Welcome to your Hawaiian home away from home, Ku’u Lei Villa, on the fourth tee of the Princeville Makai Golf Club. With beautiful golf course and mountain views, this spacious three-bedroom, three-bath townhome sleeps six guests comfortably and even welcomes a small pet!

Ku’u Lei Villa has been fully upgraded with custom tile floors throughout, comfortably elegant new furniture, a 70-inch television, and a nicely-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The home has two large primary suites located on the first floor, one with a new king beds and a separate office space and printer. A charming third bedroom off the main living area has a mountain and waterfall view. The home also comes equipped with wireless internet,  washer and dryer, beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella that you can use for a day at the beach.

Situated in a gated community in Princeville, Ku’u Lei Villa is just steps away from the Makai Golf Club, which features not only 27 breathtaking holes of golf, but four tennis courts. Watch the golfers while you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an open-air evening meal on the condo’s lovely lanai. The Villas of Kamalii grounds also contain a pool, hot tub, and barbecue grill area for guests to enjoy.

This Princeville condo offers an ideal location for vacationers seeking quick access to the renowned beaches of north Kauai, including Hanalei Bay, Lumahai, and Tunnels. Guests of Ku’ulei Villa will also find that a short walk brings them to Hideaways Beach and the Queen’s Bath tidepools, and a short drive brings them to activities like stand-up paddling on the Hanalei River and hiking on the Kalalau Trail. The nearby Princeville Center provides conveniences such as a grocery store, a gas station, a post office, and banks, and the nearby town of Hanalei provides excellent options for dining and shopping.

Please note that Ku’u Lei Villa allows pets under 30 pounds, subject to approval from the condo association, and certain restrictions/requirements may apply. Also, only two cars are allowed per condo, with one car parking in the space designated for the unit and one car parking in a guest space. Please inform your property manager if you plan to rent more than one car.

***Please also note while this condo has partial air conditioning in the living and dining areas but not in the bedrooms, it does have ceiling fans and windows that can be opened to allow the cool trade winds to pass through. Occasionally trade winds may not blow for a few days. The months of June through September tend to have the warmest temperatures.

Please note, mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays of over 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings are required. Any mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges will be included in your reservation quote based on your length of stay. Please contact management for more information if needed.

Spacious and very nicely furnished open concept made it easy to enjoy our stay w friends. Beautiful morning sunrises and afternoons by the pool didn't hurt either. Lots of gear for the beach was a bonus, especially the surf and boogie boards. Townhome was very clean and didn't have any issues w bugs which can be common in Hawaii. Three small issues to keep it real. The hot tub heater broke down and was out of action for two days but did get repaired reasonably quickly. The hand held shower mount in the upstairs bath wouldn't hold the shower head and the only thing that would have been nice in the kitchen was a coffee grinder. Nowhere is perfect but this place was pretty close. Property manager(Elite Pacific) deserves a shout out for being well organized, responsive and helpful. We would happily stay here again.

Very quiet neighborhood. House is clean :) Could use more standing fans and towels though otherwise it’s perfect. Very short drive to grocery store and restaurants. Favorite restaurants were B’s and Kalypso. Clam chowder soup at Kalyspso was out of this world.

Very nice property. Easily accommodated our party of 6. A few things need attention: blind missing in living room, closer on screen door is missing, screens on downstairs patio were extremely hard to open, dishwasher did not seem to work properly ( often washed dishes by hand). Property manager was very responsive and patient.

We absolutely loved our stay on Kauai! Hanalei is our favorite so we loved being so close to the bay! The home is beautiful and left nothing to be desired! Except maybe a dvd or Blu-ray player upstairs. One night was kinda warm in the upstairs room but we’ve never had air conditioning in any home we’ve stayed in. The management group was easy to work with and even left us some chocolate! Would definitely stay again.

Clean and very nice condo. 3 bedrooms and two of them are master bedrooms. Really lovely grounds with Mountain View’s and awesome pool/hot tub. Tons of beach equipment. We had such a relaxing stay would rent again. Property managers were hospitable and very polite and considerate. Overall great experience. Thank you!

This three bedroom three bathroom condo is generally well maintained. Upon arrival, we found it to be extremely clean with everything in order. The exception was the sliding screen doors to the balcony and one of the downstairs bedrooms. However, when I e-mailed Elite Properties to report the problem, they were very responsive and promptly offered to send someone over to repair them. The property is on a golf course and is conveniently located about a mile or so near a major supermarket (Foodland), a few miles away from Hanalei, beautiful beaches and zip lining. It is also about a mile away from the Princeville Resort. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, etc. However, be prepared to supply not only your own food, but also spices, cooking oil and other cooking essentials.There is a nice TV in the living room as well as in one or more of the bedrooms. We would suggest that they replace their living room sofa with a sleeper sofa. Although there were only six of us, we could have used the additional sleeping surface. Instead, we brought our own air mattress. There is also a relatively small pool area with a jacuzzi near the unit. Our last comment is that the builder should have provided a more expansive balcony for the property. It is nice to spend time on the balcony, but the small one at the unit is not conducive to more than 2-3 people being out there at the same time. Overall, we found the condo and Elite excellent, but a few minor tweaks, such as a sleeper sofa, would have been nice (nothing can be done about the size of the balcony at this point).

Pros: House was very open and airy with plenty of room for everyone, looked exactly like the listing. Beach equipment including towels was provided which helped out a ton! The complex also had a pool and hot tub which was great. Cons: No A/C. It was extremely humid (and we are from a humid area) and hot. The ad tries to convince you that AC is not needed in this area bc of the “breeze” but that doesnt get rid of the jungle humiditiy. The towels all smelled like mildew so we had to wash them before use, and then wet things were impossible to air dry. They did provide large floor fans which helped, but it was such a shame to have such a beautiful place ruined with no AC. I would definitely recommend finding a unit that has AC, especially if you are from a dry climate and not used to humidity. Also, i wished there was a grill on the back porch. We had to walk to the pool area to grill which got annoying after the first night, especially when you have to wait in line. One grill for all these units to use, very silly.
