The property and location is beautiful and perfect. Super beautiful and clean! We loved the Murphy bed! Just one dislike. While laying in bed before falling asleep. My friend and I were having a private conversation. Neighbor started yelling that we need to be quiet. I apologized and we cut our conversation and went to sleep. No big deal. This happened around midnight so I understand. Literally hours later her baby is crying with no one trying to stop the crying. I totally understand babies cry I had 3. But other than that everything was great!

Checkin was easy, easy to find property. Property was as described, great view. Had issues with living room ac unit and made multiple calls about it and it never got resolved. So a little frustrated with that. Having to reset breaker box was inconvenient and not really something a guest should have to deal with. The microwave handle is detached from the bottom so have to be careful when opening or could pull off whole handle. We still enjoyed our stay. Just wanted to give you a heads up on some improvements that could be made.

We had a lovely stay! Beautiful lanai to spend hours on in the early morning waiting for everyone else to wake up (4 hour time difference). Had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and the location was perfect for us as we like being far enough away from the main area's hustle and bustle but close enough for quick trips when needed. Would definitely stay again!

Such a great unit. We enjoyed our stay with breakfasts on sunsets on the lanai when we weren’t out having fun. Excellent location from which to explore the area. We missed the front bedroom closet full of beach supplies - make sure you look! Loved the generous allotment of towels including beach towels. Only issue we had was internet issues which the property management informed us about before we even noticed and let us know that someone would be by to fix it the next day. Not ideal, but we made it work.Already scheming on a return visit. Thanks!

This fully furnished condo comes with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Ideally located, it’s about a 2.5-hour drive to the Volcano and just an hour if you're heading north.The kitchenette and laundry area are well-stocked, and you'll find plenty of beach gear for relaxing days by the shore. Free parking is available close to the unit. Please note that the condo is located on the third floor and accessible by stairs only. The only drawback is the use of portable A/C units in the living room and master bedroom.

The condo was immaculately clean and the host provided appropriate cooking tools for all our needs. The host even provided laundry detergent, first aid kit, and other needed supplies you wouldn't have thought of. The king bed was very comfortable- it is two twins, not a full size king. The lanai was comfortable and furnished beautifully- the view gorgeous. Everything was perfect and I would book again and again. *If you are hot sleeper, no A/C... but plenty of extra fans to place around the condo. Over-all the cleanliness and little thoughtful extras were what will keep this condo booked.

Great location, overlooking the bay - lovely sunsets. Nice to relax on the nicely furnished lanai on the days it rained. Only downside was lack of A/C on the couple of nights that it got warm for us (plenty of fans though); then it got rather loud with the surf from the open patio door. No worries as they did warn us before we rented. Everything else was great - I'd recommend if you're ok without A/C.

The checkin was a bit difficult because I wasn’t given the code to a lock box which opened the screen door. I only had the code for the keypad. I was with my 8yo so that was a bit frustrating but the Vacasa people was easy to reach and they helped me out. The place is very clean, comfortable and well stocked but they only left two extra toilet paper rolls which felt a bit stingy. They brought more when I complained which was appreciated. The management is very responsive. The unit, as the listing states, has no AC. It was OK but I could see it being hot as summer approaches. The complex is quiet and the pool is very nice Be aware this place is listed for sale, if you book a trip its possible your reservation gets cancelled if the property is sold.

The photos used to promote this property did not reflect it's condition when we rented it. We arrived to find that the nice clean carpet shown in the pictures was filthy, as were the circulation and extraction fans throughout and the refrigerator exterior. There is general repair/replacement required for the doors, trim and some structural and floor areas. The sofa and other furniture also need replacement. The whole apartment requires a complete update, repainting and refreshing, which apparently it hasn't had for years. After that, it may be more suitable for use. We would not have rented this property had the photos more accurately shown its condition. It does not reflect well on the owner, property manager or VRBO to have this happen.

This is a great location with a great view. This is right on the water so you can listen to the ocean all night. House was very clean and well maintained. Location good. Comfortable bed. We knew it was an older unit. However we expected everything to be working. There is no air conditioning but we thought it would be okay with the ceiling fans. They are old and don’t move much air. The carpets are stained and dirty. Dishwasher only works on light cycle. It just really needs some updating

Only issue we picked this unit for the view and two recliners When we arrived the two recliners had been replaced with two very uncomfortable rattan swivel rockers!! Pictures were not updated. This was my 2nd time staying at the Alli Villas property. This time I choose the 3rd floor for added security. It was comfortable, roomy, clean had all amenities as an apartment would. It was a true peek a boo view from the lani all the way to to left. It's 1st building at the entrance so you get full on sun and street noise in the bedroom but only if you open the window I kept every window and curtain closed to keep it cool because there are portable ac units. I loved that. The kitchen had everything. I cooked every breakfast and majority of my dinners because I would always be in the house at dark. I packed my lunch and cooler daily because this was a beach themed vacation for me. My favorite is disappearing magic sands beach.the theater chairs are comfortable great for naps and watching tv. The pool was nice and heated. I wish I would've spent more time out there at night when returned. The blackout drapes worked great may need laundering the house has a strange smell which I think came from the drapes I just used air freshener. The property is ocean front so I was able to walk to shore and sit on the benches and watch the beautiful view. This property is beautiful and well groomed.I would stay here again

If you like private, amazing view of the ocean from the place you stay including sunsets, if you like to hear the crashing of the ocean waves all the time, if you like an open and breezy feel, if you like a clean, comfortable home with all the amenities you desire then this place is for you. The location is great, the resort is great and the place has one of the best views on the island. I spent 20 days there in Jan/Feb of 2025, 20 perfect days. The owner was supper responsive to all questions and made sure I was well taken care of. 10 out of 10 for sure.
