The property was exactly as advertised, a great 2 bedroom which was perfect for our family of 4. We loved having the pool steps away and the beach a short drive. The unit was very well furnished (including beach towels, chairs, cooler) and made for a really lovely and relaxing stay. We have already recommended it to friends and can't wait to stay again.

Condo was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and in a great location (easy walk down to the Shops at Wailea, Akamai Coffee, etc). We loved being able to see the ocean from the lanai and our 2 year old liked being so close to the pool. Only downside is that it’s on the ground floor, so depending on who’s in the unit above, it’s either relatively quiet or like living beneath a herd of elephants (we experienced both during our week).

We come to Maui as frequently as we can and really enjoyed our stay at Wailea Ekolu. The condominium is spacious and provides a nice separation for my adult daughter and her friend in regard to where there bedroom and bathroom is. It offers a beautiful view of the ocean as well as the property and is very well maintained. You can walk to the Shops of Wailea easily as well as other areas. We are excited to plan our next trip!!

This unit was great for our stay. Well equipped with a beautiful view. We spend alot of time on the lanai and enjoyed the location. We were a little disappointed that the pool close to the unit was closed for repairs, however the other pool was accessible and not busy. We did have noisy neighbors for a few nights that was disruptive. I think security could have been more responsive in dealing with the situation. The property is lovely and otherwise very quiet which is what we were looking for. We hope to book this unit again.

We have stayed in this condo complex before and it is an ideal location for exploring Wailea. This until was well furnished and the kitchen was extremely well equipped including lots of storage containers to bring food to the beach! The beach chairs are well worn and could use replacing. One was actually not appropriate for any adult over 50 to get out of🤣. The rental manager was very responsive and overall we had a very positive experience.

A 10 minute walk to my work conference at the Marriott and less than half the price of staying at the hotel. It was very well stocked and we loved that it was on the first floor. My only regret?? I didn’t bring my kids! Thank you for offering this place as an affordable alternative to the crazy expensive hotels.

I’ve stayed at about a dozen condos in this same development and this one had finishes (bathroom, kitchen, living room) that were the best of any I’ve rented. The kitchen had everything we needed and the unit was really clean. The proximity to the pool was also super convenient. The only downside was that there was nothing for adults to use at the beach and nothing for the kids. Usually these units have beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc. This unit had nothing like that. The other missing items were anything for the kids. Usually in the other units there’s a small amount of beach shovels or toys to bring for the kids. This one had nothing. So if you rent this unit count on bringing or buying everything you would need for a simple beach trip.

We had a wonderful time staying in 805. The house was clean and well stocked. The pool, within walking distance, was never crowded and we played in it often. My only issue was that you need to look in every nook and cranny to find your supplies. It took us 2 days to find the beach towels above the main toilet. The last day, we found a good working beach umbrella in the closets with the mirrors on the doors. The one in the beach toy area cupboard outside was ruined. So, if you are staying here, look around. There is even a mini cooler on wheels in one of the closets!

I have stated in Ekolu over 15 times. This is they nicest condo I have used. And your company was great. But I would not rent 805 again because the way the condo is built. The large bedroom is built close to 807 & 808 windows, which neighbors can hear at nite. I had to go to 808 at 11:30 pm and call 807 security twice. It's a noisy condo when neighbors yell & drink.

Overall the unit was great. Clean, very well equipped and a great location.The grounds are lovely and the pool uncrowded and well maintained.The unit could use a folder with restaurant suggestions, things to do, how to work the TV etc. We were never able to use the large TV. The hall bath sink had a leaky hot water faucet which I reported on twice with nothing being done. I finally turned it off under the sink.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends. We had such a great time staying at Wailea Ekolu 805. The unit itself had everything we needed to make our stay so comfortable. We used the kitchen a lot and it had everything already there. The included beach gear came in so handy as we did a few beach trips. We loved the view from the lanai - sunsets were so beautiful. The 3 tvs were also nice as in the evenings when everyone was tired out from the day's activities the kids could relax with a movie. The location of this unit was very close to the pool so we all loved that. The grounds were very well maintained and the kids used the pool almost every day. There was hardly anyone using the pool so the kids had lots of room! The location of Wailea Ekolu is great. We visited the Shops at Wailea a few times and if you didn't have small kids who wouldn't like the walk in the heat, you could walk to the shops and even the beach. My husband does yoga and there was an amazing yoga studio within walking distance that he visited every morning. If I had any complaints it would only be that the Lanai was covered with ants. We fully get why that would be, but the kids didn't like it. Also the couch in the living room smelled of bo pretty bad. Its hot and people sweat so again we understand why this would happen, but it was something negative that we noticed. Also when using the dryer the smoke detector went off a couple of times due to it being humid I guess. These are such minor complaints though, and wouldn't deter us from staying here again. Overall, this was the best family vacation we have had and I attribute a lot of that to our accommodations. We are already planning our return and will definitely want to stay in Wailea Ekolu again. If this unit is available we will definitely be interested in booking that again too.

We (Four Couples) recently stayed in Wailea Ekolu #805 and #204. These condos were awesome from the location to the conditions of the units. Its just a five minute walk down the hill to the Shops at Wailea for great shopping and really good restaurants. Manoli's is even a shorter walk, it has great food and great Hour Hour specials.Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I agree with everything below. But some useful information for you:
-The closet is fully stocked, it has boogie boards, floating noodles, beach chairs, umbrellas, mats, beach toys. No need to buy any of that.
-You must buy extra toilet paper, shampoo and coffee for the trip. Small stuff but fyi.
-The air conditioning is great to have, it is very quiet also.
-Yes, there are cats on the premises. But if you don't bother them they will not bother you !!

This is a great condo. Lani is private with a great view and unit is close to the pool. It was well equipped and very comfortable. The grounds are very well maintained and it was very quiet and relaxing. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon. There were a couple of beach items missing but one email to Rentals Maui and they brought us the items immediately- what excellent service.
It was a really great vacation and would recommend to others.

We recently shared this condo with my sister and brother-in-law and we were a little timid about what we would find. When we arrived after a very long trip all 4 of us were "pleasantly surprised". The bedrooms were separate and gave lots of privacy, even the second bedroom had it's own bathroom. The layout of the kitchen was nice and spacious, living room was nice with a large TV. The main lanai was very nice and the view of the ocean was really beautiful even though the condo is on the bottom floor. A quick walk to the pool or a stroll of the grounds was nice. My only caution would be the sprinkler system tends to get the main lanai wet, so don't leave items on the chairs or tables at night. Thank you for a memorable stay! Karen

We really enjoyed staying at the condo. As a couple with a baby and a grandma, it was spacious enough to give everyone a private space. The outdoor space and proximity to the pool were wonderful. The ground were beautiful and we took daily walks down to the Shops. Although possible to walk to the beach, it was much easier to drive. Great parking and showers! It was a wonderful vacation!

The property was exceptional, and the cleaning staff gave us a very clean condo, if I had any complaints it would be no BBQ utensils, the blender did not work, the phone in the bedroom did not work, the dishwasher was not secured to the wall and kept falling forward. Not major issues, just something to perhaps fix for the next series of guests.
