A great condo with really nice views from the lanai of the ocean. Close to the pool and grill/picnic table areas (but not too close so it is not noisy). Easy to get around Kona and the rest of the island from this location. Will definitely book this unit again. Mahalo

This was a really nice place with an informal feel consistent Big Island life. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good mix of guests. The unit itself was well stocked with everything you would need for a long stay. Ocean and sunset views were beautiful.

Good communication, easy check-in and very clean. The best part is the waterfront location. Very relaxing listening to the ocean. As mentioned in the description there is no A/C which makes for very warm afternoons, however, there are several fans to use. Cools off in the evenings and mornings. Very private.

We loved the location and the condo. Hearing the sounds of the waves on the rocks was relaxing. The condo was well furnished and comfortable. A small air conditioner in the bedroom would have been nice, as a couple of nights were a bit stuffy when the breeze died down, but it was comfortable nonetheless.

We had a great family trip for 16 people! Rented four condos and all were clean and well equipped. Sea Village had a great bbq area and pool. Close to town and amazing views! Loved the extra water floaties and beach chairs available in rooms. We will be back 🙂

I really enjoyed staying at this condo. Very conveniently located and the Lanai that looks out on the Ocean is just wonderful and amazing to me!! I could spend all my time there and be happy...
It was clean and convenient, and everything worked well. So wonderful to be able to sleep and listen to the ocean.

The Rental was amazing! It was very easy to locate, and getting the booking was a piece of cake. Everything was nice and clean, very comfortable king bed, nice size bathroom, and several spices were there when we needed a few things for our cookout. The pool was very clean and lots of lounge chairs. Having bathrooms right there next to the pool was excellent planning, when resort was built. The view from our balcony was spot on with the pictures that advertise this rental. We couldn't have been happier with the condo. We whale watched from the balcony, also watched parasailing and kayaking in the same spot. It was very low key and relaxing in this area. We even stayed an extra day with absolutely no problems. We just sent a text to the management, and they accommodated us with no issues. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you again for a great vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in both the individual condo and in the overall complex. The grounds were clean and very well maintained. The shrubs and plants were in beautiful condition and always trimmed. The pool and hot tub areas were very clean. We used one of the grills 3-4 times and they were always clean and ready for use. The buildings were well maintained on the exterior, and everything was in working order.
The condo was just as pictured and advertised. The kitchen was very well appointed so we had everything we needed to prepare meals and store leftovers. The unit was very clean and had ample linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bed and furniture was very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Each morning we used the lanai for breakfast and watched a large pod of dolphins swimming off shore or the local canoe club as they rowed across the horizon. The relaxing sound of the ocean waves were just what we hoped for! The unit was also within walking distance to the shops downtown and the harbor. It was fantastic location all the way round!
We highly recommend the Sea Village and will absolutely stay there again on our next trip. It was a lovely condo and great value with a terrific location!

Sunset views from the wraparound lanai--open to the ocean on two sides--were the highlight of our vacation. First-floor location puts this spacious condo just steps away from parking, the pool, and the gorgeous courtyard. Some guests complained about lack of AC in the upper units, but in our first-floor unit, it didn't much matter. Plenty of ocean-view eateries just up the road. Very pleased with our experience.

The lanai and the view were the highlight - not to be topped. One almost imagines oneself more in the water than on the water. The apartment was in good condition and the kitchen equipment above average. Only the bedroom could use a little refresh.

Clearly one of the best locations in complex. Listening to the waves and watching the sunsets was definitely a high point. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, full bathroom, everything you need to feel at home.

Of the vacation rentals I've stayed in the past 10 years or so this is my favorite. Being just a few feet from the waves crashing on the rocks beneath the lanai was unbeatable. The balcony was built to have an open feel rather than that narrow "phone booth" feel most rental balconies have. Yet it still had privacy. No one could see into the unit and I didn't feel the need to close the curtains. The decor was well done, not the cheap art masquerading good art I've seen so often. The granite countertops were beautiful. Last of all, this is the first time the management called the day after I checked in just to make sure everything was going well. There was just great attention to detail.

We stayed out on the lanai most of the time as we could not get enough of the view and the sound of the ocean. The surf was high so we enjoyed the show. Condo was very comfortable and met our needs perfectly.

Communication with Kona Coast Vacations was easy. They were in communication us a couple of weeks before our trip and answered any questions we had. The Condo itself was so nice and had everything we needed. The only item I would say is the bed needs to be replaced. Otherwise the view is outstanding!

Really enjoyed our stay. The location couldn’t be better - quick drive to downtown Kona (walkable if you prefer) and loved that there was a coffee shop in the parking lot. Also, the view! Omg the view from the lanai can’t be beat. Appreciated that the kitchen was well appointed with many dishes and small containers, as we used those to pack sandwiches, food, etc. in a cooler daily. Condo could use a good deep cleaning, but I would still recommend a stay here overall. Thanks for having us!!

Incredible view! Awesome location - the place is near excursions, the beaches, major stores (i.e., Walmart, Home Depot), shops, restaurants & bars, and the Kona Airport. Although the biggest downfalls were the uncomfortable beds (including the pullout couch) and a broken washer & dryer, the full kitchen and stunning views from the private lanai outweighed the cons. The free concierge was a plus and they were easy to get a hold of. The only thing to consider is that the concierge are not onsite. Although guests are limited to one bath towel and beach towel per, the concierge was able to accommodate us by giving us additional towels due to the broken washer & dryer. Again, since they weren’t onsite, my husband and I did have to drive up 18 min to the office after waiting half an hour to be told our towels could not be delivered at the time which isn’t a big deal but it did create a set back on our plans that day. I understand some of these inconveniences are out of anyone’s control, so really appreciated how accommodating the concierge were throughout my family’s stay. Would recommend solely for the outstanding customer service, phenomenal view (especially during sunset), and its great location!

We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai on our first morning and watching the dolphins in the bay. Convenient location. A little warm in the bedroom but was all in all comfortable. Really nice to have a washer and dryer.

You can’t help but have a good time here! Quiet property with relaxing pool area and 4 working community grills. Stop at Costco/grocery store on your way from the airport, or if you prefer you’re within 5 mins of great restaurants.
The only thing it was missing to make it perfect would be a/c for sleeping.
