The apartment was just want we needed and had all the amenities. It was right across from the beach and an easy drive to stores, restaurants and the farmers market. Definitely would book again!

The renters were always reachable and very nice. They offered us to stay until 6pm until our flight left because there was no one renting after us. Highly recommend this rental. Very comfortable condo.

We enjoyed the location of this 2BR/2BA condo. It was well-stocked, very clean, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. Up one flight of stairs. The huge veranda had a view of trees and flowers, as well as a bit of a view of the Pacific. (The park across the street is undergoing renovation, so orange plastic fencing was visible also.) We appreciated the awesome A/C and the W/D! Great value. Highly recommended property!

Wonderful stay ! For us it was an ideal location - close to beaches and snorkelling yet not to far from the tourist attractions in Kona. When condo issues unexpectedly cropped up Jim was responsive and helpful. Loved morning coffee on the Lanai!

Great place to stay, not fancy but you don’t need it to be as your hanging on the beach. Unit was clean, comfortable and inviting. Unit had all the items needed to enjoy a vacation. Magic sands beach gets really busy but lots of other beaches within driving distance.

The location is incredible (about 25 minutes from the airport), it's only a few minutes to walk to the beach. Snorkel gear is also provided. We had our coffee on the balcony, while we enjoyed watching the waves from the beach. There are 2 sets of stairs to get to the property, the parking is near the steps. The main bedroom's bed had a dip from use and we saw 1 critter in the kitchen and 1 in the shower, which is a common review from all the research I did. I suggest keeping all food in the fridge. Side tip: shop at Costco when you arrive! There is a propane grill on the property, near the pool. All of the kitchen tools are provided, along with some spices. Owners are very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and will refer others from AZ to stay at this location. We learned the electricity is extremely pricey, so please turn everything off, when not in use. We hope to return with our family, thank you!

Loved our stay! The apartment was very comfortable. Spent much of our time out on the Lanai watching the ocean. We tend to do more cooking in than eating out and have to say this was one of the best equipped kitchens, (with quality equipment) that we've had the pleasure of staying in. Hope to visit again!

We had the best time on our Kona trip. It was wonderful having a clean, safe, and beautifully appointed condo for our use. The location was centrally located so we were able to make it our home base while visiting all parts of the island. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

What a wonderful condo for a family vacation. Comfortable, clean, very close to everything in the Kailua-Kona area. Grocery stores and farmers market are a short (7 ½ minute) drive. The beach is just across the street (like 150 feet from the front door). The beds are comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked (yes ladies including a hair dryer), snorkel masks, pool noodles, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, picnic cooler, island guide books, coloring books for the kids, covered parking, there are even a couple of reusable grocery bags in the closet. This is probably the "best deal" on the island, seriously!

My wife and I stayed her 03-13 Feb 2022 and we had a great stay!! Very clean and spacious and in a great location. Everything was well laid out and we were very comfortable. The pool and BBQ area are also fantastic.
My only issue was with the road and traffic noise on some nights. As this condo is near Ali'i Drive, and right across the street from Magic Sands Beach, it can get quite noisy at times. We never had any issues after we went to bed, it was only during the evenings when the kids at the beach had the need to crank their music up loud. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay. Thanks Jim and Dawn for being such wonderful hosts. I wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again.

The condo was a little dated and the area pretty crowded, but overall this was exactly what we needed for this vacation. The price was fair and the location was great. We enjoyed the White Sands beach more than expected, usually early morning and around sunset, when it was less crowded. The listing was accurate and met our needs.
