WOW was our reaction when we walked through the front doors. Panoramic views of Bali Hai and pacific ocean from solarium and lanai.
If you are a group of 2-4 people book this property! Kitchen/dinging area/living room/lanai are great spaces and very well equipped. The property is in top condition and communications with the owner were simple and very helpful.
Don't foget to snorkel at Hideaway Beach which is below the property. Amaing snorkeling with the most healthy coral we have seen in sometime.

This was the most spectacular location to stay on the north shore of Kauai. Best. View. Ever. The condo was clean and large and just so lovely. What a great host. It's a very short walk to the oh-so-expensive hotel and we celebrated my birthday there. Fantastic. Mahalo.

The condo's location couldn't have been better! Exactly as described and the communication with the property owner was exceptional. They provided a detailed explanation of the condo as well as some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The views were incredible and close to a lot of great activities. Wowwowwow! The property, the location, the VIEWS and the owner…all top notch!
Knowing that our first week of vacation was to take place on Maui before heading to Princeville, Mark was gracious enough to reach out to us to see if we wanted to arrive earlier than planned because of the Lahaina fires. All communication with Mark was clear, timely and helpful.
The property itself is exceptional; clean, well-stocked with amenities (in the kitchen and for the beach), a beautiful, LARGE lanai and again, that view! We were fortunate enough to catch many incredible rainbows and sunsets from our lanai each day.
This location in Pu’u Poa will be our Go To each time we return to Kauai…thank you, Mark, for helping to make our memories of this trip to Kauai particularly special ones…mahalo!

This condo exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect to give the best views of the ocean and Bali Hai. Sunsets were amazing as was star gazing at night. Communication with Mark the owner was very good. He was very helpful on suggestions for restaurants and activities. Condo was very clean and well equipped. We spent 5 nights here and it was the perfect end to a two week Hawaii vacation. The location of the condo is perfect, an easy walk to the beach, pool and a few restaurants. Very easy to drive to Hanalei Bay. If you plan on eating in, the kitchen has everything you'll need. The host provides lots of information about the condo and local area and will answer any questions you have. If I'm ever back in Kauai, I'll definitely stay here!

Seamless check in, superb information from Mark. The view from the lanai and atrium is breathtaking! Excellent A. C....it's one of the reasons we picked this property. It kept the condo cool & comfortable for our stay (along with the many ceiling fans). The path down to Hideaways beach was challenging but doable for me (I'm short with weak ankles and I don't like hiking) in water shoes. My husband and 15 year old son (both quite tall) found it easy in flip flops/ bare feet. In case you're wondering, it was worth it!
I can't say enough about what great hosts Mark and Lynn were. Any time i reached out with a question, Mark replied very quickly and helpfully.
The space is comfortable, with plenty of places to sit, and a fully stocked and upgraded kitchen (important to us because we like to cook on vacation). The beds were comfortable, and all 3 of us slept really well. Princeville is a great location for exploring Kauai.
We have already decided as a family that when we return, we would love to book this unit again. Thanks again, Mark and Lynn!

This property was exquisite. Everything from check in to check out was easy and met all of my expectations. The condo was immaculate, well supplied, and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The view was fantastic - from the full ocean view to the gorgeous Bali High views. I ate breakfast on the lanai every morning. One notable surprise was a that I was able to see an amazing view of an almost totally dark sky from the lanai. I spent two evenings laying on a lawn chair and gazing up at the Milky Way and the southern constellations. I have stayed at a number of Hawaii properties and this was exceptional and worth every penny.

Pretty much as was described and depicted in the listing. Nicely remodeled luxury condo with unobstructed view of the ocean. I chose it because of its proximity to Hideaways Beach, which I knew has a difficult trail to access with the reward of not crowded and good snorkeling, weather/seas allowing. Because we were there in November, there were only two of seven days with calm enough seas to swim safely there. But late in our stay we discovered Pu'o Po'a Beach, much calmer, easier access (walkway and paved stairs around the 1 Hotel). Owner was responsive by text and friendly. I would stay again.

I spent hours researching where to stay. Look no further because the only negative is having to leave. The north coast is so much less crowded and touristy and yet so indescribably beautiful. We enjoyed every second snd Mark is a wonderful host that left detailed information and was easy to contact. Cannot wait to go back.

This was our first time in Kauai and we really wanted a high end experience but not at a resort. We found this condo at Puu Poa and it was everything we wanted and expected based on the information here. Best view of Bali Hai and sunsets, fantastic hidden beach - super hard trip down to get to it, not for persons that are not able to climb steep hills, but so worth the effort. The best snorkeling we found was right in front of us. Property owners were meticulous in directions and instructions for the condo. It was spacious and super comfortable! Master bed is heavenly! Master shower is huge and has great water pressure - so good after a long day! Property owners were very interested in making sure we had a good time with everything we needed! I loved that. We plan to go again!

We had a three day stay at the condo in Princeville and we had a fantastic time. The morning views of the ocean were magnificent. We loved looking out the clear sky at night and listening to the ocean.
One of the best parts about this condo apart from the view, was the proximity to both Queens Bath and Hideaways Beach.

There simply aren’t words to describe this home overlooking Bali Hai and the Pacific. “Nice” doesn’t begin to touch it.
The view from the floor to ceiling windows is simply astounding. Breathtaking. Stupendous. Magnificent. The lanai, the atrium, the view from the kitchen sink and even from the bed in the master bedroom … it’s like being at sea. We find it hard to leave the condo to go to the ocean. It just doesn’t get better … it’s all just perfect.
We haven’t ever met the owners, but we feel like we know them after staying in their Kauai property. It’s feels like a home rather than a rental, with every possible thing we could want, and wonderful labels on cupboards and cabinets to help us navigate as we settle in.
Hideaway Beach offers glorious snorkeling. The path is a bit rugged but is doable and is absolutely worth it.
Honu, porpoises, the fish, Ne Nes, albatross … and the lizards! The little lizards!
Mark has been an incredibly responsive texter throughout, starting with a booklet and a suggestion to make restaurant reservations in advance (which we did).
This property and these owners are as good as it gets, ever.

We just stayed at Mark's condo in Princeville, and all we could say was Wow! The condo is really stunning - very refined interior in excellent condition, many supplies and amenities (all labelled!) incredible views, and awesome location. We loved our stay! It was a last minute booking due to our original plans being canceled by a different host. We had to scramble to find a place to stay. We had to split up our stay, and we only wish that we could have stayed in this unit for the entire length of our stay! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and the view was amazing. People literally park and walk to an area near this condo just for the sunset view, and we got to enjoy it out our back patio. The host was very informative, and stayed in communication with us! We will book again when we come back!

Mark & Lynn's condo was scrupulously clean, spacious, comfortable, airy and bright, located at the very end of the Princeville complex, and well-provisioned. The "private" beach immediately below the condo was a jewel box of Caymans-like water, tree cover and sunshine, and abundant marine life. My communication with Mark before and during our stay was responsive and generous. I was traveling with my 20-yr-old daughter and her best friend for their Spring break; we had plenty of space to be together and apart in this super-lovely home.

We stayed here for seven nights in March / April and we were blown away at the views. Situated at the edge of a cliff with breathtaking views of the Bay and Bali Hai. The condo comfortably fit my wife and I in the comfortable and spacious master bedroom, while our teenage daughter was at home in the smaller queen bedroom. The separation of space was ideal die everyone finding a spot to zone out. The kitchen was huge and had everything needed to make multiple meals during our stay. Overall a great location, views, quiet, and comfort.

Situated directly over Hideaways Beach on the 3rd Level you have a spectacular ocean view both north and south. Spacious and roomy, comfy bed, and clean. Check in was a breeze. Mark is a. Excellent Host. You won’t be disappointed! Best location in Princeville by far. 10 ~ 15 min drive in either direction to either Hanalei or Kilauea.

I booked this super last minute, like the day before and was worried we wouldn't be able to go as I saw it said 24 hours for the owner to approve. Thankfully he was quick and approved the stay in no time. Mark sent over all the information plus extra we would need for our stay and was very responsive. It was a beautiful place with gorgeous views. Very well maintained and cleaned. Enjoyed the area as well, it was quiet and everyone we crossed paths with were very friendly. Plus in the neighborhood when you first drive in there is a kids playground perfect for our little to get out some energy and great sidewalks to stroll.

I’m fairly certain this is about as perfect of a place you can get in all of Kauai. Princeville is a gem, and this condo seemed like it was in the best location in all of that area. So many things made this place perfect. Stunning view of the ocean, insanely quiet development, super accommodating features in the condo, and more. We’re already talking about coming back and bringing friends. So happy we stayed here. You will not be disappointed. There is a reason they have so many good reviews.

Mark was very communicative and prompt in any questions we had. Had the AC repaired very quickly once realizing there was some leak in the drain system. It was back up and running in less than 4 hours; impressive for island life. The views were amazing and Hideaway beach is nothing short of perfection. My 7 yr old got to see a 4' wide Spotted Eagle Ray glide right past us out there as well as countless turtles & reef fish. I would say the rental unit location is likely one of the best in the building too. facing towards Bali Hai & the rest of the Bay. We'll be back for sure. Aloha Mark!

This property was a perfect match for me (60) , my daughter (25), my son (30) and his girlfriend (29). This is my third trip to Kauai and my second time staying in this condo complex. Last time we stayed at puu poa I thought, “I want to get a unit situated with a more direct view of ‘Bali Hai’”. Mark’s property was perfect. His communication was spot on at a time when I bit frazzled by all the Hawaii travel restrictions and COVID testing. He even went out of his way to provide early check-in/ late checkout when it hadn’t even been requested. The comprehensive instructions and tips he sent were very clear and easy to follow. If I ever have another opportunity to return to Kauai I will first check availability of this unit, as it will play into the dates I choose!
