This location is incredible. Everything matched the listing exactly. The host was incredibly communicative and easy to work with. 5+ stars if I could give more. Close to Merriman's, short walk for coffee, beach,... Loved the place! Given what the area has been through, the service was incredible. It was very heartbreaking to see the devastation from the fires. We had mixed emotions about going, but in the end, the tourism dollars are what drives their economy and not going is hurting the area. We would recommend going, just follow the guidelines they have for respecting the people effected. Don't ask questions and re-traumatize them, don't stop and gawk or take pictures of their homes that have been destroyed. Just treat them like you would want to be treated if you tragically lost everything including family members and friends. Thanks to our hosts for such a wonderful Christmas!!

Location was good however listing said luxury condo…maybe back in 1980 when it was built but it is a tired unit needed a refresh. Had a couple cockroaches and ants. Dan the maintenance guy was helpful. But based on the unit not being luxury was not worth the money. I would say the price should e half of what they asking

Loved our stay at Residences at Napili Bay A1. The space is great for our family which had 3 couples and 2 single adults, as long as one of the couples is okay with staying at on the pull-out bed. The home is absolutely beautiful and in a convenient location walking distance from the beach. A small grocery store is about 1 mile away with some restaurants close by as well. The neighborhood is low-key and quiet with the Ritz close by.
Our family also enjoyed the additional equipment including the beach chairs, cooler bags, towels, body boards, and snorkeling gear!
We will def book again!

We arrived on Maui the day before the tragic Lahaina wildfires started. On our first morning, we awoke to no power. I contacted the property manager to ask for help opening the garage door, and he sent someone over right away. He also checked in again a few hours later to see if we needed anything. We lost all cell and internet service that afternoon so we weren't able to communicate after that, but his quick assistance on Tuesday morning made a world of difference.
The townhouse was equipped with two emergency LED lanterns and two small flashlights. Those are not things I would usually look for in a vacation rental, but they made such a huge improvement in our otherwise difficult situation. We were immensely grateful for them.
The townhouse was clean and nicely furnished. We were able to cook some meals on the grill, and there was a french press so we were able to make coffee as well (boiled water on the side burner of the grill). We spent a few days at the beach, so the beach chairs, wagons, toys and snorkel gear were appreciated.
Overall, we feel grateful we were safe and had the amenities we did (shelter, running water, food, grill, lanterns, etc). When vacationers begin returning to West Maui, this would be an excellent spot. The townhouse is very nice, it's in an excellent location (Napili Bay is amazing!), and the property manager was top notch.

I stayed here with my family. I felt the location was good, but you did have to cross a street and cut through condo's to to get to the beach. I would not describe the unit as luxurious or a gourmet kitchen. It was a bit dated and felt like a rental. Worked OK because we were out all day.

We felt so lucky to have found this gem. The location was incredible, a few steps from a pristine beach (Napili Beach). While others struggled to find parking to go to this beach, it was on the doorstep of this townhouse. The property was fully equipped with everything you could need for a day at the beach, including beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers, two wagons and sand toys. This was all a delight to find. We snorkeled at Kapalua Bay Beach (a short walk from the townhouse) and saw tons of beautiful fish and even a few turtles. The Kapalua Coastal Trail was a short walk away as well as "Dragons Teeth", so there was much to see and do pretty much right outside the door. The Seahouse Restaurant was also a short walk and it had wonderful daily happy hours (overlooking Napili Beach). The garage included a second fridge which we used for drinks and to store overflow groceries from a big Costco grocery shop. The kitchen was fully equipped with many kitchen essentials like olive oil, sugar and spices and ziplock bags/foil and plastic wrap. The townhouse was clean and updated. We enjoyed sitting outside in the private patio a few evenings. There were also a selection of board games which our kids enjoyed. There was a full size washer and dryer in the private two car garage which was a huge asset. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful apartment, especially if you are a family traveling with children as I really don’t think you could beat its amenities.

The accommodations were absolutely incredible! The beach was within walking distance, and we were by a bus stop so that we could go shopping. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The lanai was perfect as we grilled out for breakfast, lunch and dinner most nights. Would recommend and plan to return in 2024!

This was the perfect spot for our Maui vacation with three kids (ages 10, 13, 16). We don't like the bustle and crowds of Kaanapali, and we much prefer the relative tranquility of Napili. From this beautifully appointed condo, we had multiple beach options within walking distance -- snorkeling in Honokeana Bay and Kapalua Bay, swimming and sunbathing in Napili Bay, boogie boarding in Oneloa Beach (driving is actually easier for that one, and there are spots available in the small parking lot if you arrive before 9:00/9:30).
Property manager Kevin was wonderful to work with, both by email, answering my questions before our stay, and then by text while we were there for the couple of small things that came up.

We travelled with a big family group, total 8. The teenage boys stayed in the living room on the pull out sofa and air mattress the rest of us enjoyed the rooms. We travel to Maui a few times each year and have lately been trying new places to stay. Napili has become one of our favorite neighborhoods and in particular the beach and bay are in our view the absolute best swimming on the island. When the sun is out the water is clear calm and stunning. And if you surf, on occasion you will get north swells that light up the breaks just south of the bay (we did!)). The condo is fantastic and super convenient to the bay.
The only things to be aware: you walk through the Mauian to get to the beach. They have no beach access signs posted so it’s not clear they really want people to do that, but nobody stopped us. Second the road noise is a little more than expected. On occasion late night someone would cruise with very loud music. All part of the location…which overall was great.

We really enjoyed our week at this property. It’s situated in a lovely part of the island, walking distance from wonderful beaches, good restaurants and grocery stores and fun places to explore. The ‘townhouse’ is well laid out, nicely furnished, clean and excellently equipped. We had a mixed age range of four children (4 months to 10 years) plus four adults and it was great! House is clean and ready and its very nice its across from the beach area. the only issue we ran into is due to its location and being a popular destination. There is a lot of road noise from 5AM to 10PM if you are a light sleeper like us, you will need ear plugs.

We had a wonderful time with our family of seven. The house was clean and comfortable and spacious for our group. Kitchen was fully stocked and we had space to spread out. The location was great as we could go pretty much anywhere in five to fifteen minutes to see lots of fun things. The beach is just a short walk and we enjoyed it everyday.
The hosts checked in on us too. We loved having all the beach gear available at the house. We only packed our own snorkle gear from home, but they had one too.
I would recommend this house to a family and stay here again. Thanks for the wonderful memories!!

We have been to Maui several times and decided to try something a little different- stayed in Napili this time. The condo was perfect for our needs! Definitely more than enough space for four adults, two young teenagers and two 9 yr old kids. The master bedroom is huge and there are two full bathrooms which are very nice (with a small powder room downstairs, too).
We were especially delighted at all of the beach accessories that were available for our use! So convenient and fun. We saw a family of turtles literally on the sand in Napili Bay, and whales were breaking everywhere on our walks along the Kapalua Coastal Hike. Amazing!
Groceries are available within a mile drive and the condo is also conveniently located to the Ritz (burger shack on the beach is 10/10), Merriman's (such good food and vibe) and just 20 mins from downtown Lahaina (front street for food and fun!) Thanks for the experience! Mahalo!

The house was spacious and the location was key. However, the beds we’re subpar and bed frames were very high. Mattresses had spots that sloped due to use. My parents (70’s) had a hard time getting up and down the beds. The house could also use a deep clean as there was a lot of dust bunnies and bugs behind and under furnitures. The house had had all the amenities needed. The owners were responsive.
**If you’re traveling with little ones, be wary of the bedroom and bathroom doors upstairs. They slam shut when it reaches a pivot point. We almost had an incident with our 4yo. where the door almost slammed on her hand.
