Great place for our family group of 6 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with lovely dishes. Snorkel gear, ample towels and hot water were all abundant! The furniture was somewhat worn, but that's sort of expected for a rental. The views were stunning and we enjoyed watching the golfers and birds. The golf course is manicured and this is fully underway by 6:00 a.m. However, we didn't mind at all!

We absolutely loved our stay at the villas. The villa was spotless, comfortable, and had plenty of space to relax. The location was perfect with an easy walk to beaches and The 1 hotel where most days we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and espresso martinis.What truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality. Hali, Bill, and the entire team were amazing, friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Check in/out were seamless from start to finish.This was truly a home away from home, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The upstairs was very clean. However the lower level had dirty dusty light green carpet. My daughter has asthma and it didn't help her that the sleeping areas needed to be dusted and deep cleaned! The ceiling fans all had a layer of dirt on them. I actually got on the bed and wiped the ceiling fan blades clean in the master bedroom! The dresser and side bed tables full of dust, including the lamps and lamp shades. We will be staying at the the condos again just not #37.

We loved this place! Granted, being on the north shore increased travel time to the rest of the island, but we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to rejuvenate after adventures into the jungle or beaches. Host friendly and communicative! The villa was very clean and perfectly appointed, with the ocean and mountains in view, not to mention the jungle gully that ran behind the house, making it even more lush! King bed and bedding was comfortable (I like a firmer mattress). Kitchen had everything I needed to cook. Shower pressure strong in beautiful main bathroom. Micro fiber beach towels provided shook sand off easily and made our treks enjoyable. Tripped first week in December and didn’t need AC as the windows open provided plenty of breeze. 10/10!

This villa is in excellent condition and in a beautiful location in Princeville close to the Makai golf course and 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay. It is literally across the street from the trail down to Hideaway Beach and has great views of the mountains and Hanalei Bay. It is quiet and peacefull. The only drawbacks are spotty WiFi service and almost non-existent cellphone service. It is not the place for someone who has to work remote while on vacation. The kitchen could use some extra cookware (very few storage containers for example). There are beach chairs and an umbrella and portable coolers but no boogie boards, goggles or other beach gear. Overall based on location and quality of the villa itself I give it a 7 out of 10 only because of the Wifi and cell phone issues.

The location was amazing however some things were broken/torn such as upholstery on the furniture and there was a dangerous outlet on the lanai that was burnt out. During the last part of our stay there was a plumbing issue leading to a huge leak resulting in plumbers having to come and fix it and we spent two nights with a very loud construction fan going all day and night to dry the leak and water damage. Two of the three toilets were not working during this time. The vacassa contact was quick to respond when we had a question. It was just a lot to go wrong with expensive lodging. We’ve been coming here for close to ten years and always stay at rentals and have not yet experienced anything like this.

We spent the first 4 days of our Honeymoon at this Villa and loved it!! Every morning we sat out on the lanai and watched as it rained on the left side of us, while a rainbow formed on the right. It has an absolutely stunning view, just as you see in the pictures. We loved that it was a standalone since that's what drew us to going the vrbo route instead of staying at a resort. The location was perfect - it felt peaceful and a little removed from the rest of the neighborhoods, and walkable to 2 of our favorite beaches in the Princeville area (Hideaways, and access to One Hawaii resort's beach access), which was such a plus to be able to head down for the sunset or for a short period of time without having to pack up the car or hike from further in the neighborhood. The kitchen and appliances are a little outdated and no washer/dryer made it tricky after several days of hiking and sweating, but these were not issues and other than that we were very comfortable and had a fantastic time. Everything about our stay was FANTASTIC. The villa was spacious and spotless with incredible views of the Pacific. Our hosts were responsive when we had a minor issue. The Princeville area was beautiful and we were only 15 minutes from the old style Hawaiian town of Hanalei that had wonderful restaurants and an incredible fish market (The Dolphin). Cannot recommend this location highly enough.

This was our first VRBO we have ever stayed at and we couldn’t have been any happier. House came just as advertised and the host was excellent. My wife and daughter loved all the cute decorations throughout the house. I liked sitting out on the lanai checking out all the birds flying around the neighborhood. This place is gorgeous and at one of the most beautiful places on earth. A short walk to catch the shuttle to the state park. A beautiful beach is a short walk away, although the climb down to it is difficult, depending on how much you are carrying. The only downside and I think this is more about my partners body composition rather than the place itself, is the lack of A/C. I found the temperature in the place totally comfortable, however my partner is pretty heat intolerant. Again, I think this is more about him than the place. Despite this, we absolutely loved the place, it was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed! We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Great place, well stocked and beautiful view. It was clean and worked well for our family. Nice to be able to walk to Hideaway beach and have Hanalei a short drive away. The only thing we would change is having AC in the whole unit, not just the downstairs, got a bit warm at night upstairs, even with everything open and a breeze coming through.
