We allow schedule changes or cancellations without penalty up to 24 hrs. prior to arrival for all 2020 dates. Vacationing at our privately owned condo with no-contact check in helps you avoid crowded public spaces. We have strict disinfecting/cleaning measures, and block our calendar to allow a 24 hr. buffer period between stays. You'll have everything you need for your stay, and yet be close to walking/hiking trails, take-out restaurants, and shopping. So stop dreaming it...start living it! Come escape to Hale o 'Ehu Kai (House of Sea Spray), our oceanfront studio at Pohailani Maui #208 in the Kahana area of West Maui. You'll be 20 feet from the water, with expansive ocean views, including the islands of Moloka'i and Lana'i. Fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves! Completely refurbished and upgraded, with new furniture, well equipped kitchen, and new AC for your comfort. We continuously update our unit, visiting Maui 2 or 3 times a year. We've recently had new flooring installed inside, along with new tile on lanai. We also put up a large ceiling fan/light out on the lanai, to keep you cool while enjoying that sunset! The unit is up one flight of stairs, on the second floor (no elevator) of a 3 story building. This provides security and enhanced views, and an over-sized very private lanai. Grill downstairs, get food for take out, or cook in your own kitchen, then dine on your very own lanai, with the sunset in full view. You won't find a better table at any restaurant! Relax on the comfy chaise loungers, or look down to watch the turtles. You'll see whales too, in season. As the owners (since Oct. 2015) we personally manage our condo, and answer your questions. Includes free Wifi, a 42 in. flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player, air conditioning, free assigned parking space, with additional guest parking. The complex's tennis courts, coin-op laundry and 2 swimming pools are right across the street. For the beach, we provide a cooler, chairs, umbrella, and swim towels. We've designed a guest binder, with a list of Farmer’s Markets, dining recommendations and menus, and our personally compiled list of dining, shopping, and beach options within a short walk from the condo.
