This place was located in the perfect spot. Close to shopping, beach and restaurants. We had a blast hanging out at the beach together and our condo came fully equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. We definitely plan to return again!

This Kihei condo is clean, well equipped with everything you need and it is close to a beautiful white sad beach. There's shopping, food and lots of low key things to do nearby. There's a surf school about a mile or 2 north that looks very fun! My parent stated at this location often, so when it was time for me to rent, I knew where I wanted to go. With 3 spacious bedrooms, a large living room and dining area and an updated kitchen. The lanai has 2 chaise lounges and a full dining table.Two bedrooms have queen beds, the thirds bedroom has 2 twin beds and the washer/dryer, and there is a sleep sofa in the living room. I could not speak more highly of this unit. We left as scheduled on Wednesday morning, and we are praying for the people of Maui.

We had a wonderful time on Maui, and the condo was a great home-base. It was comfortable and spacious. The location is a major plus. We loved that the beach was only a 3-minute walk as well as was located where quite a few good eats were close by. And it was centrally located to take day trips. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our Condo. So close to the beach. Shaved ice and grocery store close. Everything you need for a great day at the beach. Chairs, cooler umbrella . All part of Walking distance 1/2 of block. Nice outdoor hose to clean off the sand before going to your condo. Great supply of spices for cooking and soaps. Great time great place.

Kamaole Beach Royal #212 exceeded our expectations. We travelled to Maui with our sons and their girlfriends and this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo was absolutely perfect. The condo accommodated all of us space-wise. It is well laid out and very comfortable. The roof-top BBQ came in handy and the kitchen was well-stocked. The in-suite washer/dryer was definitely appreciated since we stayed for 2 weeks. The lanai was a great place to have a morning coffee and read. As advertised, the unit also provided beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, a small cooler and beach umbrella and towels. The unit is located right across the street from Kamaole Beach #1 and has a beautiful view of the ocean. There are shops and restaurants all around. We rented a van so having a parking spot included with the rental was a bonus. I highly recommend this vacation rental for anyone looking for a place in S Kihei for 4-6 people.

My wife and I brought our two newly married sons and there new wives to Kihei for weeks vacation. The condo had plenty of room for six adults. Two bathrooms and kitchen were great. The view of the ocean from the main bedroom was awesome! Within walking distance to many restaurants, gelato,shave ice. The beaches are all amazing. Saw and swam with multiple turtles every time in the water. Sooo awesome!!!Already planning a third trip back. Thank you

Beautiful unit but better suited for 4 people instead of 6. The sofa bed though new was uncomfortable and very loud. It made a loud noise every time you switched sides, a loud rubber kind of noise.
Otherwise this unit had everything for a beach vacation including chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, toys, lots of dinnerware and glasses, huge tv, air condition. We really enjoyed our stay here besides the 2 people who slept on the sofa bed.

Our unit was clean, had all the items we needed to go to the beach, cook meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and fit six people. The two bathrooms were good sized. Location was great and had a lot amenities within walking distance from it and the beach is right across the street.

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful and had all of the amenities listed. The kitchen was fully stocked which allowed us to have home-cooked meals with the family around the dinner table, inside and outside. The a/c worked great which helped when coming in out of the sun. Perfect location in relation to the airport, grocery store and dock for excursions. A 2 minute walk to the beach meant we didn't miss a single sunset.

KBR212 was a great experience. This was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Great beach supplies, umbrella, chairs, small cooler, and boggie board. The pool is very clean and well maintained.Coffee on the lanai in the morning, overlooking the ocean was amazing. The location was great. A few steps from Kamaole Beach Park 1 and many places to eat. (Highly recommend Cafe La Plage across the street for breakfast.)Our only suggestion is that maybe get a couple ductless AC units for bedrooms 2 and 3. The AC just doesn't reach that far and the fans weren't able to cool the rooms completely. There were a couple fans we used but they just pushed warm air around. Other than that one thing there are zero complaints. We will be renting 212 again.

We loved the location across from the beach & close to restaurants and shopping. Beach chairs, umbrella & a small cooler made going to the beach a delight! A little noisy in the mornings from the neighboring stores.
