Loved staying at PMI’s place! It was clean, spacious, good location, and provided all the amenities we needed for the stay! Came with extra towels, all the necessary beach gear, all kitchen supplies, shampoo/body wash, and so much more. PMI was also very responsive over text answering all my questions.

We just returned from our Hawaii vacation. We loved it there. Beautiful well equipment condo just across the street from Kamaole Beach II. Great location - safe area, lots of places close by to walk to for souvenirs, beaches, restaurants, groceries. The complex has beautifully kept grounds, and 2 nice pools. We did enjoy the pool area and BBQ’s for our dinners.
Our only issue was the long list of rules the condo complex has… Quiet time from 10pm-8am, pool only open 9am-9pm… no jumping/diving/splashing/no toys in the pool. The pool is 8 feet in the deep end, tough for kids (teenagers) to play with so many rules.
**Only suggestion would be to add some plastic dishes/cups to be able to use in the pool area (no glass allowed-which is totally understandable).

We were incredibly impressed with this condo! It is thoughtfully renovated and decorated. The owners have done a fantastic job of making sure all needs have been addressed. We especially enjoyed the well stocked Cuisinart kitchen and quality furnishings. The bed is very comfortable, pillows and sheets are soft and we slept great! Location was perfect as Kam II beach is directly across the street, making it ideal for quick and easy access for beach days, a quick trip back for lunch and those stunning Maui sunsets ( can be seen from the balcony as well!) PMI management was prompt, clear in instructions (so nice to not be greeted with a list of chores upon checkout!) and impressive in their cleaning services. The condo exceeded our expectations and this is coming from a couple used to staying at the Four Seasons Wailea! We'll be back!

Satisfactory. The sofa is getting worn and stained and there needs to be another chair in the voicing room. Needs tv in bedroom. Needs more pots and pans. New air conditioner works well.

We loved our stay at Kihei Akahi! The condo is newly renovated and close to the beach. There is every kitchen appliance and beach necessity you could ever need. Our stay was perfect and we will be back. The only downfall was the bedroom being so close to the elevator and trash shoot. It really was very loud at times and could be disruptive- Regardless we will be back. Maui has stolen our hearts!

The matress slopes to the middle. Hide a bed looks dirty on the armchair ends . The seats are very soft thus not comfortable to watch TV. Had to vacuum the floor not a problem for me but I had to clean the roller and filter and then it worked great.

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend, however, be aware you are straight across from the elevator, so you hear noise/people late at night and early morning. The unit was stocked with the essentials and was very comfortable for the two of us. You're within walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. Hope to be back soon. Aloha

We loved our time at this rental, very clean, well stocked with items you may need. Location is super convenient for walking to the beach (3 min walk) or walking to restaurants etc. Since the unit is right next to the elevator, expect some noise from people passing by but overall, it’s not too bad especially if you aren’t in the bedroom much during the day. Balcony does get some good sunlight as well for morning or evening relaxation. The pool areas are also very close to the unit with a short walk and very well maintained and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great condo in to spend a week in maui on vacation. Right across the street from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. It has a kitchen with all the necessities for meal preparation and a bunch of gear for the beach.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in this condo. Overall it is clean but it could do with some upgrades. Needs to be painted and the couch is quite soiled. The kitchen needs some more cooking supplies ie, pot big enough to cook pastaIt would also be really nice if the bedroom had a tv.

This condo truly felt like a home away from home (in paradise) equipped with everything we could possibly need during our week stay. We had a slight issue with our bed and our host replied quickly and was able to send someone over to fix it almost immediately. Thank you! We plan to return soon.

I am going to break it down very simply with a pro and con list!PROS:*Great location* Clean*Price*Remodeled*Fully equipped with beach table, toys, towels etc. This was very convenient!*Property manager was very responsive and professional!*Kitchen was very well stocked with bags, cleaning products, basic condiments, dishes etc. Excellent!CONS:* NO AC in the master bedroom or bathroom, which made for a very humid stay. We had to sleep in the living room. This is mentioned in the listing, but it was more uncomfortable than I am imagined.*I would say it fits 2 people comfortably, 4 is a stretch!*Bathroom shower clogs after a few showers. Property manager fixed this immediately.*Strong mildew/mold smell from the bathroom sink.*AC did not function properly towards the end of stay and made weird water noises.*Master bedroom is very close to garbage chute and elevator so you can hear everything and vice versa! I can't imagine if I would have slept in the master bedroom.TIPS for owners:*Please replace umbrella. It was broken and was not of use. Winds didn't help :)*Consider installing an AC unit in the master bedroom. This will help with the humidity AND cancel the noise from the hallways.Thank you!
