Aloha! Your oasis on Maui at Kamaole Beach Royale awaits. This non-smoking condo is endowed with divine views, superb furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Steps from beaches, restaurants and shops, it is also convenient to the rest of Maui. A life saver on hot days and nights are air conditioners in both bedroom AND living room, unlike most condos that only have living room A/C. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are brand new. Pool is recently renovated. Roof deck has panoramic views, outdoor grills, loungers and dining areas. The building has a secluded pool and free parking.

From the lanai (balcony) and living area, sip coffee in your pajamas as you marvel at West Maui Mountains bathed in the glow of sunrise. If you want to simply relax and gaze at the blue ocean and swaying palms during the day, just turn your head and look outside. See breaching humpback whales during winter months without leaving your cocoon. At the end of the day, reflect on the meaning of life with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset dip gloriously on the horizon. You want to see Haleakala Volcano instead? Step outside your front door and admire its majesty from there.

As you emerge from your trance, relax on the comfortable sofa and chill in front of the flat-screen cable TV. There is also a secretary desk to station your laptop and surf the web on free wi-fi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven. Barbecue grills are also available on the roof deck. Cookware and tools are supplied, along with complete dinnerware, cutlery and other table essentials. A toaster, coffee maker and other small appliances are also available. Dining is not relegated to an eat-in counter: there is an ample dining table inside and a romantic table for two on the lanai.

The condo features a washer and dryer.

When you retire to sleep, a restful king bed with plush furnishings awaits. If you miss the view, just look to the wall and enjoy the oversized canvas of Maui’s south coast. The island has its share of extra-hot days and nights, especially in late spring, summer and early fall. During those times, rest is elusive because most condos have air conditioner in the living room only, and bedrooms are not amply cooled. But take heart: Lily's Lullaby has a new split-system A/C in both living room and bedroom so you can sleep comfortably after a warm day of frolicking on the beach or exploring the island.

The building itself has many desirable features. It is made of concrete; noise from adjacent units are inaudible unlike in wooden buildings. The neighboring low-rise structure that separates it from the street does not obstruct the view, but it blocks road noise and provides privacy. Being in a central location, you may hear some sounds, but all in all, it is a peaceful environment.

On the rooftop deck is a common area with chaise loungers to soak-in 360-degree views of the island. The space is the de-facto social spot: guests use the outdoor grills there, meet new people, and dine while enjoying golden sunsets. Down on the ground floor, there is a secluded, newly refurbished pool and garden. Guest parking is on the property in unassigned spots. It is free, one vehicle per condo, on a first-come, first-served basis.

The location is convenient to the main road that takes you to the airport, main town (perhaps to get supplies from Costco, Target or Safeway), and tourist destinations around the island. A gas station is around the corner too. Maui is served by a public bus transportation system. The property is a few steps from the bus stop of three lines: Kihei Islander Route #10, Kihei Villager Route #15, and the Kihei-Kapalua Commuter Service.

As you venture outside your tropical nest, everything needed is nearby. Charley Young Beach and the rest of Kamaole beaches are across the street, and shops and dining establishments abound. The area also boasts a natural-food market and a convenience store, while a full-service grocery is a short drive down the street. Also around the corner is a shop that rents water-activity equipment. However, if you merely want to go to the beach and sit in the shade with a good book and refreshing drink, your condo has Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers.

A short drive down the road takes you to beaches, shops, resorts and recreation areas in the luxe neighborhoods of Wailea and Makena.

Mahalo (thank you) for your interest. We hope to welcome you and share the beauty and hospitality of this island we call home.
