We came for a fun girls trip and we’re happy with the place! It was perfectly located and had plenty of space. The only inconvenience was that the master bathroom only had a door for the toilet, so slightly inconvenient for a girls trip, but otherwise amazing. And any slight hiccup was addressed timely.

This was my family's second trip to Maui and we really enjoyed this condo. The two bedroom two bath set up was perfect for us with out two teenage daughters. Everything you need for the beach is provided - towels, chairs and umbrellas. The location is close to stunning beaches and resorts, and we had the convenience of a full kitchen. So nice to be within a 15 min walk to the beach, and also a great base to drive to multiple beaches and sights throughout the island. We enjoyed fine dining in Wailea as well as casual spots, food trucks and the grocery store in Kehei. The best of both worlds! We would gladly stay here again.

The condo is exactly as the listing . Beautiful property and very well kept . The condo had everything we needed for our stay . There are lots of dishes, towels and 2 beach umbrellas, beach chairs , boogie boards and beach toys for children. Kim went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly to any questions we had . We highly recommend this property and definitely will return

We really enjoyed this condo. The amenities are nice including kitchen supplies, beach chairs and umbrellas, and comfortable beds and furniture. It is within walking distance to a tennis club, restaurants, the Shops at Wailea, and beaches. Also, communication with the host was great. We are definitely planning on coming back!

Really nice and clean ground floor 2bdrm, 2 bath unit well stocked and close to both pools. Our family and friends love to stay at Grand Champions. Quiet location and walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Ulua Beach is wonderful.

This was the second time my family stayed here and we hope to be back for a third stay soon! Just a perfect place for a family. Has a community pool and is in a wonderful location in Wailea that is close to everything Maui has to offer. And Kim is a great host. Can’t ask for more. Mahalo!

We spent a week in Kim's place. Four adults were very comfortable. Kim has her place well stocked for beach goers: beach chairs umbrellas, coolers and towels. We loved this place and would certainly book again next time!
We had an issue with one of room's air conditioner but the problem was rectified in a timely manner.. Kim is responsive and kept us happy!
Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials so we were content cooking or using the BBQ grills at poolside..
You can't go wrong staying here! The grounds are well kept. The two pools are nice, and the jacuzzi's are good for aches legs from long hikes!

The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. The beds linens and pillows were all wonderful. Note the AC in the master bedroom would not run as it produced an error code due to a vent issue but we were fine without it, just wanted to let the property management know.

Wailea was beautiful and close to beaches and shops. Also not far from the airport. Our favorite beach was Kapalua Bay Beach about an hour drive away. Our first time in Maui and it was great 😊

Kim was amazing and so was her condo! She went out of her way to make our stay wonderful. Everything was as advertised clean, well equipped, and close to lots of good food and shopping! We will definitely be staying here again next year. Thanks fir a wonderful vacation!

This was our third time visiting Maui but our first time staying in Wailea. We absolutely loved it! The condo was very spacious, clean, and had everything that we needed/wanted. The condo is in a lovely area within a short drive to restaurants and beaches. The condo community has two pools and plenty of guest parking spaces. We appreciated seeing the security guard actually walking around and checking license plates in every slot. Overall, a very good value for the amount of space and location. The only hiccup was during the check-in process when we couldn't enter the condo because the cleaning lady was still there. The owner was easy to contact and was able to remedy the issue.

This is a great place to stay in Wailea if you're looking for 2 beds and 2 baths. Excellent location close to the Shops at Wailea and the beach. The grounds are great and so are the 2 pools. Great kitchen to cook and set up a bar! Good size rooms w en suite bathrooms. The owner was in constant communication w us and everything went smoothly. I would recommend this unit and would lease again. I can't say enough good things about it. The coffee pot broke and we had a new one the same day! TV, google music, games, and all of the beach gear you need for a fun beach day.

Arrived to find the parking spot being used, lockbox already open and the key gone. We knocked on the door for some time before we were able to get the owner on the phone. In all around 30 minutes after our check in before the cleaning lady finally answered the door. She began apologizing for not being done cleaning the unit on top of us having to wait! She then explained we would have to finish the laundry. After we entered the unit The cleaning lady then repeatedly kept reentering to gather her belongings without a mask the entire time! We noticed that there were still areas that weren’t clean like the dirty towels in the bathrooms to the fridge that hadn’t been cleaned. From the rodent droppings on the washing machine to the decomposed rat my children found in the front door landscape we were shocked but tried to not let those things ruin our trip. The owner apologized for the inconvenience and offered a late checkout since our flight wasn’t until after 8pm. However the same cleaning lady was there at 11am sharp on checkout day even though we were told no one was in the unit the following day. The remodel of this unit makes for great pictures but be prepared to clean the unit yourself!
