the unit keep you cool enough........and of course there's that beautiful ocean.....or the swimming pool to cool you off!! Enjoy!

We stayed in Bobs condo for 9 nights in April. Great location within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and excellent beaches! Condo was stocked with everything you will need to have a great time. Beach chairs, coolers, towels, and every kitchen gadget you can think of. Very comfortable beds & furniture, especially those leather chairs in the family room. Great to relax in after a busy day. We loved having breakfast on the lanai overlooking the beautiful ocean. We highly recommend this location.

No expense has been spared on this newly renovated suite. The bathroom's bright lighting and white and mosaic tiles feel fresh and modern. The large walk-in shower with sliding glass doors are convenient for people with mobility issues. The north facing bedroom is ideal when wanting a little more time to sleep in the morning without the sun entering through the windows. Modern hawaiian inspired furniture make for a substantial looking bedroom with plenty of drawers and closet space for your belongings to be tucked away. The ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room are powerful and help keep the temperature down on those warmer evenings. The living room has ample sitting areas with comfortably new furniture and tasteful hawaiian themed artwork. The kitchen is very well equipped with every appliance you could need. We found this especially helpful when making breakfast and dinners at home on the days we didn't want to go to a restaurant. The satellite tv and internet are a nice bonus when you want a little break from the sun indoors or when retiring for the night.
The view of the ocean and the sounds of the waves can be enjoyed from the lanai outside the living room. There is something special about enjoying your coffee out on the lanai while listening to the birds start their morning chirping ritual while watching the waves roll by.
Bob is invested in ensuring his guests have the best possible trip while staying on Maui. He provided us with plenty of suggestions for activities and restaurants. Most of which we explored and enjoyed. Fred's Mexican Cafe is conveniently located next-door to the complex where you will find the best tacos on Maui! They also serve a great breakfast which we had recommend to us and thoroughly enjoyed. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to pickup groceries.
Kamaole 2 Beach, in our opinion, is the best of the Kihei beaches with opportunity for snorkelling on calmer days, boogie boarding, or just relaxing and developing a nice tan. We can not wait to come back for more Maui adventures!

We just returned from Maui where we spent two weeks. Our accommodations were superb! The condo has been completely remodeled with new cupboards, bathroom, quality furnishings, a well stocked kitchen, and is spotless. The large lanai looks out at the ocean. The pool and grounds are well kept. Robert (owner) was very efficient at booking his condo for us, responding to e-mails, and ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction. We will return!

What an amazing condo! This unit is completely redone and comes with beautifully designed tile on the floor and half way up the walls. The furniture is comfy quality and the unit is beautifully adorned with pictures and keepsakes. It's hard to pinpoint the best feature but I really loved the walk in shower and the bathroom tile right up to the ceiling. The master bed was very comfortable as well was the living room furniture. This condo has everything you need and it is all quality hardware. The view is spectacular from this second floor unit right out into the ocean across from Kam II beach. The pool is close by, restaurants are close, you really could walk to anything if need be. To top all this off, the people at this resort are so friendly it's like one big family. Bob the owner really does care about you and is only a quick phone massage away. I've stayed at several condos in this area and I have now found my new vacation rental home. Like many others before me, I have already rebooked for next year. Mahalo Bob! I hope others can get the same experience this vacation destination has to offer!

Just came back from our third stay in this condo in three years. It's that good ! The unit itself is wonderful. It is on the second floor of a two story building so no-one above you. That's key to me. It is also in the perfect location in the development, as it overlooks the Ocean, but far enough away from the street. I love the 100% tiled floors, the exquisite lighting in the kitchen and bathroom, walk-in shower, beautiful island, fantastic kitchen accessories and very comfortable sofa in the living room where I read every early morning waiting for the sun to come up. The location of this condo is amazing. It is in the very South part of Kihei. Which means you enjoy Kihei, but 5 minutes from Wailea for nightlife. We will be back, and back, and back again.
