Property was as detailed in listing. Murphy bed was nice as coach sofas are never as comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and Gretchen made it easy to check in and made sure we had everything we needed before we got there.

We had the perfect stay here. Family of 4 with two young kids. We let the kids have the king bed and we took the Murphy bed in the living room which was just as comfy as a regular bed! We were pleasantly surprised :) Our stay was perfect and Gretchen was beyond helpful!!

This property was in a great location, quiet and peaceful! Just what we were looking for, in a family vacation! Gretchen was very responsive to all of my emails and check in was a breeze! We appreciated the free parking spot, water toys and all of the little “extras”.
Only complaints, were dishes left in the dishwasher, from previous guests, and only 3 rolls of toilet paper were provided, for a family, staying for a week….?! All very minor and would not deter us from staying again!! Thank you!

We loved this condo! Very nicely renovated and it was the best stocked one we’ve stayed at in Maui. There was literally everything you’d ever need in the kitchen and a box full of various things to use at the beach on the lanai. Gretchen was very attentive to any questions and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful condo. The setting is perfect with gorgeous lush gardens surrounding you. A modern condo beautifully decorated and everything you can imagine is supplied. You can just cross the street for early morning or evening sunset beach walks. We like to explore different beaches along the coast so beach equipment supplied was greatly appreciated. Clean and quiet condo with everything you need for your vacation. Well stocked kitchen with two different sized coolers for your use, comfortable king size bed, and beautiful waterfall shower. There is a murphy bed in the living room if traveling with family or friends. Pack light as there is a washer and dryer available inside the condo. There is an assortment of beach chairs, noodles, and toys for kids to use at the beach. The location is perfect to easily access every part of the island. We really enjoyed our stay!

My partner and I stayed at this property for 5 days on our first trip to Maui. We really appreciated all the small details and extra gear Gretchen provided, including beach chairs, coolers, and snorkeling equipment. The bathroom and kitchen was also very well stocked.
The only thing I might add is the quality of the sheets/towels could have been better but everything we used was clean, albeit a little old.
Would highly recommend this property for couples or small families.

The property is clean and has a fully stocked kitchen.... including baking pans, 3 different coffee machines, rice cooker, blender, Tupperware. Beach gear also available including rolling ice chest which we used everyday 😀 plus snorkel gears, beach umbrella, chairs and mats.
It is also clean and has a washer and dryer in the unit.
We accidentally locked ourselves out and the owner helped us access the key in the lock box by the front door.
My kids are specifically asking to come stay at this property again on our next visit.

The condo was easy to find and the keyless entry easy to operate. I traveled by myself so the condo was just right for me. I didn’t utilized the living room at all. I am glad I got a rental car at the airport because many of the water based excursions start in Lahaina (about 45 minutes from Kehei). Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the condo and Kehei. Maui has lots to offer in reference to shops, eating out, shopping, beaches and most of all sightseeing on your own. Take the Ferry from Lahaina to Lanai for a day of sandy beach, relaxing and snorkeling adventure. Aloha

This is an excellent place to stay to save a few bucks from the view places in Kihei, yet it is comfortable, convenient and well-equipped. The central garden is lovely. The hosts were helpful and available. Would love to return!

Avoiding excessive superlatives… This is a really lovely unit ideally suited for a couple. Clean and very well equipped (which hasn’t always been our experience with VRBOs) its great location gives easy access to everything Kihei, Wailea, Makena, and Kahului.
Most importantly, the host was exceedingly nice and really went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for a great vacation.

Wow! We had such a lovely time staying at this property. The pictures are exactly what you get. It is spacious and clean. All the amenities you could think of, you get! Everything you’d want possibly need or want, you can find at this property. All the beach gear, kitchen appliances. Seriously, the only thing we needed was shampoo and conditioner. The bed is very comfortable. You can tell that Gretchen cares about her property and the guests staying here. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone. The beach is right across the street but the water was dirty when we went since it was after the storm, but ended up going to Wailea beach which was only 15 mins away. The town Kihei has everything and is a close drive from the condo. Truly such an amazing stay!

The parking space is conveniently right near this unit as soon as you pull up to unload your luggage (if you park first and go in, it's even easier to use the back lanai gate facing the parking lot). The grounds are well kept and beautiful for photos and relaxing by lava rock water fountain or by the pool/hot tub. The unit is modern and spacious. The hosts handle your stay with care and have all the kitchen appliances and amenities for a vacation stay. Unlike other rentals, they even have a locked storage chest on the lanai with beach chairs, umbrella, bamboo mats, snorkel gear, flippers, and even stuff for the kids (noodles, aqua socks, plastic sand castle buckets, shovels and rakes). Many places try to rent this stuff they have available for you to use. The love and special touches are felt all over the place, from the Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ accounts on the TV to entertain the little ones during down time, to the extra linens, towels and pillows, washer/dryer in the unit, to the convenient phone chargers near the breakfast bar and front entrance shelf. Better than described - loved the beach gear and beautiful kitchen. The double shower head was glorious. Gretchen responded rapidly to every query. Murphy bed worked great for our kids. Nice access to every detail you’d want at home. Only recommendation is to bring some ear plugs for the roosters. Would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved the gorgeous location. Everything was in driving distance, in the middle of everything you would want to do. All guests were extremely friendly. Would recommend. The only issue was communication. We would reach out to the host in the morning before starting our day and she commented multiple times about what time is what where she was at. We felt as a host she should be available at anytime especially if there were any issues. A few of the issues were, the coffee machine not working properly, the fridge temperature was set way low which had almost ruined all the food we bought, having to purchase toilet paper and paper towels.
There were only two rolls of toilet paper for two weeks of stay and one roll of paper towels as well. Lastly, a bunch of outlets stopped working while we were staying.
Overall the stay was incredible, we just hop those issues are addressed before the next guests arrive.

Very homey place, warm lighting and everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has all the appliances and dinner ware for at home cooking; there were even your basic condiments. The bed was surprisingly so comfortable. My boyfriend and I didn’t use the Murphy bed but it was nice knowing it was an option. The bathroom had 2 shower heads but we stuck to the rain shower head (no tub). The lanai had a great stash of beach supplies in a lock box including beach mats, an umbrella, snorkeling gear and some basic toys. Our first day we didn’t have a rental car which was ok because there are plenty of dining and social options close by. The AC units were awesome in that they cooled the entire place quickly. Our only issue was not with this unit itself but with the people staying above us: they were incredibly heavy footed but we still slept very comfortably. Gretchen was an absolute sweetheart and always communicated with us thoroughly and promptly. I definitely recommend booking here. Can’t wait to visit again.
