Beautiful view and location in Wailea- this unit is one of the closest to the beach and has near total privacy on the lanai thanks to the bushes and hedge placement. Nice furnishings and appliances, beds very comfy. Lots of great beach supplies. Only thing missing was a pack and okay for our daughter- we had to rent one for an extra $100 during our stay. Would be a very nice perk if the unit added one in the future. Pool is pretty cold (around 70) but we were there in Dec, wish it was heated! We had a great time here!

We were wowed by the view immediately on walking in. Photos couldn’t do it justice. Very clean, everything we needed to keep it up was in place. Groceries were delivered in advance and were perfect. Great communication with management prior to arrival. Great location to shopping, restaurants, hotels, local gym, all was better than expected. Thank you!

This was a perfect rental property for me and my siblings, who went to Maui to visit our dad. Walking distance to beaches (15 minutes) and restaurants. Unit was very well-appointed, especially the kitchen. Had four beach chairs and a beach umbrella--so nice! Would recommend this unit highly.

By convenient, I mean it is close to shops, restaurants, tennis/pickle ball courts and Wailea golf courses. All of the above are within a five to ten minute walk.

Property: Newly renovated and in great condition. It was extremely well organized with new appliances, plenty of dishes, glasses, and pots/pans. For beach days there are 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and two small cooler. Even some blue ice in the freezer. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation.
Location: A short 1/2 mile walk to Wailea beach. It's right next to Akamai coffee if you need your fix in the morning.
Negatives: Would have liked more soap for a 8-night stay (This is a nit). It's the first floor so you do hear people walking on you.
Overall: We loved this place and would stay here again if we came back to Maui.

Great experience all around. Excellent location, good communication from rental company. No issues whatsoever. The only thing that could possibly be a problem is noise from the road but we feel like the trade-off to be so close to amenities was worth it.

My husband and I stayed here for a much needed vacation. The unit was absolutely awesome!!! Everything about the place was great! This was the first time we stayed in a condo, we usually stay in a hotel. Let me tell you, what a game changer - I will never stay in hotel again. We loved having all of the amenities of feeling like we were home. The view was spectacular and the beach was only minutes away.
We will definitely book here again the next time we visit Maui.

This property is a phenomenal place to stay on Maui! It is exactly as shown in the photos and the view is even better in person. ;-) The kitchen is well stocked and we ate quite a few meals on the lovely lanai overlooking the ocean. Individual air units in each zone of the house allowed us to control the temperatures for day and night and have different temps in our children's room vs our room. Which brings me to the king size bed--it was SO comfortable! I'm not always a great sleeper when I travel and I slept like a rock in this bed! The location of this condo is probably what takes it from something great to something over-the-top. Not only are the views spectacular, but it is a very short walk to many restaurants and also a high end shopping venue that also hosts really neat cultural experiences each evening. Avid about personal fitness, I also appreciated the close vicinity to a walking/running trail along the beach. The beach IS walking distance which is great for a quick trip, but if you plan to bring a bunch of gear, it is better to drive. If you are looking for a getaway to Maui, this is a wonderful spot to stay!

We were impressed immediately by the contemporary furnishings and beautiful view of the ocean from the kitchen, lanai and living room. The pictures were very accurate. We watched the most beautiful sunsets from the lanai. When we had a problem with a bathroom drain, help was sent promptly to fix it.

Terrific condo in the "hills" above Wailea. Place had everything you could need, and more: more kitchenware than you'll ever use, a trunk full of beach gear, chairs & umbrella, boogie board and new beach towels, 3 TVs which were never even turned on, and a wonderful lanai where we spent most of our down time. Convenient easy walking to complex pool, and nearby shops and restaurants. HOWEVER, it realistically is NOT walking distance to the beach, especially if you plan to spend any time there (hauling chairs, umbrellas, gear). Great public beach with parking is about a 5 minute drive away. No sweat! Also, an investment in one or two new beach chairs wouldn't be a bad idea. Would definitely come back. Paradise.

The condo was perfect for our 2 weeks stay. It is well appointed with all the necessities you need. They even provided beach chairs, towels, umbrella & cooler. With 2 couples we each had a side to the condo. There are AC units and ceiling fans in each room.
The refrigerator is European in size and doesn’t always make ice. However, the shops at Wailea has a terrific market for ice and all the goodies you may need.
Plan on driving to the beaches and enjoying restful evenings in the condo.

This cozy condo was central to Wailea. I had reservations about the unit being on the first floor, but it sits on a hill and the view is exactly as you see on the pictures. Occasionally, we heard noise from the tenants/guests above us, but it was not a big deal for us. We would highly recommend this condo without reservations! It also had a lot of extra gear for the beach that we did not expect. The unit was clean and very modern. Only one small pool was available to us at the time. I did miss not having a fitness studio But overall, I would book this unit in a heartbeat. You must stay here if Wailea is your destination!

Beautiful and well-maintained property with mature trees/shrubs throughout. Clean and nicely renovated condo with great tile flooring, countertops etc. Walking distance to several restaurants, shops, the beach etc. No issues finding parking. We enjoyed our stay for the most part however be aware this is a ground floor unit and there is almost NO sound insulation from the unit above. We came here to relax and sleep in however we were woken up early EVERY day by the upstairs neighbours flushing toilets, talking, walking, slamming doors etc. MUCH earlier than we would have liked - 6AMish or earlier. We could hear every step they made. I would visit this complex again but not on a ground floor unit if this is representative of them all.
No issues with the property rental and management team - this was very smooth.

We thought the property was great for a family of four. The right amount of space to spread out and all the amenities we needed. We especially liked that the unit was updated top to bottom, well appointed kitchen tools and gadgets, the additional beach equipment (Chairs, umbrella, boogey board and cooler) and the lanai space was great. Also, easy convenient parking right by the unit and AC, which was important to us. The cons were minor from our view. The beach towel situation was a stark contrast to other beach supplies (small and only 3), the lack of salt and pepper but included BBQ rub was a bit frustrating. The property manager never answered the phone for our three small questions, which thankfully were minor. We had a slow drain in the shower, which was addressed same day, but they never actually talked to us. I think when most people call they expect to talk to someone. Finally, it wasn't important to us, but it's a stretch to say the beach is walking distance. Technically that is true. Loaded with gear for a family of four, that's not realistic. We didn't rent the unit on the premise we would walk to the beach, but I think that is important to know. Overall, the unit was great.

Comfortable & supremely clean, this condo is newly updated & ideal for a family of 4. Fully stocked kitchen, beach gear, comfy beds & linens, excellent A/C & wifi, comfy couches (inside & outside) were much appreciated. Lanai view is excellent! The only bummer was the location in the complex, on the edge closer to the main road into Wailea. We were not able to sleep with the windows open due to car noise. Quiet with windows closed. Noisy neighbors upstairs at times. Would have loved filtered water spout. Short distance to Akamai Coffee (3min walk) Shops @ Wailea (driving recommended) & excellent Gourmet Island Market (BLD options, fresh fruit, sushi & a lot more).

After 3 nights at the Grand Wailea, we really enjoyed spreading out in our unit. The unit was clean, spacious, great view and nicely stocked! Had everything we could’ve needed except Kleenex and a sharpie. The walls are paper thin and you can head the neighbors above and the construction next door but it didn’t affect our good time. We would come back for sure

We were overly impressed with this clean, modern, quiet and well-decorated condo. Fully stocked with everything we needed for a week in Maui (beach chairs, umbrella, etc). Check in process was seamless. Amazing views overlooking Wailea and the ocean. Property couldn’t have been in a more convenient location. Steps away from coffee shop, grocery store, weekly farmers market, restaurants and shops at Wailea. 10 minute drive to gorgeous Big and Little Beach. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to Maui. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

I loved the beautifully renovated condo. It is exactly the kind of place I'd choose to live in - spacious,minimalist, modern design. The place was extremely clean, and had all the necessary supplies for cooking. Plus, the beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, towels, & cooler) came in handy. The view and outdoor patio was a huge plus!
