No complaints. Clean, no bugs and had everything we needed. Nice big shower in master 1. Master 2 gas bath. Kitchen utensils well stocked and cookware and Tupperware. Had a few simple spices and olive oil. Had chairs, umbrella, beach mat. We had a great time! Used pool and spa daily. We had kids but they have a quiet pool for adults. Would stay again.

We came for a fun girls trip and we’re happy with the place! It was perfectly located and had plenty of space. The only inconvenience was that the master bathroom only had a door for the toilet, so slightly inconvenient for a girls trip, but otherwise amazing. And any slight hiccup was addressed timely.

This was my family's second trip to Maui and we really enjoyed this condo. The two bedroom two bath set up was perfect for us with out two teenage daughters. Everything you need for the beach is provided - towels, chairs and umbrellas. The location is close to stunning beaches and resorts, and we had the convenience of a full kitchen. So nice to be within a 15 min walk to the beach, and also a great base to drive to multiple beaches and sights throughout the island. We enjoyed fine dining in Wailea as well as casual spots, food trucks and the grocery store in Kehei. The best of both worlds! We would gladly stay here again.

The condo is exactly as the listing . Beautiful property and very well kept . The condo had everything we needed for our stay . There are lots of dishes, towels and 2 beach umbrellas, beach chairs , boogie boards and beach toys for children. Kim went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly to any questions we had . We highly recommend this property and definitely will return

We really enjoyed this condo. The amenities are nice including kitchen supplies, beach chairs and umbrellas, and comfortable beds and furniture. It is within walking distance to a tennis club, restaurants, the Shops at Wailea, and beaches. Also, communication with the host was great. We are definitely planning on coming back!

Really nice and clean ground floor 2bdrm, 2 bath unit well stocked and close to both pools. Our family and friends love to stay at Grand Champions. Quiet location and walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Ulua Beach is wonderful.

This was the second time my family stayed here and we hope to be back for a third stay soon! Just a perfect place for a family. Has a community pool and is in a wonderful location in Wailea that is close to everything Maui has to offer. And Kim is a great host. Can’t ask for more. Mahalo!

We spent a week in Kim's place. Four adults were very comfortable. Kim has her place well stocked for beach goers: beach chairs umbrellas, coolers and towels. We loved this place and would certainly book again next time!
We had an issue with one of room's air conditioner but the problem was rectified in a timely manner.. Kim is responsive and kept us happy!
Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials so we were content cooking or using the BBQ grills at poolside..
You can't go wrong staying here! The grounds are well kept. The two pools are nice, and the jacuzzi's are good for aches legs from long hikes!

The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. The beds linens and pillows were all wonderful. Note the AC in the master bedroom would not run as it produced an error code due to a vent issue but we were fine without it, just wanted to let the property management know.

Wailea was beautiful and close to beaches and shops. Also not far from the airport. Our favorite beach was Kapalua Bay Beach about an hour drive away. Our first time in Maui and it was great 😊

This was our third time visiting Maui but our first time staying in Wailea. We absolutely loved it! The condo was very spacious, clean, and had everything that we needed/wanted. The condo is in a lovely area within a short drive to restaurants and beaches. The condo community has two pools and plenty of guest parking spaces. We appreciated seeing the security guard actually walking around and checking license plates in every slot. Overall, a very good value for the amount of space and location. The only hiccup was during the check-in process when we couldn't enter the condo because the cleaning lady was still there. The owner was easy to contact and was able to remedy the issue.

This is a great place to stay in Wailea if you're looking for 2 beds and 2 baths. Excellent location close to the Shops at Wailea and the beach. The grounds are great and so are the 2 pools. Great kitchen to cook and set up a bar! Good size rooms w en suite bathrooms. The owner was in constant communication w us and everything went smoothly. I would recommend this unit and would lease again. I can't say enough good things about it. The coffee pot broke and we had a new one the same day! TV, google music, games, and all of the beach gear you need for a fun beach day.

Arrived to find the parking spot being used, lockbox already open and the key gone. We knocked on the door for some time before we were able to get the owner on the phone. In all around 30 minutes after our check in before the cleaning lady finally answered the door. She began apologizing for not being done cleaning the unit on top of us having to wait! She then explained we would have to finish the laundry. After we entered the unit The cleaning lady then repeatedly kept reentering to gather her belongings without a mask the entire time! We noticed that there were still areas that weren’t clean like the dirty towels in the bathrooms to the fridge that hadn’t been cleaned. From the rodent droppings on the washing machine to the decomposed rat my children found in the front door landscape we were shocked but tried to not let those things ruin our trip. The owner apologized for the inconvenience and offered a late checkout since our flight wasn’t until after 8pm. However the same cleaning lady was there at 11am sharp on checkout day even though we were told no one was in the unit the following day. The remodel of this unit makes for great pictures but be prepared to clean the unit yourself!

No problems at all from start to finish. Kim’s excellent communication and guest service make the difference. We were in Maui for our son’s State swimming championships and Kim’s Place was a perfect place for him to get a cool and comfortable nights rest during his swim weekend. Hard to find units with AC in all rooms, but Kim’s place had AC in all three rooms which was so necessary since the temps were in the 90s that summer weekend. All amenities included like beach chairs, pool toys, beach towels etc. Kitchen ready for use with basic condiments for cooking already there. Grand champions villas is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. The beaches are just a short drive away. Would definitely recommend!

We were very impressed with the condo. It was clean, open, and accommodating. We had everything we needed. I really appreciated that it is on the ground floor (no stairs). And, we loved the huge shower in the main bathroom. It was centrally located with access to both pools. We would definitely stay here again.

We were a family of 4 and rented this condo. It was fabulous. Easy to find, close to all sorts of amenities and beaches. Free parking, free internet, free things you need to enjoy your stay like: beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels. The condo is current, clean and safe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone to enhance their stay in Maui. The owner was EXTREMEMLY helpful and kind and was an absolute delight to deal with. If you are going to Maui and need a place to stay, get this condo!

The weather was perfect, not too hot during the daytime, not at all chilly at night. Gorgeous landscaping surrounding our condo, and everything in our condo that one could hope for. Lots and lots of sunshine, friendly people, and it was clean everywhere we went. Pretty much ideal in every way but one, the 7-hour flight from Calgary Alberta Canada. But, I guess that can't be fixed, hey?

Nice, comfortable, well-equipped condo. Large rooms, good sized lanai. First floor makes it easy to bring luggage in. Although first floor, the building is on a hill, so the lanai is about 10 feet above the ground providing more privacy. The lanai faces a treed area providing a nice garden view with lots of colorful birds. Lots of high quality beach equipment ( chairs, umbrella, bogey boards, coolers, etc.). Nice beaches close by ( 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive). Lots of good restaurants in all price ranges in the area. Kim was very helpful and responsive in making sure everything was done to make our visit comfortable.

My wife and I chose to stay in this condo for our Christmas vacation in 2010. We vacationed with our three children there for a total of twenty four days. We found the accommodations to be what we had hoped for in the condo and the facilities at the grand champions were well kept and convenient i.e.(swimming pools and barbecue areas). The location is excellent with shopping and beach access just a short walk away. The owner was also very helpful and receptive to any questions or comments that we had. My family and I recommend this condo to anyone vacationing in Maui!!

Location was tremendous , could walk to beaches , shopping at the Wailea Mall ,
all in all it was a very nice condo , the only problem was the door kept sticking and you would have to give it a good shove to get it open.

Your decor really added to the experience and feel of a Maui resort. Having the needed beach gear at your place really helped with the day to day enjoyment of Maui, not having to bring from home or buying when we arrived saved us time and room with luggage.
Kim is friendly and easy to comunicate with in all aspects of the rental set up and payment. I can't say enough about our overall experience.

Anyone considering renting a condo in the Wailea area of Maui should put this condo at the top of your list. Kim provides an accurate description on her website, but until you are there in person you won't understand how accommodating and convenient this location is. The condo is well appointed and very clean with a perfect sitting area with a nice view just off the back.
This condo is within walking distance to great food and the Wailea Shopping Center. If your choice is golf, tennis, relaxing on the beach or enjoying the condo area pool, it's all available from this location.
Communications with the owner were thourough and responsive. The price was very reasonable, and our family would go back in a heartbeat.
Trust in this owner, you won't be disappointed.
