This location was perfect. The unit was centrally located in Kihei. Near the beach, restaurants and other shops. We enjoyed going out to see the sunset every evening. The unit was also stocked with everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, it was very clean and matched the description. The bathroom walls had some spots and there were lots of hard water-looking spots on the shower glass and shower heads. But other than that, felt very very clean. The 2 faux leather chairs were nice because they were cool and they reclined.
A sliver of the ocean is viewable from the porch which was nice. The pool wasn't great. No hot tub.
There was no boogie board, snorkeling gear, shampoo/conditioner soap. There were two nice beach chairs and an umbrella. There were some bags and a cooler we didn't use. There were plenty of bath towels and 4 beach towels.
It was really hard to shave in the shower. There was no stool or step to put your foot on. It was frustrating.
The beach across the street is good, but we found ourselves mostly in Wailea and it was easy enough to drive and park (although I'm not sure that would be true once tourism picks back up post-fires).
The kitchen was well stocked.
Bring white noise (chickens) and an eye mask (no blackout curtains) if you like quiet and dark.
Robert was incredibly helpful and super responsive. Lightning fast.

We have been traveling to Kihei, Maui for over 25 years. Most of our stays have been at KKN. Took us a while but finally found our favorite with the condo. The location provides an ocean view and the owners have remodeled recently completely. New cupboards, furniture, and A/C in both living area and bedroom. (A/C isn’t always needed in the 2nd floor unit with great cross breezes.) There are many restaurants within walking distance and the beach is a short walk across the road... the best beach in Maui, imho. And you can easily walk the 3 beaches.

Pros: This condo exceeded our expectations. We loved the very close easy 2 minute walk across the street to a beautiful swim beach with morning tree shade. We loved the ocean view from the living room and lanai. The condo is super clean, great condition, and well-supplied with an umbrella, 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, beach bag, and a soft and hard cooler. The condo complex has a rinsing station with seating to rinse sand off after a beach day.
Cons: None! This was a great rental for the two of us!

This is our 4th stay at this property. We've been coming to Maui for 7 years, and once we discovered this unit the years ago, we've stayed every year since. The location is amazing - right across the street from an amazing beach and walking distance to so many great restaurants in Kihei - and I love that the unit is closer to the front of the complex. We previously stayed at another complex that was across the street from the beach but at the back of complex which made a quick pop back to it quite inconvenient. The unit is stocked with everything you need and you can tell the owners take pride in their unit. Complex itself is vert well kept. Pool is great if you need a break from the beach, laundry room has great machines. Can't wait for our next trip back to Maui - we've already booked Bob's unit. It takes off some travel stress (especially with kids) knowing that our accommodations are everything and more we can ask for.

This apartment was perfect for me and my mom. Very clean and renovated with almost everything you can think of that you need. Bob was very attentive and the location just can’t be beat. You’re literally steps from the beach park to watch the amazing sunset as well as the boat ramp for any scuba/boat excursions. I hope I have the pleasure of staying here again in the future!

Location is perfect, close to beautiful beaches, walking paths, restaurants and shopping! The condo is quiet, well appointed and with great air circulation. You can check the conditions of the ocean from the private lanai. Being on the second floor adds to the privacy. The condo has everything thing you need. The kitchen and shower is especially nice! The pool is huge. We really found the no key needed feature to be very handy! The breeze moves nicely throughout the condo with the fans and windows. Air conditioning is available but was not needed in May if you open things up. Our weeklong stay was very peaceful with no feeling of hustle or bustle! There are great restaurants near by, an ABC store, and other conveniences. We bought our groceries at Walmart , near the airport so have no info on local grocery stores. Easy to find long walks going either way on the beaches. There are nice grassy parks along the beach as well. The beaches were not crowded at all! It is less than 30 minutes from airport/car rental to condo.

We loved our stay at this condo directly across the street from Kameole Beach 2! You definitely want to be at this end of Kihei where the beaches are amazing, and you can easily walk to lots of amazing restaurants. The host was an excellent communicator and even phoned us upon our arrival and let us know that the cleaners were done, and we could check-in early if we liked. The condo was as pictured with comfortable furnishings. We liked the updates such as bed-level outlets which made it easy to plug in our phones. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Thank you, Bob, we really enjoyed our stay!

This is such a lovely place! Modern, clean, everything you could want and more! The pictures don’t do it justice.
Bob is a great host and very thoughtful with his various suggestions and thorough information. We really liked having a key code to use, also, rather than being concerned about the safety of a key.
The beach is beautiful and it’s great to be able to wander over in your swimsuit and towel. Fred’s and Moose next door are excellent, particularly on taco Tuesdays, but we had most of our meals “at home,” on the lanai.
There’s simply nothing to fault here. Thanks, Bob. We’d love to come back one day!

Apartment is just perfect! View of the ocean literally across the street from a beautiful beach with the most beautiful sunsets. Apartment was clean, plenty of amenities, we left a beach mat for future renters. They had a small cooler bag plenty of beach towels. The apartment was updated and modern. Definitely found a rental that we cant wait to return to! Bob was also the sweetest and provided so much information for the island, down to food, rentals and island tips!

The condo in Kihei is very nice and extremely well kept, clean, and updated in terms of bath, kitchen, tile flooring (including the lanai), and appliances. We felt very comfortable here.
Kitchen was very well appointed with everything needed for eating in. Condo had beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels & travel tote. What we didn't originally fully appreciate was how perfect the location was...right across the street from the very nice Kamaole beach, literally next door to a number of good eateries (approx 30 restaurants within 1 mile radius), walking distance to many shops for groceries,bakeries, ice cream, gifts, snorkel gear. The condo here in Kihei was the perfect hub for our ventures to Haleakala & Lahaina. Bob, our host, was super responsive to any queries we had prior to and during our trip. Our first time stay in Kihei was certainly enhanced by staying at Bob's place. Mahalo!!

This is the second time in under a year that I have been to Maui, and all I can say is I have (hopefully) found my #1 place to stay in Kihei! Bob’s condominium is absolutely amazing! This is most definitely worth the price for everything that he provides in the unit and its location! It is directly across from the beach, a half block from a convenience store, Subway, Coconut’s Fish Café (which has the most delicious pork taco’s), and a delicious coffee shop. His unit was spacious, extremely clean, and what made us most happy was he took extra precautions to make sure it was tropical bug free. Last year we had a nightmare when we stayed at a place that at critters, so my friend was extra worried. Walking into Bob’s condo though, we knew from the start it was going to be a great vacation. I had emailed Bob a couple times about a few questions I had, and he emailed right back which was wonderful. What made his condo extra nice were all the extra items that he provided that most places do not. He has cooler bags, extremely comfortable beach chairs, a beach umbrella, more pots, pans, and dishes than one would ever need, and cupboards of fancy stem wear and another cupboard of just nice plastic tumblers. We did not spend much time at the pool, but it was a nice size one that kids looked to be enjoying when we went there for a few hours one evening. There is a laundry room on site for those who like to do their laundry on vacation. I cannot wait to return to Maui, especially when I know I have found the best condo to rent!

My wife and I booked the condo 213 for only one night, due to Covid and weird scheduling we needed an extra night. Anyway, the condo itself was very nice. Well kept and a great 1 bedroom place. The owner was easy to deal with and very helpful. He had a ton of information about Maui. The location is nice for ease of beach access and so many good restaurants, nearby. The only complaint I would have was that there was alot of noise overnight. It seemed like the sound really carried. None of which is the owners fault. Maybe it was normal monday morning noise but it was noisy. We had the windows open for the breeze and had to close them. We only stayed one night though. Other than that the place was very nice.

This condo fit exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to access, walkable to plenty of food and shopping, right across the street from a lovely beach, and clean and comfortable. It has a/c, but we didn't need it because there is a lovely breeze with the windows and sliding door open. The kitchen is well-stocked and the refrigerator immaculate. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. We had absolutely no issues and would recommend this listing.

They have beach chairs and an umbrella too. The location is right across the street from the beach…2 minute walk to the beach :) Very close walking distance to restaurants too.

Getting our parking pass was no problem. The courtesy beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels that we were allowed to use within our stay were a lifesaver! We love the Kihei Kai Nani complex and have stayed here many times in various units over the past 18 years. The location is superb - beautiful fun beach right across the street, with breathtaking sunsets; excellent snorkel sites within a few minutes’ drive; can easily walk to numerous restaurants, a gelato place, a natural foods store, and a general store.
The grounds are beautiful, full of plants and flowers and trees, birds and geckos and lizards. The pool is a nice one - decent sized, with an actual deep end (7 feet deep), and shaded seating areas around the pool. The laundry room is convenient and the staff are very helpful. The man who maintains the pool is a gem, and was very kind to our 9-year-old grandson (who was staying in a different KKN unit with his folks). I even needed to have a couple packages mailed to me, and it was no problem picking them up in the office - they have a good system for organizing incoming mail by condo unit.
There is a handy place to wash the sand off your feet etc right at the entrance to the complex, and the entrance is staffed by security people at night. On our last night, a bicycle parade went right past on South Kihei Road, with lots of people on bikes, all decorated with lights and glow sticks! Then, as the parade ended, we saw fireworks in the sky to the south. So great!!
This particular condo unit, #213, is soooo nice. It is uncluttered, beautifully done with tile and nice cabinets and countertops and furniture. The sofa and living room chairs are comfortable. The bed is also comfortable and feels relatively new - the mattress has integrity. The kitchen has all the things you need, stored in an organized way. Everything is high-quality - pots & pans, stove, fridge, shower head, etc. There are even things like a toolbox, beach umbrella, and a copy of the “Maui Revealed” book. There are sun shades on the lanai that you lower in the afternoon to keep things cooler (along with ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom) - just a really, really nice unit. We loved it. You can tell that it’s somebody’s home, and that the owner is a person who takes care of their things. It’s perfect for adults, as this particular unit is not kid-oriented - but if you have mellow kids who aren’t hard on furniture etc, you could easily bring your own toys/games and rent boogie boards and love this unit. Also could have used a drying rack for swimsuits etc.

We can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was in this condo in Kihei. It was everything we were hoping it would be and much more. It was our first time in Maui so we weren't sure if we had made the right decision of where to stay. Fortunately, we picked the perfect location. We stayed here 10 days and it was the ideal location. Beach right across the street (3 min walk) was perfect for snorkeling, swimming, exploring and sunbathing. Best sunsets too! Everything is walking distance-restaurants, food markets, convenience stores, healthy options, beach rental items, and the best shave ice. The condo was very clean, modern and had all the items we needed for our entire stay. Kitchen was fully stocked, and all the furniture was clean and new. Nice big tv. Strong WiFi. Were were out exploring most of the day, but at night we did turn on the a/c for a couple hours and it worked perfectly. The condo complex is very nice, safe, and people are polite. Well maintained landscaping. Nice pool and convenient laundry room that came in handy. Parking was right next to our condo, so our rental car was safe. We enjoyed the lanai and the nice view. We hope to return to Maui soon again, and would love to stay here-won't even look anywhere else. Also- great communication with Robert, I felt like he would be there should we have needed anything. Highly recommend!

The place was nice, clean and located right in Kihei. We had three people and the fold out couch was surprisingly comfortable. We did have a minor mix up on which unit we were in, but Bob sorted that out and was very responsive to emails. One word of advice, no toiletries, such as shampoo are provided here, which we didn't realize. So, just make sure you have some soap etc. with you. Overall, a very nice place!

Nice location, being a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. We really liked the size of beach #2 as well. It was also close to shops and diners, which was convenient. Only complaint would be there was no AC in the bedroom, so we slept in the living room on the hide-a-bed, which was fairly uncomfortable and noisy but much better than sleeping in a hot bedroom.

It's right across from a public beach and walking/biking distance to a bunch of others. Smack in the middle of Kihei for all the dining out and shopping.
The condo was SUPER clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with whatever you need, even some tupperwares. The building's facilities seem great too. A nice big pool up to 7 feet deep, plenty of parking, and quiet at night time.
