The Pool will be closed from APPROXIMATELY August 15-21st of 2022. The entire pool area and deck will be getting crack repairs and a brand-new colored coating.

Ocean views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bathroom and access to the lanai. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room which allows this condo to sleep six. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. Wi-Fi equipped for those that want to add some surfing of another kind.

Easy to explore the island from this complex. You are on famous Alii Drive, about a mile south of Kailua Kona. The property is set at the water's edge among lovely gardens and coastal palms. Our central location is perfect to watch the ocean sunsets, far enough away from noise and traffic, but a short walk to the center of town. Here, you'll have the opportunity to relax at the pool, have a BBQ, or sit on the rocks and watch the sun set over the blue Pacific.

This well-maintained Oceanfront complex is located right on the famous Alii Drive! It is in a great location - only a short walk to the center of town and easy to explore the rest of the island from here. To the north along Alii Drive, it is approximately one mile to the restaurants and shops in Kailua-Kona, and less than two miles to Kailua Pier. To the south along Alii Drive, Magic Sands Beach Park and the popular snorkeling spot, Kahalu'u Beach Park, are both within three and half miles. For a day-trip, you can get to the beautiful white sand beach at Hapuna Beach State Park in less than an hour.
