This is our third time staying at the Wailea Beach Villas and each time it does not disappoint. The villa is very beautiful and spacious with everything that you need to enjoy your stay. The location is perfect with direct access to the beach out the front and shop/restaurants behind. We will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful spring break vacation here, with our 11 year old and my parents. Easy access to the beach, which was a quick stroll through a gorgeous garden with waterfalls. Friendly & efficient beach attendants provided lounger, towel, and umbrella setup on the beautiful Wailea beach. We rented snorkeling gear and explored a great reef right from the beach - saw 3 turtles while snorkeling, plus they swam near the beach every day. Went to the family pool in the afternoon with chairs, umbrellas and pool/hot tub. Adult pool was beautiful too though we didn’t spend time there. Everything was extremely clean and well tended. The property is even better than the photos. The condo is wonderfully appointed & maintained, finishes are high end, beds & linens are top notch, views from penthouse building are incredible. No noise from surrounding units. Highly recommend for a private & relaxing getaway with easy access to shops & restaurants.

The communication with the owners was great from the very beginning. Her follow threw before we got checked in was great and always responding quick.
The pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. The place was so clean, very organized everything, anything you need for in the kitchen is there.
Cleaning people came in every week which that was a plus.
The views from the unit were incredible,
If we had any issue the engineer would be there right away. The concierge was very helpful and got to do a lot of things.
Looking forward to being back soon.
I would definitely recommend this place and I do have high standards which they were all met.

Highly recommend for families who want or need more space than a traditional hotel room but want to be pampered with all of the amenities of a luxury hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful, the service amazing and the home was appointed with everything you could ask for.

We loved this unit. Everything we could have asked for was provided. It was simply beautiful.Beautiful condo. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony and soak in the beautiful view. Helen was such an attentive hostess and answered every question I had before our arrival. She was great! And the welcome basket was a lovely thought. I can’t recommend the penthouse enough. I’m just sorry we could not have stayed longer!

This was a dream vacation rental. Helen was so accommodating and easy to communicate with! The Wailea Beach Villa staff were also very friendly and attentive. And the Penthouse is beyond gorgeous. We were speechless when we walked in! We arrived at night so when we woke to the Ocean views; we were in heaven. Our only complaint was we didn’t book it longer. Next time we will plan a longer stay. This was the best way for my husband and I to celebrate both our birthdays with our 3 kids! Thank YOU!

Helen’s 4th floor condo has a beautiful view which allowed us to see whales during breakfast on the porch. The condo is well appointed with all of the extras you would need. Definitely recommend this condo. Wailea Beach Villas is a beautiful resort and we plan to return in the future. But, staffing shortages impacted service slightly such as our condo not believe available until 45 minutes after the scheduled check in. Beautiful property and awesome location. Can’t wait to return.

Wailea beach villas is a magnificent property, located in south Maui, very beautiful part of Maui. Staff was very helpful. They helped me book the nicest restaurants & activities. I loved our 3 bedroom villa. It was so neat will all the amenities & much more. The shopping across is so great. Helen Cheng the owner was so helpful & very prompt with any queries we had. I highly recommend this property. Lastly it was my friend time booking thru VRBO & I was very impressed.

We loved this condo! It is located in a well-maintained, beautifully landscaped community, directly adjacent to shops that were super convenient for groceries, dining/cocktails and high-end shopping. The condo has an amazing view, furnished well, comfortable beds/pillows, well-appointed kitchen, and baths. The adult pool next to the beach was a great place to hang out. The beach walk was perfect from this property every morning. We were so happy with this place and will definitely return!

This was a great place for our family vacation. The villa was large enough for our family with enough space for us to spread out after a long day of activities. The views are incredible. The unit is well appointed, with a fabulous kitchen and master bathroom. Highlights of our trip included a trip up to Haleakala and a luau in Lahaina. The staff at the beach villas was great. We certainly would return to this villa and look forward to another stay in Wailea.

We had a great time in this villa. It has wonderful ocean views from both the lanai and the master bedroom, and the living room - it is impossible to walk through the living room without stopping to look out at the Pacific. The unit was large and well furnished. The front desk staff and concierge were polite and helpful. Tracy the concierge is an excellent source of information and helped us book some private surfing lesions. There are a variety of restaurants nearby, and we particularly enjoyed a dinner at Spagos, which is located 5 minutes away at the Four Seasons Hotel. There is an excellent view of the west Maui mountains from the restaurant. There are two pools onsite at the Beach Villas, but we spent most of our time on Wailea and Ulua beaches. We have been to Maui before, but this was certainly one of the best villas in Wailea and we look forward to another visit here next year.

This condominium was incredible.
To orient yourself, the location is right next door to the Grand Wailea. It shares an incredbile beach (Wailea Beach) with that hotel and the Four Seasons. It is within a few hundred feet of the Shops at Wailea.
The complex is one of condominiums. This unit has three beds and three baths, with the master (and the living room) overlooking the ocean. The views have got to be some of the best on the entire island, and are expansive, overlooking the ocean.
The unit itself is very high end. The owners obviously use it as their second home, and it is adorned and equipped that way. Flat screen TVs in every bedroom. Nice furniture. Spices already present. All the little things taken care of. (When we defrosted a pizza, we looked for -- and easily found -- a pizza cutter.) The unit is large and comfortable. There is a nice sized balcony.
There are two pools, a kids pool and an adult infinity pool. Neither was crowded. Each had more than ample lounge chairs and umbrellas.
The beach is a short (5-7 minute) walk from the unit. Althogh the condominium complex as a whole is on the ocean, the condos are built from the ocean up the hill. This unit -- considered a penthouse -- is up the hill a little bit (hence the views). However, this is not at all problematic, since the only thing you need to carry to the beach is a good book. There are permanent attendants for the complex at the beach who set up lounge chairs and umbrellas for you there (and they give you towels). The beach is very nice -- wide, sandy, etc. (Our guide book said it is sometimes rated the best beach in the entire U.S.) On the weekend the beach was crowded.
The complex itself has a nice, relaxed feel. Very different than that of the Grand Wailea next door.
The owners are incredible. They were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. You could tell they wanted us to enjoy our stay (and boy, did we!).
The ultimate test? My wife and I easily agreed we would come back again. In fact, the problem is that you might get spoiled and decide you can't stay anywhere else.
