I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Silvana and this condo. She was very attentive and accommodating through the entirety of my trip. The condo is in the perfect location, across the street from a beautiful beach with restaurants, ABC store and a grocery store all within walking distance. The place was spacious and very clean, and all the beach supplies she provides come in very handy! Truly a 10 out of 10 experience. I'll definitely stay here again!

Wonderful and quiet condo across the road from Kamaole Beach 1: door to sand in 5 minutes. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cookwear, glasses, and utensils. All the beach equipment you'll need.
1 block from ABC Convenience store, natural food stores, restaurants and shops. 20 minute walk to Foodland and additional shops and restaurants. Perfect place to stay if you want to be car-free and carefree.

I absolutely loved my stay here, this was my 5th trip to Maui and it was my first time staying in Kihei and it was great. The condo is conveniently located to many places to eat within walking distance and same for the beach. There’s also an ABC store within walking distance incase you need any ice, snacks or any souvenirs to take home. The condo has many essential items you may need and a huge plus the condo has chairs, coolers, an umbrella, etc. which was awesome, we ended up using them daily the week we were there and didn’t have to worry about renting any of those items. The AC in the condo works great, the bed was comfy, very nice shower, parking on site was easy and the host was very hospitable. Silvana was easy to contact and made sure our stay went great. I highly recommend staying here!

great location, clean property, seamless checkout! the only thing i would suggest adding is what unit number the condo was because it wasn’t in any check in info so we had to call the host at 10pm when we arrived to know which unit it was. otherwise good stay!

We stayed at this condo for our first trip to Maui for our 25th wedding anniversary. I have to say that this stay was one of our most pleasant experiences we have had with using VRBO!
The owner was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions I had. So helpful! And the instructions for checking in, checking out, as well as use of the condo while we were there were very clear, so we didn't have ANY questions during our stay. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and inviting! Bed was so comfortable, and the extra pillows and linens were appreciated.
They provided just about everything you could ask for from beach toys, to a cooler and umbrella--everything! Washer and dryer were great and the little kitchen also gave us everything we needed.
The location cannot be beat! One of the very best beaches with the cleanest, finest sand I've been on was just across the street! Shopping was nearby, as well as opportunities for excursions and restaurants.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it honestly inspired us to perhaps have a condo of our own in Maui in a few years! Would definitely, highly recommend this condo!

Awesome property and location. Very responsive host. Property has everything you need for your stay and the beach. The beach is only one block away. Turtles were seen most days at the beach which was a bonus. Will definitely stay again if we return to Maui.

Hawaii is one of our favorite destinations with Maui being our favorite island. We used to stay exclusively in West Maui until we discovered South Maui and KBR.
Over the years - we have rented different units at the KBR property. Several of those times have been at this specific unit. The only reason we stay in other units is because this one has already been rented.
Why? Amazing owners that take obvious pride in their unit. Owners that also care their tenants have a welcoming and comfortable stay. The location cannot be beat - less than a minute or two walk from a great beach, walk to restaurants, if you need to get in your car - you are centrally located to most anything you want to visit. When you are running late to the airport - you'll be glad you stayed here. From the apartment the ocean views are minimal but lovely none the less. For broader views of the spectacular sunsets - you have access to a beautiful rooftop viewing and BBQ area - most nights during the week to yourself. Please note, we like to stay where we can cook meals as if we are at home and also work part time. The kitchen is well stocked, the WiFi has multiple options to connect, the linens and bed are perfect, beach chairs and gear are also here for your use. Don't hesitate to confirm this property, you won't be sad.

Look no further for your stay in sunny Kihei. A very nice, clean, updated, well equipped condo in Kihei. You can walk to the lovely beach, town, and restaurants.

Excellent location! Beach was a 2 min walk. Water was excellent for swimming and plenty of places to rent or book activities.
Condo was well equipped and comfortable. Awesome to have a king bed!! Appreciated ability to grill. Equipment was well maintained. Enjoyed meeting other tourists as well as owners on the rooftop. The building pool was great and a nice break of it was too windy on the beach.

It really is perfect access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Silvana was very responsive every time I reached out before arrival. Very helpful when we got here. It was a perfect stay. Wonderful stay at Silvana's condo in Kihei. The Condo was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need.
The check in process was simple. The location was top notch, literally 90 seconds to the beach and nearby stores and restaurants.
The hosts were accessible for any questions. We will be back!

Silvana’s comfortable, clean condo has all that you need for a perfect stay in paradise: quiet, steps away from a beautiful beach, a spacious lanai, a comfortable bed (with cotton linens!) and a stocked pantry (olive oil, seasonings, beverages, and more). We didn’t use the pool but did venture to the rooftop for sunsets. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is as described and clean. We picked it to get easy access to some of the most wonderful snorkeling spots, to get a head start on the road to Hana, and the sunrise at Haleakala. We had multiple breakfasts on our lanai and took out dinner to enjoy the sunset on the roof top or on the beach close to the
apartment. The AC unit keeps the living room rather cool, while the bedroom can be a bit warm at the end of the day. All in all, we had a wonderful time.

I rented this condo for my mother to stay in (we were in a larger condo in the same building). Silvana's property is just GORGEOUS! From the beautifully remodeled kitchen to the super thick area rug in the living room, this condo has been upgraded and is a stunner. There were also many extras: lots of laundry soap, extra toilet paper and anything you could want in the kitchen. Also, Silvana was easy to reach by phone - we called her the day of checkout. She was lovely and open to our comments. The only problem was the air conditioner in the living room did not reach the bedroom. Silvana said she was going to look into maybe a portable one. I would have been fine, but my mom was just more sensitive to the Maui humidity. I give this condo superior high ratings!!! My husband and I are keeping tabs on it so we can rent it if we ever get to Maui on our own without the kids. :)

From the start, the owner’s communication was great. This was the first time we used VRBO to rent a week and didn’t know what to expect. There were many supplies in the pantry, see what they have before you go to the grocery store. Outdoor supplies for the beach (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) and it is a two minute walk to get there. The size was perfect for us. If you look and see all the five stars that have been given to them, don’t think about it, grab it up before someone else does. Great job to S & S.

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, had everything you might need for the beach and cooking and was only 96 steps to the beach. We could not see the sunset through the buildings in front, I imagine due to the time of year. But the best view is from the roof on the 7th floor - we even preferred that to the beach view.
You won’t be disappointed renting this unit!

Very impressed with this location. The owners made traveling to Maui very easy, and the process a stress relief. We were treated to a very luxurious stay for an amazing value. The beach right outside of the condo is perfect, not to many people, perfect for swimming etc. The area has many great shops and restaurants in walking distance. The central location makes traveling around the Island a breeze.
The actual condo is very very VERY nice and well kept. The AC is amazing, its clean, very spacious, has easy access, and is so comfortable. If anyone is reading this review, STOP and book this Vrbo right now, you wont be upset. We will be staying here again our next trip.
